Illinois judge slammed for reversing teen’s
rape conviction

An Illinois judge is facing heat for reversing an 18-year-old man’s sexual assault conviction at the teen’s sentencing last week—saying the 148 days he spent in jail since his arrest was enough, reports said. Adams County Judge Robert Adrian issued the stunning reversal last Monday after finding Drew Clinton guilty of one count of criminal sexual assault at an October bench trial, the Herald-Whig reported.(Snip)Clinton was convicted of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl at a graduation party last May. He had faced a mandatory minimum sentence of four years. Adrian’s decision came after Clinton’s attorneys filed two post-trial motions

Comments:

Maybe Drew Clinton (who looks like a person in "transition" in the photo) is related to America's celebrated rapist Bill Clinton.

Criminals are no longer criminals. Citizens are the great danger per these fools. Criminals can rob and harm you but if you fight back-YOU go to jail and the criminal gets an apology for bothering them.

The rapist, Drew Clinton, was an adult. The article does not say if the conviction is totally removed from his record or if the rapist now walks away scot free to rape again. If there truly is karma, justice will mysteriously be administered in some dark alley and Drew Clinton will never be able to physically act upon his sexual urges again.

Perhaps the judge will have someone put a pillow over his face while someone is inside him. It seems an appropriate experience given his sick attitude toward this young woman's rape.

We need to get the language right. This dimpled rapist. Those dimples have nothing to do with transition - that is going the whole way, surgery and all . Few go anywhere near that. Most of them just take some hormones and wear female clothes, hair styles…not about to do something that would interfere with rape… Some just style themselves as female as this guy did. Transvestites.

My guess is the Dimpled Little White Kid has a daddy with a few Bucks that made it into the Judges Wallet! No other reason for the Judge do something that dumb!

This why every young girl NEEDS older Brothers, cousins, and Uncles. Judge could then reduce the sentence due to the perpetrators permanently disabled status, his wheelchair confinement and need to be tube fed for the rest of his life having rendered society free from any future risks.

In an earlier, wiser era, a conviction for rape was followed almost immediately by a public execution. Sent a message, and cut down on the number of repeat offenders. Perhaps we should try it. By the way, in most of those earlier times, a conviction for a FELONY, often carried the same penalty. Execution. Inasmuch as just in my area of the nation, there are persons in their mid-20's with 3, 4, even 5 separate FELONY CONVICTIONS. As bad, some of out "ladies" (and by the way not all those convicted felons have the XY chromosomes) regard such person as being suitable "sperm donors", giving rise to another generation of such perssons. Time for some chlorine in the gene pool.

As millions prepare for their fuel bills to double this year, MPs will be protected from the soaring costs. That is because those who represent seats outside London can claim back the cost of their electricity and gas on expenses. No fewer than 316 MPs put in utilities claims in 2020-2021, with dozens claiming more than the average household’s dual fuel tariff of £1,138. Analysis of data published by the Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority (IPSA) shows that claims for utilities totalled £262,454 in 2019-20, of which £206,717 was for gas, electricity and other types of fuel.

President Joe Biden was not making a 'human' comparison between opponents of his voter rights push with racists and segregationists in a speech this week, said the White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki on Friday.
