White House won’t sign deal to mass-mail
COVID tests until ‘late next week’

White House coronavirus response coordinator Jeff Zients admitted Wednesday that the Biden administration won’t ink contracts to mass-mail 500 million COVID-19 rapid tests until “late next week” — despite a record-smashing wave of new US infections and a shortage of tests. The timeframe means it will take the White House nearly three weeks to start the process of making tests available after previewing the plan to combat the highly contagious Omicron variant Dec. 20. “The Department of Defense and HHS are executing on an accelerated contracting timeline. Companies are already submitting information and we expect the contract to be completed late next week,” Zients told reporters

FDA just announced that these tests are wildly inaccurate, but the White House is forging ahead with plans to buy them anyway. Because what matters in the USA is corporate profits guaranteed by the taxpayers and the mere appearance that the federal government is even a tiny bit competent at anything but destroying the nation through ruinous spending.

It's much better to wait until everyone is really sick. Why would they want the tests - - if they're feeling good?

Contracts mean nothing. It will take months to mass produce these numbers of test kits, as the manufacturers already told the Xiden administration. Guess what happens when you send out hundreds of millions of test kits en masse? Your ERs will be overwhelmed with asymptomatic hypochondriacs that test positive, are not sick in any way, and flood into hospitals convinced they are going to die because the test told them so. You think things are bad now? Just wait.

# 4 is absolutely right. A massive goobermint boondoggle is in the making, and I cannot imagine how the ERs across the country are going to deal with it. I worked in an ER environment for some years with nurse auditors. I can tell you that on any given day - long before COVID - about 50% of those who came to the ER were either hypochondriacs or drug seekers. With this latest craziness are facing a typhoon of hospital chaos, courtesy of this administration and the Deep State.

Sioux Falls—“Let’s Go Brandon,” the anti-Joe Biden catchphrase that has made waves this holiday season—as highlighted by an ex-cop uttering it directly to the president—is now officially in roadside prank territory. At least, if you ask CNN's "national security analyst" Juliette Kayyem, a former Obama DHS assistant secretary. Appearing on Thursday morning's New Day, Kayyem said that when a year ago in an Atlantic article she depicted Trump as "the leader of a terror movement," she was, as she recently tweeted, actually being "too kind" to him!
