Prominent Dem Lawyer Predicts Lawsuits
To Remove GOP Members From House Seats
Next Year

Between Joe Biden’s poor poll numbers and his party being increasingly out of touch with the American public, the Democratic Party is widely expected to suffer devastating losses in the 2022 midterms. But prominent Democrat lawyer Marc Elias is predicting that Democrats will try to use litigation to prevent some duly elected Republicans from serving. “My prediction for 2022: Before the midterm election, we will have a serious discussion about whether individual Republican House Members are disqualified by Section 3 of the 14th Amendment from serving in Congress,” Elias tweeted last week. “We may even see litigation.” [Tweet] Dan Gainor of the Media Research Center scoffed at Elias’s absurd idea.

Comments:

Probably not a good idea to go there, unless the left wants to see REAL insurrection!!

How ironic given that Elias was one of the architects of the Transition Integrity Project and the top lawyer at Perkins Coie that directed the election coup against Trump in 2020. The New Republic annoited him as "The Man Who Is Determined to Stop Trump From Rigging the Election". His did it by rigging the election. Nice guy. Well we need to take this completely seriously because the dems will do anything to retain power. Republicans are very likely to shoot themselves in the feet wherever defeat can be snatched out of the jaws of victory. Start hiring lawyers wherever there are elections to prevent Elias’ plan from being implemented. Plus all the Obama, Biden judges out there who will rule in the dems favor no matter what. There is no limit to what the dems will do to keep their power. It’s going to be a long year and Nancy Pelosi is absolutely monomaniacal

They can start with Congressman Bennie Thompson, Adam Schiff's puppet J-6 Chairman, who back in the day was associated with the self-styled black revolutionary Republic of New Afrika. Then they can examine Congressman Bobby Rush, who headed the Chicago branch of the Black Panthers and engaged in an actual shootout with police. Then they can examine the numerous Democrat members of Congress who incited riots throughout 2020. When the White House was under siege several of them actually went to the White House and personally voiced sympathy and support for the rioters.

Recently, President Biden's press secretary, Jen Psaki, said: "For the unvaccinated, you're looking at a winter of severe illness and death for yourselves, your families, and the hospitals you may soon overwhelm." That unvarnished statement, from the podium of the White House Press Room, was then followed by an update from CDC director, Dr. Rochelle Walensky, and the chief medical adviser to the president, Dr. Anthony Fauci. During the entirety of this government-sponsored "infomercial" on the dangers of COVID-19, not a single mention was made of the importance, availability or efficacy of early treatment for COVID-19.

Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) says the nation’s war on crime must begin with recalling, removing, and replacing “every last” District Attorney with ties to left-wing billionaire George Soros. In an op-ed for Real Clear Politics, Cotton wrote that it is no coincidence that the “largest increase in murder in American history and the largest number of drug overdose deaths ever recorded” has coincided with cities electing “radical, left-wing, George Soros progressives” to District Attorney offices. Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascón, who has refused to prosecute a number of crimes, won his race with money from Soros as did incoming Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg

The Republican base appreciated him. We don’t appreciate all of the things he does sometimes. But from a policy point of view, he was the most successful president since Reagan.

The arrival of the Omicron variant was an early Christmas gift for Democrats who wasted little time to once again weaponize an ongoing national health crisis for political purposes as well as a convenient smokescreen for the failures of President Joe Biden. Most importantly to Dems is that the latest wave of mass hysteria provides an opportunity to go on the offensive against Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, a man whose handling of COVID has set the gold standard for the nation by prioritizing protecting the most vulnerable while preserving the state economy and protecting civil liberties. President Biden seems to be giving up on his federal COVID vaccine mandate, handing those decisions back to the individual states, while he pivots to laying the groundwork for blaming Republicans for voter suppression in the looming 2022 midterm election wipeout that is on the horizon. “When it comes to voter suppression, it’s no longer just about making it easy for eligible people to vote—it’s about whether or not those votes will count at all. It’s simple: voter suppression is un-American, un-democratic, and unpatriotic,” Biden tweeted. Democrats are expected to get walloped in the 2022 midterm elections due to Biden’s unpopularity and his disastrous policies.

MSNBC anchor Nicolle Wallace said Tuesday on her show “Deadline” that she was a “groupie” of National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases director Dr. Anthony Fauci. Professor of Epidemiology Dr. Anne Rimoin said, “Nicolle, everybody is not necessarily going to get it. We have the tools to be able to prevent people from getting it.” Wallace said, “How? I have used all those tools. I am triple vaxed. I wear a mask everywhere except when I sit down, and I put it on before I get up, and I am going to get it. How do you not get Omicron?”

As the Biden administration continues to fumble its response to the latest wave of the Wuhan coronavirus pandemic, threats of additional restrictions are looming. Last night, President Joe Biden told reporters he would implement a vaccine requirement for domestic flights if his medical team recommended it. Earlier this week, Dr. Anthony Fauci did just that. The main problem, in addition to unconstitutional decrees issued by public health officials, is Americans have lost faith in the medical establishment to be honest and follow the science when issuing recommendations.

A Vanderbilt University professor argued that insects must compose a larger share of the world’s food supply. In an opinion piece for Bloomberg, Amanda Little — who teaches investigative journalism and science writing at the prestigious university — lauded the European Union’s recent decision to approve insects for human consumption. According to Little, the move ought to be carried out across the globe: The approval confers a kind of dignity to the lowly, protein-rich microbeasts that we foolishly dismiss as pests, and delivers a clear signal that the insect proteins industry is poised for significant growth. Above all, it paves the way for an alternative protein source

The U.S. Constitution is the sacred text of American government and civic life. But it’s time to face facts: The document, written in 1787, isn’t working. The signs are all around us. Just 38 percent of Americans in a recent Gallup poll expressed either a “great deal” or “quite a lot” of confidence in the presidency, down from 48 percent in 2001. Congress, never high in the public’s estimation to begin with, fell from 26 percent to a mere 12 percent. The Supreme Court has also taken a hit, down from 50 percent to 36 percent during the same period.
