A group of swimmers on the University of Pennsylvania women's team were so upset over the advantages of transgender teammate Lia Thomas they considered boycotting their final home meet of the season next week, DailyMail.com has learned.'They've been ignored by both Penn and the NCAA, and there is a feeling among some of the girls that they should make some sort of statement, seize the opportunity while they have a spotlight on them to make their feelings about the issue known,' a source close to the team of 41 women told DailyMail.com.They've been discussing various possibilities for protest at the January 8 meet, wanting to express their opposition

How about two starting guns? A women's gun first, then a men-pretending-to-be-women's gun 38 seconds later. Then it's a fair fight.

If you decide on a course of action based on how you THINK others will react, it shows you have no spine, or no true core beliefs. Not exactly a profile in courage. "To thine own self be true!!!" And I have a question: does this "Lia" person use the ladies locker room? Hope to God not.

STOP pretending that this "transition" is even a possibility. Born a male, die a male. Born a female, die a female. Hard, immutable facts. This 'let's pretend' game is tiresome, and these 'trans' people are mentally ill. Going along with their deranged fantasies helps no one.

If their parents had the guts to support their daughters they could have boycotted their final home meet. But being good democratic party members they let everything side. It's embarrassing and appalling, what the democrats have done to this country. Think about it, a male is no longer a male and a female is no longer a female. See, with today's democrats, you could even be a German Shepherd. How's that for progress.

Yes indeed #3. Ladies, showing up in big numbers for the long ago ERA, then pay equality, and uniting under the banner of pink ribbons yielded success. The UPenn females and female athletes from all sports best get going and make some decisions. The ball is in YOUR court. Nobody else can do this one for you. Stand up, fight if your scholarships and sport mean anything to you!! I would rather go down knowing I was not so chicken to stand up for myself than keep sitting around waiting for some court or group to save me!

All of you failed the test, little girls. Are you children or women? Many, many children have more guts than you do. Shame on your spineless parents as well. Read a history book or two and discover what weak creatures you are. Too afraid to point out the absurdity of this farce. All because you MIGHT be mocked by some fools somewhere? Meanwhile all your work is being stolen from you, right in front of you. Not one of you has the guts to slap this punk who is destroying your lives. You should be in the face of every slob who supports this, on every tv station and calling out every big mouthed 'feminist' who has abandoned you. BTW...they're scared of not being able to swim in some BIG meet if they protest? How about being arrested and put in jail for protesting something morally wrong. The notion that men can become women has created a hostile environment, not just for female athletes, but for women in general. Under this nonsense, no female locker room, rest room, or changing room is set aside exclusively for women. Any male, upon claiming to “identify” as female, is free to disrupt everything from female privacy in locker rooms, to “winning” female athletic competitions while pretending to be women. The female athletes in this article fear retaliation for telling the truth. It’s unfair to allow men to compete as women. This needs to stop.

Teammates don't abandon teammates - ever. Like it or not, "Lia" Thomas is scoring points in their column. (S)He's on the team within the rules. Boycott/quit the team next year...hand over your scholarships out of principle. Transfer to other schools. Whatever your pleasure. Or, go over to the men's team... Women are the greatest supporters of LGBQ+ athletes, until their own toes are stomped by reality. No one whined about Renee Richards, for example, when a mediocre male tennis player proved less than a match for the best females. So, there's your precedent. Take it up with the NCAA, tranny-phobes. President Joe Biden's inaugural address pledged to "repair our alliances and engage with the world once again." The United States, Biden proclaimed, would "be a strong and trusted partner for peace, progress, and security."This has not happened. Instead, Biden's foreign policy has oscillated between chaos and weakness. The Afghanistan debacle looms largest here. In March, Biden said that when it came to withdrawing U.S. military forces, "We’re going to do so in a safe and orderly way." He explained, "We’re in consultation ... with our allies and partners in how to proceed."That did not happen. Instead, Biden insisted, against military advice

In his novel “Anna Karenina,” Tolstoy writes that “All happy families are alike; each unhappy family is unhappy in its own way.”Something similar can be said about New York City mayors: Successful ones share policies and leadership traits, while the failed ones chart individual paths of doom.Over the last five decades, Gotham has experienced both. The successful mayors — Ed Koch, Rudy Giuliani and Michael Bloomberg — stand tall because they took office in times of crises and turned New York’s fortunes around. Doctors across the country are expressing shock and outrage after the Biden regime shut off distribution of monoclonal antibodies, preventing them from treating patients infected with the Delta coronavirus with the life-saving therapeutic. In a letter addressed to Secretary of Health and Human Services Xavier Becerra Tuesday, Florida Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo accused the Biden administration of “actively preventing the effective distribution of monoclonal antibody treatments,” undermining Florida’s strategy to handle the disease. The Biden administration paused shipments of the monoclonal antibodies because according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the treatment isn’t effective against Omicron, which they claim became the dominant strain earlier this month.

It may surprise you to learn that the most common type of case federal prosecutors bring is not for drugs or fraud, as many think. As reported by The Washington Times, that honor goes to cases against illegal aliens who try to reenter the country after having been deported. And almost all those charged are Hispanic, of course. Now, according to The Times, federal courts are facing the ridiculous question of whether the “imbalance” in deportations means U.S. immigration law is… wait for it… racist. Ridiculous? One court in Nevada has ruled it means exactly that. Judge Miranda Du, an Obama appointee [no kidding?],

It took many hours of deliberation, but a jury finally reached a verdict in the trial of the year — one that should have been the trial of the year ten years ago. Ghislaine Maxwell could face decades in prison for sex trafficking of minors after getting convicted of five out of six counts in her indictment. As NBC News reports, Jeffrey Epstein’s literal partner in crime might also face a new trial for two counts of perjury: British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell was convicted Wednesday of five federal sex trafficking charges after a jury concluded that she played a pivotal part in recruiting and grooming teenage girls to be sexually abused

There are bigger dangers on the high seas than the Bermuda Triangle. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention warned the public Thursday to stay off cruise ships—even if they’re vaccinated—because of the COVID-19 threat. “Avoid cruise travel, regardless of vaccination status,” the agency said in its new guidelines. “Even fully vaccinated travelers may be at risk for getting and spreading COVID-19 variants.” The CDC moved cruise ship travel from a Level 3 “high” warning to Level 4, the highest risk. The change “reflects increases in cases onboard cruise ships since identification of the Omicron variant,” it said. People who go on a cruise despite the warnings

Lumping Donald Trump with Osama Bin Laden? That's going too easy on the former president! At least, if you ask CNN's "national security analyst" Juliette Kayyem, a former Obama DHS assistant secretary. Appearing on Thursday morning's New Day, Kayyem said that when a year ago in an Atlantic article she depicted Trump as "the leader of a terror movement," she was, as she recently tweeted, actually being "too kind" to him! (Video) Perhaps realizing just how outrageous was Kayyem's accusation, substitute host John Avlon tried to soft-pedal it. He framed it as his Kayyem calling Trump head of an "extremist" movement, not a "terror" one.
