On Wednesday, the Supreme Court announced that it will hold a special session in roughly two weeks to hear oral arguments regarding the Biden Administration’s ongoing efforts to force vaccinations on private employees, federal contractors, and healthcare workers, according to Politico. The special session will begin on January 7th, 2022, just several days ahead of the regularly-scheduled session set to begin on January 10th. The decision comes after several high-profile rulings that have produced mixed results with regards to the constitutionality of the vaccine mandates. Biden has ordered three different nationwide vaccine mandates:

If they don't extend this stay, I'll be surprised. They won't actually decide the CASE any time soon. Only whether to stay the rulings that permit people to be forced to get The Shot or lose their jobs. That seems to be an easy one. The short term harm is obvious. Sort out the legal arguments at a later date.

The constitutionality of the case is not before the court at this point, #2. Only whether there should be a stay until it is decided.

Serious constitutional question here. If the SCOTUS maintains the stay, but the Biden communists ignore their ruling and congress refuses to impeach/convict/remove, what other remedies are there? Even with all the low life poltroons we have had in the White House, I dont know if this has ever come up. Yet.

Can the US Supreme Court be held liable if a loved one dies from the mandatory vaccines if the court over rules the stay? I hope they are not in a vacuum and are seeing all of these young health athletes (and others) die from heart attacks or have permanently altered health for the rest of their lives. This is insane and people are dying more from the vaccine than the shot. If the media would report the truth people could see what is going on.

I believe we are foolish to place any hope in our current "Supreme Court." I am afraid that even the new conservatives have been cowed by the D.C. echo chamber.

I ask an uncomfortable question. Why isn't Michael Byrd on trial? He shot and killed Ashli Babbitt during a mostly peaceful protest inside the Capitol on January 6. Three trials this year beg this question. The most recent trial ended last week when a jury convicted Kim Potter, who while a police officer shot and killed a driver who was trying to leave the scene after he was pulled over by the cops. Potter said she mistook her gun for a taser. While that may be true, nevertheless the jury found her guilty of first-degree and second-degree manslaughter. The first of the three trials was of Derek Chauvin who was convicted of killing

Most people, I believe, think that the age of myth-making lies in the past. (snip)Nevertheless, in school, if we went to an artsy one, we learned that myths were important. They told us not about what happened in the world, precisely. Rather, they told us interesting stories about character, motivation, and the dialectic of hubris and nemesis, crime and punishment. All of that is true, but I submit that the impulse to myth-making, if atavistic in origin, remains a potent force and one, moreover, that has been folded into the metabolism of partisan politics.

COVELO, Calif. — Mexican drug cartels are muscling in on America's burgeoning multi-billion-dollar marijuana industry, illegally growing large crops in the hills and valleys of Northern California. The state legalized marijuana in 2016 for adult recreational use, yet the black market continues to thrive with thousands of illegal grows. Criminal syndicates, in turn, are cashing in across the U.S. on the "green gold rush." They're undercutting prices of legalized products offered by permitted farmers who follow the rules and pay taxes.

(snip)As with the jury in the murder trial of Ahmaud Arbery, these jurors showed again that they exhibit the objectivity and integrity too often missing in our commentators and politicians.
