Ah, tis the season of joy and happiness---NOT! It’s time for the tyrannical power gods to inflict more terror and angst into our over stressed lives so we’ll be eager to let our government save us. The latest scourge is the limp omicron virus that is basically the common cold but media demands it wear the cloak of a bubonic-like plague. Political tyrants are mandating vaccinations or else {even though they know these vaccines are useless and, in some cases, dangerous}. Formerly independent-minded Americans have become lemmings rushing to the cliffs erected by Uncle Sam’s Plantation. "Come on, man" as Biden is wont to say.

Just got back from Confession. There must have been 100 of us in a line around the inside of the church. We were young, middle-aged, old, and very old. I saw a handful of masks on faces, but overwhelmingly we were maskless. Kudos to those in masks if that is how you stay well. Kudos to those who don’t want or require a mask. It was wonderful to see. Merry Christmas!

Well, friends, this afternoon I was disinvited from our family Christmas dinner tomorrow because I have a cold. Even though I got a covid/flu test this morning and both were negative. And these relatives are unjabbed conservatives. Apparently it is the season to be afraid. I give up.

If I get Covid, I'm relying on Ivermectin to keep me out of the hospital while my immune system kicks in to provide me with far better protection than the "vaccines" ever can. If I die from it, I know Whom I have believed, and am persuaded that He is able to keep that which I've committed unto Him against that day.

What happened to the Democratic presidents who would say “we have nothing to fear but fear itself,” or “the buck stops here, or “we choose to go to the moon not because it is easy, but because it is hard?” Today the Democrats are the party of fear and loathing: fear of nature and loathing of courage. They cultivate dependence while rewarding mediocrity. They appease our enemies and persecute our patriots. They summon the demons of envy in order to demonize success. They exalt perversion and ridicule normalcy. They would destroy our past in order to perfect the present. They are the vanguard of the underworld, insisting that God has failed and that they are the future. The task of defeating them is our nation’s greatest imperative since the Battle of Yorktown.

Small correction for our dear friend, Alicia; it is the Book of Revelation, there is no "s". #7 - I wish I could give you a hug! I pray your cold is minor and you have a quick recovery. Perhaps this is a gift from God; time alone during this Holy Season to ponder the wonders, miracles and salvation promised us through the Birth of Jesus Christ. It is also a night we must recall the Cross for which this Babe was born, and the crosses we are to bear in His Holy Name. AMDG. What has happened to people, good people, that they can so thoughtlessly hurt someone they love? Only fear can do that. Christ's most repeated teaching, "Be not afraid," resounds throughout Holy Scripture. Archangel Gabriel told Mary to "be not afraid", and tonight the angels tell the shepherds to "be not afraid." This night the veil between Heaven and earth is lifted for those who have eyes to see and ears to hear. This night we are all Children of God. No one is alone. Merry Christmas! Christ the Lord is born!

My priest has given several sermons on be not afraid. I'm not. I am on a two week break from work until school starts back up and it's only at school that I have to wear a mask. I have two wonderful weeks away from that horrible thing. My sister was feeling punky and took the covid test. Negative. She's been vaxxed and boostered and so have I. Even if I get covid (I'm 70) I really have no fear. I have been blessed with a robust immune system and upper respiratory illnesses have never really bothered me. I have two brothers who got it and both had mild cases.

Thank you #3 and #5. I'm not afraid of this virus. It has been exaggerated so much by the left that only the left takes it serious. Since when does the government tell your doctor how to treat you? I can't remember. The only reason that this is happening is because they want to generate fear. Just get the ivermectin and keep it on hand. Merry Christmas!!!

I remember listening to Lucianne on the conservative radio station. I’ll make a year end donation shortly. I encourage others that are financially able to do the same. Until this happens, the Democrats will continue their deplorable draconian mandates. We need wise and moral leadership in this country. This is flu season, and I am always careful! I had the Hong Kong flu in 1956, and it made a believer out of me. I always get a flu shot (made in the time tested manner). I am careful during the flu season, wash my hands frequently, eat properly, and get plenty of rest. I worked many years in an office for 8 pediatricians, most of those years running the flu shot clinic. By God’s grace, I did not catch all the diseases going around for which parents brought their children in to see the doc. We DID NOT wear masks!!! But it did build up my immunity to most of what goes around. This is being blown out of all proportion to instill fear in people so that govt can take away our freedoms. I’m tired of people running me down because “I am more concerned about freedoms than their health”. If I didn’t care about the health of other people, I would not have gone into health care for a living. But I am completely stunned at how fear has captured many people that I thought were brighter than they were. I won’t be made to cower in my house and let govt rule my life. And if we have a President who is so completely stupid as to say on national TV he is willing to “go f—k himself” over this, then God help us.

Some conservatives may believe that the Fourth Estate lost its luster in the ‘90s and signed its integrity over to the Democrat Party, but the death throes came much earlier during the Vietnam War. We lost over 58k casualties in that war and it is the only military conflict that we walked away from. Yet the truth is that we never lost a major battle in Vietnam, even Barack Obama admitted that fact. We lost the war over here, thanks to the fake news spread here by the most trusted man in America, Walter Cronkite.

Sen. Liz Warren, an early adopter on the fake Indian front, suddenly has a lot of company. Get a load of this from Legal Insurrection: The Native American population in the U.S. grew by a staggering 86.5% between 2010 and 2020, according to the latest U.S. Census – a rate demographers say is impossible to achieve without immigration. Birth rates among Native Americans don’t explain the massive rise in numbers. And there certainly is no evidence of an influx of Native American expatriates returning to the U.S.

Joe Biden and Mrs. Joe Biden were taking calls from children and their parents to NORAD (which “tracks” Santa Claus). One father, speaking in cheerful and respectful tones, ended the call by saying “Merry Christmas and let’s go, Brandon.” And to the delight of Biden’s tens of millions of detractors, Biden echoed those words and added, “I agree.” His supporters could argue that he was taking the air out of the phrase, but alternative explanations are that he couldn’t hide from the truth or that he was revealing yet another sign of dementia.
