Biden Embarrasses Himself & Deceased Veteran

Let me tell you, when someone you love and respect is being honored, in this case for the last time, it is insensitive, cruel, and disrespectful. For it to happen during a ceremony conducted by the Highest Office in the Nation that is meant to honor the sacrifice of a fallen soldier is doubly worse. That it happened more than once during the same ceremony and by the same man? That’s just despicable. Or as Hillary Clinton would say, “deplorable”. To be fair, it wasn't the idiot in chief who said the medal was posthumous, it was the officer who read the citstion.

#4, You are correct that it was a military officer who read the prepared citation. It appeared that the White House staff was careless and probably did a copy and paste when preparing the document. And there was mot enough effort put into it to proofread. Of course, so few aides in the White House (Democrat workers) have any experience with the military, or even a connection to it, that these kinds of mistakes do not "jump out" to them. Besides, they really don't care.

The headline could just stop after the words “embarrasses himself.” That covers ever day of the entire Biden residency. But can someone with such poor brain function ever embarrass himself? Biden is like the weird guy who unzips his pants to show everyone he has a penis — and then giggles about it.

SFC Cashe was not denied his MoH because of racism. It was strictly bureaucratic BS. He was immediately awarded (one never "wins" a medal of valor!) the Distinguished Service Medal. For a VERY good understanding of what this soldier did, watch this excellent documentary: https://youtu.be/ZprGLt77sBA

Poorly written article but we get the point. The veteran would not be embarrassed except by what America has become since Biden stole the office. We are not talking about fully-functioning brains here. Biden operates at an amoeba level and the rest of his staff are not much further evolved.

I worked within our parish for years. It was a Polish parish originally and many people had, at first glance, unpronounceable names. One year I was the one to present awards at the annual banquet. I had one lady whose name had nine letters the only vowels being two Y's and the other lady had a name with five letter including two Z's a G and a Y. I practiced for days until each name rolled off of the tongue. The last thing I wanted was to spoil their big moment. Can you imagine being a proud family member of a Congressional Medal of Honor recipient? In the last 160 years and hundred's of thousands of service members, only around thirty five hundred medals have been awarded. The President of the United States bestows the award personally. It's a really big deal. Now, because we have a stupid, careless, president at best and a non compos mentis president at worst, Sgt. 1st Class Alwyn Cashe's family will have have to endure and explain, forever after, that Joe Biden called him by the wrong name at the ceremony. In this case, I think that they should have redone the entire presentation along with a groveling apology. There is NO excuse for this. Playing along with the fantasy that Joe is totally fine has to stop. Having an addlepated Commander in Chief is dangerous.

I had this very discussion with a senior manager in my last job after watching a visiting D.C. official mangle the names of several employees getting awards. I told him it was disrespectful and insulting to the honorees to not care enough to find out how to pronounce their names. Of course he told me it didn't matter - I asked him, :"how would you feel????" He walked away. It isn't difficult to plan ahead - at my last graduation (for nearly one thousand graduates), the administration gave every graduate an index card with the instruction to print our names phonetically to hand to the announcer as we walked. My name is rather difficult, but after looking at my card, the announcer said my name perfectly. If a school can do it for a thousand, can't our senile POTUS manage three?????

On Monday, the national average for a gallon of gasoline was $3.31, according to AAA. The national average during the same time period that Trump was in office was $2.22.

Cultural differences, he asserts, can’t explain why there aren’t more black people fishing, hunting, and hiking. Also an insufficient excuse: income disparity. The instructor laments America’s adventure/nature gap, but he’s bulls-eyed the culprit: systemic racism. Wichita’s KAKE recently jawed it up with Jerry on the lack of outdoor equity.

The fact that the FBI has lost its way has been on public display for at least five years now. Truth be told, it probably strayed off course way before that. But during the Trump Presidency, it became too obvious to ignore. It has been involved in everything from the creation of an “insurance policy” against the peaceful transition of power, to the targeting of parents as domestic terrorists for the sin of disagreeing with school boards. How did our “premier law enforcement agency” stray so far from its motto of fidelity, bravery, and integrity? Simply put, the FBI’s current state is the result of horrible leadership.
