France, Britain spiral into crisis in
wake of migrant deaths

Original Article

The already fractious relationship between France and Britain spiralled further downward into anger and incomprehension Friday, with the two erstwhile European partners at loggerheads about how to stop migrants from embarking on dangerous crossings of the English Channel that killed at least 27 people in a sinking this week. Even as the British government insisted that the two countries “remain close friends and partners,” their words, acts and disputes over migration, fishing and how to rebuild a working relationship in the wake of Britain’s exit from the EU increasingly suggested otherwise. French President Emmanuel Macron scolded Prime Minister Boris Johnson for making public a letter that the British leader sent

Comments:

France and Lesser Britain could stop the welfare-seeking deaths cold by promising to return "migrants" to their country of origin immediately upon discovery. They know this but they don't care, seeing demographic displacement of native Frenchmen and Britons as the greater good.

All of Europe is headed toward their countries being turned in to ****holes within the next few years. The French and English have been old enemies for a thousand years. The Frogs still haven’t gotten over getting their butts handed to them at Agincourt.

Since France is no longer welcoming foreign invaders they are moving on to England. The “frogs” in this case are getting it right.

Why is it when politicians get elected in America or western Europe their first order of business is to receive big boxes of stupid pills? Now, FJB had a supply on hand, but Boris Johnson was new and had to learn how to take his daily dose. Politicians taking smart pills are called racists. The best of them resist using the middle finger of the right hand.

No one ever asks why these immigrants don't settle in nearby countries. The culture, food, and language would at least be similar.

In early August Gideon Schreiber and a team of virologists at the Weizmann Institute of Science in Israel began playing around with the spike protein of the Sars-CoV-2 virus–the protein that allows the virus to enter our cells–to see if they could predict future mutations that could yield dangerous new variants of Covid-19. At the time, Schreiber noted with concern that there were a variety of ways in which the spike protein could evolve. If all of these mutations occurred at once, it could yield a variant that was both extremely transmissible and potentially capable of evading some of the body’s immune defences

Hundreds who aimed to seek refugee status in the EU by breaking through the Polish border are now seeking daily flights back to the Middle East. The Interior Department on Friday recommended that the Biden administration consider raising royalty rates for oil and gas drilling leasing on federal lands, a move aimed partly at addressing climate change even as the White House also grapples with high gas prices and inflation. In an 18-page report, Interior officials said the royalty rates the government charges private drilling companies haven’t been raised for 100 years and that the current 12.5% surcharge on profits “shortchanges taxpayers.” “The Interior Department has an obligation to responsibly manage our public lands and waters—providing a fair return to the taxpayer and mitigating worsening climate impacts—while staying steadfast in the pursuit of environmental

Democrats have long wanted the government to parent or co-parent your children, so it shouldn’t surprise anyone that President Joe Biden said the quiet part out loud Monday night. Is the administration upset that you might be spending too much time with your family? The statement is also rather vague. The “nearly 2 million” number, I assume, represents the 1.8 million-woman reduction in our labor force during the COVID-19 pandemic. But it’s untrue to claim this loss is only due to women leaving work to care for a family member. There are myriad reasons why the pandemic and government-induced shutdowns could have diminished the female workforce.

I reported earlier today on the announcement about the new COVID variant out of South Africa that immediately had some freaking out because it was supposedly “heavily mutated” and that the spike protein was “dramatically different.” That raised questions about whether immunity and the vaccines would be protective against it. There were also suggestions that it was “highly contagious among young people.” So, it seemed obvious they were gearing up to go crazy over this again. Then we reported on Dr. Anthony Fauci claiming they needed more time and information to decide on whether they needed to be talking about travel bans, that they wouldn’t be implementing a travel ban yet.
