The shamefaced Milwaukee District Attorney's Office admitted on Monday it was 'inappropriate' for convicted felon Darrell Brooks to be allowed out of jail on a $1,000 bond three weeks ago after trying to run over his ex-girlfriend, as he was charged with five counts of murder for the lives he took at the Waukesha Christmas Parade on Sunday night. Brooks, 39, was taken into custody in Waukesha, Wisconsin, on Sunday night after police found his red Ford SUV parked neatly in a driveway five blocks from where he drove through crowds of kids and elderly dancing groups. The amateur rapper has a long criminal history dating back to 1999

Yes - - sure - - it was "inappropriate."
It may also have been unwise, imprudent, ill-advised, poorly framed, not thought through, mistaken, inadroit - - any other weasel words that I haven't thought of?

So when are you handing in your resignation?
You, Mr. DA, are a menace to society. You enable rapists and murderers in the name of "Racial Justice". Considering the preponderance of Black on Black crime, just WHICH Race are you protecting? From the results, I could claim you are protecting the White Supremacists that never left the Democrats Party by making sure Blacks live generation after generation of hell. As a kid, I can recall one of you people crying tears on the Tonight show about how well Blacks were doing and how, in a decade or so, they would outnumber Whites.
I think you're only sorry you got caught.

His behavior pattern and repeated criminal record strongly resembles people with sociopathy. Sociopaths should not be permitted to own firearms, and they should be separated from society. There is no effective treatment for sociopathy. The courts should order a forensic psychiatric evaluation, requiring all psychiatrists and others who have treated the subject to hand over their medical records. Some antidepressants are likely to increase homicidal and suicidal tendencies.

IF those who make incredibly stupid decisions to release DANGEROUS individuals were forced to PAY the same price as those mentally disturbed persons they released, who subsequently commit heinous crimes once released, we'd have MUCH LESS CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR. Make the NEW CRIME ENABLER PAY for such stupidity and be RESPONSIBLE for very bad decisions. Of course most politicians would quickly pass a law exempting THEIR stupid decisions from scrutiny or having friendly media ignore bad news for them ... kinda like the Hunter Biden laptop news that "just disappeared."

Maybe it’s time to simply quit coddling minorities and make them accountable for their behavior. And I’m not just talking about the criminals. We need to include the baby mamas, the welfare queens, the flash mob shop lifters and all of the layabout gimme-dats.
It’s time to return to the teachings of St.Paul who told the Thessalonians, “If you don’t work, you don’t eat.”

He wouldn't have re-offended and been eligible for $1000 bail in Nov, if his $10,000 bail in February was not reduced to $500.
The "appropriate" response would be to make ALL Resisting/Fleeing-Eluding/bail jumping charges "No Bail", as a demonstrated Flight Risk. It would also reduce future instances of those offenses.

Mr. Chisholm, you are the weakest link. By your actions this killer has managed to murder five individuals and harm dozens more and those are just the physically injured. How do you explain something like this to a child who was at a Christmas parade having fun? They get to witness carnage right before their innocent little eyes. Do you think that won’t stick in that child’s mind? How much damage is too much damage before these leftist fools are held accountable for their actions? This country deserves better. Chisholm gets paid to make the hard calls and when he fails miserably, he should also accept the consequences. Fire him and keep firing these leftist DA’s until they understand there is a price to be paid for adhering to their leftist dogma.

John Chisholm, like his SF counter part Chesa Boudin, believes is little or no bail for criminals, whether violent or less than violent. Loot, steal and try to kill, little or no bail. The criminal justice system is broken, from the DOJ down to local law enforcement. What is left? Self protection from the criminals. Thank our founders for the 2nd Amendment, which makes that possible.

Blacks are 13% of the American population. But Blacks commit 58% of murders in America. Anywhere else on earth, if an easily identifiable group that comprised only 13% of a country's population was committing 58% of that country's murders, there would be a national outcry to discover WHY this was taking place and to IMMEDIATELY take action to stop it. Poverty, discrimination, racism, blah blah blah. None of it accounts for it, since immigrant Blacks from Africa and the Caribbean work hard, get ahead, and don't participate in the carnage.
We know. We all know. It is becoming increasingly difficult to ignore that the problem lies within Black American culture itself, a culture that encourages and rewards ignorance, promiscuity, illegitimacy, lack of self control, and violence. Generations of absent fathers and 30 year old baby-momma grandmothers with five kids from five different fathers and none of whom have ever been married or had a job may have something to do with it. Hmmmmm?
