Milwaukee County DA admits it was a mistake
to grant $1,000 bail to SUV-driving felon
days before he smashed into Xmas parade:
Darrell Brooks was freed after running
over mother of his child and is now charged
with homicide after killing five

The shamefaced Milwaukee District Attorney's Office admitted on Monday it was 'inappropriate' for convicted felon Darrell Brooks to be allowed out of jail on a $1,000 bond three weeks ago after trying to run over his ex-girlfriend, as he was charged with five counts of murder for the lives he took at the Waukesha Christmas Parade on Sunday night. Brooks, 39, was taken into custody in Waukesha, Wisconsin, on Sunday night after police found his red Ford SUV parked neatly in a driveway five blocks from where he drove through crowds of kids and elderly dancing groups. The amateur rapper has a long criminal history dating back to 1999

Yes - - sure - - it was "inappropriate." It may also have been unwise, imprudent, ill-advised, poorly framed, not thought through, mistaken, inadroit - - any other weasel words that I haven't thought of?

So when are you handing in your resignation? You, Mr. DA, are a menace to society. You enable rapists and murderers in the name of "Racial Justice". Considering the preponderance of Black on Black crime, just WHICH Race are you protecting? From the results, I could claim you are protecting the White Supremacists that never left the Democrats Party by making sure Blacks live generation after generation of hell. As a kid, I can recall one of you people crying tears on the Tonight show about how well Blacks were doing and how, in a decade or so, they would outnumber Whites. I think you're only sorry you got caught.

His behavior pattern and repeated criminal record strongly resembles people with sociopathy. Sociopaths should not be permitted to own firearms, and they should be separated from society. There is no effective treatment for sociopathy. The courts should order a forensic psychiatric evaluation, requiring all psychiatrists and others who have treated the subject to hand over their medical records. Some antidepressants are likely to increase homicidal and suicidal tendencies.

IF those who make incredibly stupid decisions to release DANGEROUS individuals were forced to PAY the same price as those mentally disturbed persons they released, who subsequently commit heinous crimes once released, we'd have MUCH LESS CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR. Make the NEW CRIME ENABLER PAY for such stupidity and be RESPONSIBLE for very bad decisions. Of course most politicians would quickly pass a law exempting THEIR stupid decisions from scrutiny or having friendly media ignore bad news for them ... kinda like the Hunter Biden laptop news that "just disappeared."

Maybe it’s time to simply quit coddling minorities and make them accountable for their behavior. And I’m not just talking about the criminals. We need to include the baby mamas, the welfare queens, the flash mob shop lifters and all of the layabout gimme-dats. It’s time to return to the teachings of St.Paul who told the Thessalonians, “If you don’t work, you don’t eat.”

He wouldn't have re-offended and been eligible for $1000 bail in Nov, if his $10,000 bail in February was not reduced to $500. The "appropriate" response would be to make ALL Resisting/Fleeing-Eluding/bail jumping charges "No Bail", as a demonstrated Flight Risk. It would also reduce future instances of those offenses.

How do you explain something like this to a child who was at a Christmas parade having fun? They get to witness carnage right before their innocent little eyes. Do you think that won’t stick in that child’s mind? How much damage is too much damage before these leftist fools are held accountable for their actions? This country deserves better. Chisholm gets paid to make the hard calls and when he fails miserably, he should also accept the consequences. Fire him and keep firing these leftist DA’s until they understand there is a price to be paid for adhering to their leftist dogma.

John Chisholm, like his SF counter part Chesa Boudin, believes is little or no bail for criminals, whether violent or less than violent. Loot, steal and try to kill, little or no bail. The criminal justice system is broken, from the DOJ down to local law enforcement. What is left? Self protection from the criminals. Thank our founders for the 2nd Amendment, which makes that possible.

Certain Libs in government have all been trying to outdo one another by showing how compassionate they can be and how they heard the call that they are inherently racist themselves! Blacks are 13% of the American population. But Blacks commit 58% of murders in America. Anywhere else on earth, if an easily identifiable group that comprised only 13% of a country's population was committing 58% of that country's murders, there would be a national outcry to discover WHY this was taking place and to IMMEDIATELY take action to stop it. Poverty, discrimination, racism, blah blah blah. None of it accounts for it, since immigrant Blacks from Africa and the Caribbean work hard, get ahead, and don't participate in the carnage. We know. We all know. It is becoming increasingly difficult to ignore that the problem lies within Black American culture itself, a culture that encourages and rewards ignorance, promiscuity, illegitimacy, lack of self control, and violence. Generations of absent fathers and 30 year old baby-momma grandmothers with five kids from five different fathers and none of whom have ever been married or had a job may have something to do with it. Hmmmmm?

The Biden family offered their services to a huge, Chinese-government-linked energy consortium to expand its business around the world. How do we know? Because of hundreds of emails documenting the deal found on Hunter Biden’s laptop, left in a Delaware repair shop in April 2019. In her new book, “Laptop from Hell,” New York Post columnist Miranda Devine tells the tale: James Gilliar, a wiry, 56-year-old British ex-SAS officer, got to know Ye Jianming, the 40-year-old chairman of CEFC, when they were both working in the Czech Republic. CEFC was a Chinese conglomerate, one of the largest energy companies in the world.

Bill Gates has been sending tens of millions of dollars to China throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, even as the Communist-run country likely knew about the pandemic in May 2019 and intentionally fueled it to spread it around the globe. The National Pulse reported on the updated numbers for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation through November 2021.“Since the onset of COVID-19, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation has sent over $54 million to fund “global health” projects in China, including to institutions controlled by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and Wuhan Institute of Virology collaborators, The National Pulse can reveal,” the article led in.

Facing the rising prospect of a major conflict with China, the nation needs senior military leaders who are, well, superb leaders. We're not getting that leadership. The problem starts with the most senior military officer, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark Milley. The Army officer had an impressive career up until his current job. A light infantry warfare specialist, Milley held commands in some of the Army's most prestigious units. As Army chief of staff, the general won praise for pushing innovation in procurement and strategy. Unfortunately, Milley's record as chairman of the Joint Chiefs has been far less inspiring.Over the past year, Milley has given explosive quotes to

Former President Donald Trump slammed the Biden administration over vaccine mandates, inflation, the southern border crisis and more on Friday in a wide-ranging interview, but still plugged the COVID-19 vaccine that he was 'very proud' to get. Trump told FOX Business' Stuart Varney that he 'wanted' Biden 'to be successful,' but claims his handling of COVID-19 and implementing vaccine mandates was a 'disaster.' 'Look, I wanted [Biden] to be successful on the whole thing on COVID – or as I call it, the China virus,' Trump told Varney on 'Varney & Co.' on Friday.

(Tweet) Earlier this month, Newsmax informed employees it would be implementing a vaccine mandate starting January 4, 2022.

After LeBron’s mocking, Joy Reid’s scoffing, and insanely and discordant dysfunctional media’s howling because their scheme to demoralize Americans failed, there’s reason to celebrate. Yes, we celebrate. We celebrate for appropriate jurisprudence. We celebrate for rejection of “mob rule.” We celebrate for a jury agreeing to uphold civil society and the rule of law. We celebrate the reaffirming of the significance of the Second Amendment. Finally, we celebrate because using this particular case illuminated and reinforced the God-given right to self-defense for Americans now and in the future, and that’s foundational to justice. Above anything else, the Rittenhouse case is about justice.

The poll found Harris in the lead among likely candidates, with 13 percent of respondents supporting her. Michelle Obama came in second at 10 percent. All other candidates listed received 5 percent or less support, with most voters surveyed still unsure of who they would back if Biden chose not run. Other candidates in the poll included 2020 presidential hopefuls Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren, Cory

Hillary Clinton is emerging from the shadows and pimping censorship as the solution to the Democrats’ ills. All this is taking place just as talk builds of Kamala Harris’s disastrous performance as veep and the Democrats’ terrible presidential electoral prospects in 2024. Hillary’s never conceded the 2016 election, and the lust for power she’s exhibited in the past appears unabated. Something is going on that brings her back to the public spotlight. She appeared with Rachel Maddow the past week and managed to compliment Joe Biden and push for censorship.

We reported on the announcement of a new COVID variant which they are now calling the Omicron variant. The variant was just discovered this week, but already you can hear the race to paint it in the worst light possible, suggesting that there was a lot to be concerned about because it was “heavily mutated,” that immunity and the vaccines might not protect against it. We saw the Dow take a huge plunge immediately after, likely in part because of thinking that this news could lead back to more government restrictions and problems. The Biden administration reacted in a chaotic fashion. First, Dr. Anthony Fauci said

Despite rave reviews, Disney’s Encanto, an animated musical with songs from Lin-Manuel Miranda, took a nosedive at the holiday box office. Lol. As of Thursday, this tale of a magic castle in Colombia (or something) is expected to gross just $26 million over three days and an anemic $38.6 million over the full five-day holiday. First off, no one can blame streaming. This is a theatrical-only release. Secondly, no one can blame the pandemic. Plenty of movies are opening just fine. How bad is this? Oh, it’s bad. By comparison, one of Disney’s biggest bombs, The Good Dinosaur, grossed $55.4 million over the five-day Thanksgiving weekend.

Democrats have long wanted the government to parent or co-parent your children, so it shouldn’t surprise anyone that President Joe Biden said the quiet part out loud Monday night. Is the administration upset that you might be spending too much time with your family? The statement is also rather vague. The “nearly 2 million” number, I assume, represents the 1.8 million-woman reduction in our labor force during the COVID-19 pandemic. But it’s untrue to claim this loss is only due to women leaving work to care for a family member. There are myriad reasons why the pandemic and government-induced shutdowns could have diminished the female workforce.

This government relationship with Big Pharma is certainly generating some fast action, eh? I reported earlier today on the announcement about the new COVID variant out of South Africa that immediately had some freaking out because it was supposedly “heavily mutated” and that the spike protein was “dramatically different.” That raised questions about whether immunity and the vaccines would be protective against it. There were also suggestions that it was “highly contagious among young people.” So, it seemed obvious they were gearing up to go crazy over this again. Then we reported on Dr. Anthony Fauci claiming they needed more time and information to decide on whether they needed to be talking about travel bans, that they wouldn’t be implementing a travel ban yet.
