7 Unreal Moments from the Rittenhouse
Prosecutor's Closing Argument

After Kenosha County Circuit Court Judge Bruce Schroeder read through nearly 40 pages of jury instructions on Monday, Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger began the prosecution's closing argument in the trial of Kyle Rittenhouse. Stretching on for more than two hours, Binger's closing argument meandered through a selectively chosen set of facts that defied logic, ignored reality, and seemed at times unbelievable. 1. At one point in his argument, Binger sounded like a CNN reporter when he characterized the violent rioters that were laying siege to Kenosha as a "crowd full of heroes."

Comments:

Prosecutor Binger actually took a gun & pointed it at the jurors with his finger on the trigger!

So why is this stupid, reckless, lawless prosecutor not being held accountable for pointing his gun in the courtroom? This is called "brandishing a weapon." He violated EVERY rule of safety. Or is this another case of "rules for thee, but not for me?"

Viewers who watched discussion about the Jury Instructions can understand how CONFUSING such instuctions can be - and often are. Notwithstanding such confusion it's risky for a judge to modify standard instructions.

Thanks, OP. I was stunned when I saw Binger point that rifle at a group of people, not to mention that he had his finger on the trigger. He violated EVERY rule of safety. He should have been arrested by the bailiff.

Binger is dangerous with a gun, and just stupid. Firing warning shots is illegal, you may not fire your gun unless you are in fear for your life. And in court cases, firing without intent to defend yourself is considered admission that you were NOT in danger of serious bodily harm....so you had no right to shoot at all. Binger is extremely dim, and a real fool with a law degree. Pointing a rifle at people with or without your finger on a trigger will get you tossed from any range in the country. You may get a knuckle sandwich if you don't stop it immediately and meekly apologize, too. Pointing a gun is a threat to kill. Even by a moron like this.....well, especially by a moron like this. This idiot is up there with Alex Baldwin on his gun safety skills.

Some Lefties, self-described as Secular Humanists, believe all reality is a sort of video game they shape for personal enjoyment and to stave off boredom. They are god, and we are all NPCs in their game. Binger must have thought he had a 'Cheat Code'...

This idiot had to have turned the jury off as he lied and droned on and on. Later, the other idiot prosecutor took over and was just as bad, but at least he didn’t point a gun at the jurors.

The holiday season has long been a source of contention for many families, but this year families may be even more divided with almost two-thirds of fully jabbed Americans reportedly planning to ban their unvaccinated relatives from holiday festivities. The November 2 study by OnePoll analyzed the responses of 2,000 U.S. residents about how the COVID-19 vaccine has influenced relationships with loved ones. Banker Guillermo Lasso unexpectedly won Ecuador's presidency on promises to revive an economy battered by the coronavirus while his rival's vows of a return to socialist largesse failed to win over a skeptical electorate. Lasso took 52% of the vote in the runoff following a campaign that pitted free market economics against the social welfare plans of economist Andres Arauz, a win likely helped by a ballot spoiling campaign that left one in six ballots void. Markets welcomed the news following months of concerns that Arauz's social spending plans would upset the government's delicate finances.

Two Republican members of the Wayne County Board of Canvassers in Michigan rescinded their votes to certify the election results, saying Wednesday they were bullied into changing their original votes, and state authorities had refused to conduct an audit. As Breitbart News reported Tuesday, the board originally deadlocked 2-2 along partisan lines and failed to certify the results because of discrepancies between ballots and voter rolls. But after public abuse and threats, and with the video stream down, the two Republicans agreed to change their votes, saying that they’re promised state authorities would audit the results.

In most elections, the majority of votes are cast "down the ticket" - meaning, a voter supports both party's presidential nominee and state Congressional candidates. In fact, according to Pew Research, "overwhelming shares of voters who are supporting Trump and Biden say they are also supporting the same-party candidate for Senate." (skip)Twitter user "US Rebel" (@USRebellion1776), however, found that the number of votes cast for Joe Biden far exceeds those cast for that state's Senate candidates in swing states, while those cast for Trump and GOP Senators remains far closer.

Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer (D) owes President Trump an apology. The FBI announced on Thursday during a press conference that it thwarted a plot by a so-called “right-wing militia” to kidnap and kill Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer and overthrow the state government. Early Thursday morning, federal agencies raided a house in Hartland, Michigan and arrested six men: Adam Fox, Barry Croft, Ty Garbin, Kaleb Franks, Daniel Harris, and Brandon Caserta. Whitmer immediately blamed the plot on President Trump telling the Proud Boys to “stand back and stand by.”

At a time when the president would usually be expected to promote his vice president as a future replacement in the White House, Biden has instead been sidelining Harris as a potential liability, the report said.
