The Left's Bungled Revolution

Original Article

The two major political elements in play over the past year are closely intertwined. Those are the new left-wing blatancy, in which the American Left scarcely attempts to hide its actual agenda anymore, and the vast number of enemies the left is lining up against itself throughout American society. In hindsight, this makes perfect sense. How could the Left hope to maintain the support of the mass of Americans once its actual goals and methods became evident? In the past, leftists made a serious effort to shield their true agenda from scrutiny using a wide range of methods – wrapping itself in a veil of “compassion,”

The Left always overreaches. Always. They cannot help themselves, it is something wired into their mentality once they become Liberals. Now they have gotten so brazen that even Fauci has started admitting the jabs aren't working as advertised. Gee could he know something and is trying to distance himself from the soup pot?

I did read the article and the author did a fine job in describing the Left's agenda and brazen activity. Where I take issue, though, is that the consistent (and mostly tepid) pushback is like a tiny puff of wind--it doesn't stop them, and it actually has emboldened them. They have all the major business, societal, governmental, judicial, and media compatriots as their army, and are steamrolling us. We all understand quite clearly what they are doing and where they are hellbent on taking us. It's been explained ad nauseum. Does anyone actually believe they fear us?

I’ve got to agree with #4. The left seems to have been very successful. Yeah they do overreach and back up an inch or two until it blows over and they get the right messaging and then they plunge ahead a mile. Our problem seems to be that the core principles we believe work in life and society are relatively unchanging. The left offers constant change - for the worse- and the new generation careens ahead to bounce into the gully that is the outcome of the left’s cunning schemes. I hope I’m just getting old and am imagining the dim party as way more evil than they really are.

Yes, the left always overreaches, and yes there is always blowback. But if the left pushes to 100, the blowback might only force them back to 50-ish. And that’s their starting point for the next assault. +100, -50, repeat.

Excellent analysis but I don't share the author's optimism. The left always oversteps but public and political pressure forces them take a small step back back. Lather, rinse, repeat. Eventually they get what they want.

#4,7-9, commies never stop until they are in the ground. A whole lot of citizens suffering from normalization bias, ignorance, stupidity, apathy or combinations thereof still shy away from facing what is necessary. They just can't believe commies mean to rule us, and they'll kill however many of us it takes to achieve their power. That's the cold, hard fact.

The Far Left's lunges never get rolled back. They incrementally get their way where the nation would reject them go gradually. No matter how hard The People vote, from Roe V Wade to Obamacare, the government is a one-way street. Republicans get elected on the outrage, and then do nothing to undo the damage. SCOTUS? Expecting powerful members of the Federal Government to come to our rescue from oppression by the Powerful Federal Government is very naive.

Last week, Dr. Anthony Fauci made perhaps the most damning confession in the Covid vaccine saga. So far-reaching are the implications of his statement that the interview in which he made it may well prove a turning point in the fight against the vaccine fraud that is being perpetrated on the peoples of the world. In a November 12 podcast session with the New York Times, Fauci was forced to admit the fact that the vaccines do not reliably protect their recipients from serious Covid or death. (snip) Fauci’s words amount to the admission that the vaccinated are getting infected and more and more of them are ending up in hospital

Is Joe Biden plotting with House Democrats to replace Kamala Harris? Sure looks that way, given some curious goings on reported by Fox News's straight-news congressional correspondent, Chad Pergram (snip) The Pergram report follows from another rumor just a day ago of a Biden plan to kick Harris upstairs: Rumors have circulated that Biden may even be considering nominating Harris for a Supreme Court seat if one becomes vacant so that he can select a new Vice President. (snip) What's significant about that is that Joe has decades of friendships, alliances, and honor-among-thieves relationships throughout Congress. Harris, by contrast, has few allies, given her self-serving and ambitious nature.

During the Kyle Rittenhouse trial, the prosecution argued that Kyle provoked the men who attacked him by waving his gun. To prove this, during the trial, the prosecution gave the defense fuzzy drone footage. There was a great deal of argument about what could be extrapolated from that fuzzy view. It turns out that the prosecution had within its possession a high-quality video that it played for the judge after the trial ended. On this, and other evidentiary grounds, the defense moved for a mistrial with prejudice.

Back when the experts didn’t know if the new vaccines would even be “effective at preventing symptomatic COVID-19 infections,” the government, media, corporations, and public health intelligentsia still relentlessly pushed the stuff on Americans while proclaiming that they were 90-percent effective, and Dr. Anthony Fauci openly presumed that we’d “really need for 75-to-85-percent of the population to get vaccinated to achieve herd immunity.” (snip) There is a distinct danger in the government’s allowing the continued existence of that disobedient one-in-five who’ve bucked the state-approved guidance. Watching the news, one sees constant stories about COVID numbers rising, yet again, now almost two years into this pandemic, with COVID hospitalizations in some states higher than they have ever been except for the spike last December. In my state of Colorado, the test positivity rate is almost 10 percent, with 1 in 48 infected and if the current trend continues, this will be the worst COVID spike the state has seen. Up until Friday, the Kyle Rittenhouse trial was very clear: Easily understood videos and witness testimony (including testimony from the prosecution witnesses) showed that Kyle, despite trying hard to avoid conflict, was attacked by a crazed child rapist, whom Kyle shot as the rapist was grabbing Kyle’s gun, at which point a mob went after Kyle. He then shot and killed a domestic abuser (snip) On Thursday, however, the court allowed prosecutors to enter into evidence a fuzzy photo from a late-produced drone, an image prosecutors argue shows Kyle “provoking” the attacks against him.
