Republican congressional candidates currently hold their largest lead in midterm election vote preferences in ABC News/Washington Post polls dating back 40 years, underscoring profound challenges for Democrats hoping to retain their slim majorities in Congress next year. While a year is a lifetime in politics, the Democratic Party’s difficulties are deep; they include soaring economic discontent, a president who’s fallen 12 percentage points underwater in job approval and a broad sense that the party is out of touch with the concerns of most Americans -- 62% say so. About as many people see the Republican Party as out of touch (58%), and there’s some solace for Democrats in other results. Notably,

the repubs still have plenty of time to snatch defeat from the hands of victory, just to make things fair. they should listen to our President and wipe the floor with the demcommies and take no prisoners.

It is even worse than that for Dems...these polls have been regularly 5-7points off, favoring Dems. Until the votes actually come in. If there is a 20+ point swing that shows a total collapse of what they had considered "Reliable support", that degree of sudden dislike is not something that happens quietly, the people that left the left are telling their friends and family WHY they did so....vehemently. This encourages others to do the same, or at the very least renders them "Openminded" to looking at both sides of policy, when they do? WE win.

Let's see what the polls say eleven months from now. If the destruction of the country continues through 2022, and there hasn't been a REAL insurrection by then, then the loss of seats could be even worst for the demosluts.

From his opening statement to closing argument, Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger has not just made missteps, as the legacy media loves to call them, he has literally stepped in the muck, then keeps wading in up to his knees. My colleagues Nick Arama and Jim Thompson are working attorneys, and just don’t play ones on TV. Along with our other contributors that have covered the trial of Kenosha shooter Kyle Rittenhouse, they have given us great analysis on just how badly Binger has screwed up an already weak case that should have never been brought to trial.

Typically someone goes into a situation with a certain amount of capital; the gambler’s stake, the firm’s initial investment, a fighter plane’s available energy. Those without enough capital of their own borrow it and politicians seeking office but lacking wide support or charisma issue promises to their donors in exchange for a loan of support. Joe Biden’s balance sheet coming into office was highly leveraged. With only average charisma and without a notable record, the former VP, in order to obtain what he needed against Donald Trump, issued Green energy and social policy notes to the left that were not merely difficult but practically impossible to redeem. When these nonproductive policies

The Congressional Budget Office said it anticipates publishing a complete cost estimate for U.S. President Joe Biden's "Build Back Better" plan by Friday, Nov. 19. The $1.75 trillion proposal aims to expand the social safety net in the United States and boost climate change policy. The estimate will be published on the CBO's website. The CBO, a nonpartisan arm of Congress, is expected to provide revenue scores for the IRS and drug-pricing provisions, Democratic lawmakers have said.

A Texas Democrat switched his affiliation to the Republican Party over the party's left-leaning embrace of defunding the police policies and "chaos" on the southern border. State Rep. Ryan Guillen announced in a Monday press conference that he would seek reelection to his south Texas seat as a Republican, saying the Democratic Party's far-left values are no longer in line with his own. Specifically, Guillen cited his now-former party’s backing of defunding the police and the compounding crisis at the southern border under President Biden. "Friends, something is happening in South Texas, and many of us are waking up to the fact that the values of those in Washington

Panicked Democrats are deep into the blame game as rising inflation and plummeting polls have the White House — and its media enablers — shooting off in every direction. CNN brought out the heavy artillery on Sunday, firing a barrage directly into the lap of alleged Vice President Kamala Harris, in the form of a nearly 5,000-word hit piece. Harris has been on a roll lately, like a snowball gaining size and speed right into the political abyss. The CNN report says that “key West Wing aides have largely thrown up their hands” at Harris and her inept staff because they’re “worn out

President Biden signed the $1 trillion bipartisan infrastructure bill into law at a ceremony on the White House lawn on Monday. “This law is a blue-collar blueprint to rebuild America,” Biden said in a speech prior to the signing. “Next year will be the first year in twenty years American infrastructure investment will grow faster than China’s,” Biden later remarked. “We’ll once again have the best roads, bridges, ports and airports over the next decade.” The legislation allocates $550 billion in new spending over five years towards building and repairing roads, bridges, airports, and railways, as well as funds for electric vehicles and charging stations.

A new Des Moines Register/Mediacom Iowa Poll has some bad news for Joe Biden. In a hypothetical matchup between Trump and Biden in 2024, Trump is favored by eleven points. Remember how last weekend, the conventional wisdom was that passing the infrastructure bill was going to help President Biden and the Democrats turn things around? Good times, good times. This morning’s new poll from the Washington Post-ABC News demolishes that conventional wisdom into tiny pieces. Majorities of Americans support President Biden’s $1.2 trillion bipartisan infrastructure package and a pending bill that would spend nearly $2 trillion on social programs and climate initiatives. Yet despite the backing for these measures, Biden’s approval rating has ticked down to a new low, driven largely by more negative views among Democrats and independents

Watching the news, one sees constant stories about COVID numbers rising, yet again, now almost two years into this pandemic, with COVID hospitalizations in some states higher than they have ever been except for the spike last December. In my state of Colorado, the test positivity rate is almost 10 percent, with 1 in 48 infected and if the current trend continues, this will be the worst COVID spike the state has seen. On the surface, that doesn’t make sense, since nearly 80 percent of eligible Coloradans have received at least one vaccine dose, suggesting the vaccines are not working as well as they should or as advertised

WASHINGTON — Pete Buttigieg, the transportation secretary who holds the purse strings to much of President Joe Biden’s $1 trillion infrastructure package, was holding forth with reporters on its impact — the promise of more electric cars, intercity train routes, bigger airports — when a pointed question came. How would he go about building racial equity into infrastructure? The 39-year-old former mayor of South Bend, Indiana, and 2020 Democratic presidential candidate laid out his argument that highway design can reflect racism, noting that at least $1 billion in the bill will help reconnect cities and neighborhoods that had been racially segregated or divided by road projects. CORRECTIONS*
