Special Counsel John Durham’s investigation into the Trump-Russia probe has further discredited the infamous Steele dossier, which provided the roadmap for the liberal media to paint the former president as compromised by the Kremlin and even a possible sexual deviant. Durham indicted Russian national Igor Danchenko, who is believed to be the sub-source for former British intelligence officer Christopher Steele, who compiled the dossier. The scandalous dossier – funded by the Democratic National Committee and Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign through law firm Perkins Coie – provided the liberal media with countless anti-Trump headlines, cable news segments and helped set the tone for years of daily, feverish Russiagate coverage.

I once sued a professional con man whose business model was to get someone’s money somehow, secure in the knowledge that the legal system would take 3-5-7 years to get results and by then it wouldn’t matter. The dims are con men/womens/its.

Jonathan Chait and Jane Mayer use tactics very similar to the ones' used by Knotseez many years ago. As with CNN/MSNBC, you're employed with them if you happen to be a viper with TDS. The Deep State Fake News Swamp Creatures try to spread their tentacles wherever possible.

Missed BuzzFeed and in my slightly red-faced defense, CNN and MSNBC are always on the side of the radical left no matter what the topic so they were assumed.

As long as the FBI and CIA maintained the ruse they had cover to make up whatever they wanted to smear Trump. If the FISA judges had demanded accountability from the FBI instead of rubber stamping their surveillance warrants there would have been no criminal investigation to fantasize about in the media. If Robert Mueller had revealed from the beginning that his investigation was a fabrication based on the dossier the media would have lost their lead story for years. The media simply relied on the criminal conspiracy within the government to lend credence to their smearing of Trump. This is where the real accountability for the lies should be demanded.

So when do their advertisers start dropping them? What punishment or humiliation will they deservedly have to endure for lying all these years? It must be good to be untouchable.

They have waaay too much invested to admit what they've done. They'll bring up a few details, call it covered, then it's back to business. The MSM might as well be the Ministry of Truth Network.

I have to wonder, can you use lawyers for everything, and then claim client-attorney privilege when something goes awry on a regular basis? When a prosecutor is building a case, they sometimes look for a pattern of behavior, and if the democrat use law firms as cover, but then the lawyers know the truth, aren't they simply trying to pull a fast one on the Courts? Then, if they are allowed to have attorney-client privilege, why were they able to breach President Trump's privilege?

So the "'dossier' circulated among journalists for months ... and became legendary" thereby discrediting them as "journalists". They ran with a lie. And once that lie became the means to an end, namely thwarting candidate Trump and then President Trump they couldn't let go, like the proverbial dog and his bone. Disgusting. All the while the REAL Russia collusion, connection, was Hillary Clinton and her many cohorts. She still claims she won... and in actual fact, it was Hillary and her minions (among them, Schiff, Schumer and Swallwell, Pelosi and now Cheney and the Gal Gang) who were operating externally AND within the Government, seditious actions, perverting the Justice Department and the once important investigative agency, the FBI. State and CIA were already far gone. Interestingly, the Clintons have been involved in perverting just about everything (and everyone) they TOUCH. a plague upon our house

Vice President Kamala Harris is being increasingly alienated in the White House as her approval ratings plummet — as the first female veep feels she’s not getting the same support President Biden gives to white male politicians, according to a detailed new report. Despite their public show of unity, Biden and his right-hand woman have a dysfunctional relationship that has reached an “exhausted stalemate,” CNN said based on interviews with nearly three dozen insiders. At a time when the president would usually be expected to promote his vice president as a future replacement in the White House, Biden has instead been sidelining Harris as a potential liability, the report said.

The holiday season has long been a source of contention for many families, but this year families may be even more divided with almost two-thirds of fully jabbed Americans reportedly planning to ban their unvaccinated relatives from holiday festivities. The November 2 study by OnePoll analyzed the responses of 2,000 U.S. residents about how the COVID-19 vaccine has influenced relationships with loved ones. Fully vaccinated individuals accounted for 65 percent of respondents and nearly six out of 10 of those respondents had already severed ties with unvaccinated family members. CORRECTION*

Worn out by what they see as entrenched dysfunction and lack of focus, key West Wing aides have largely thrown up their hands at Vice President Kamala Harris and her staff

Watching the news, one sees constant stories about COVID numbers rising, yet again, now almost two years into this pandemic, with COVID hospitalizations in some states higher than they have ever been except for the spike last December. In my state of Colorado, the test positivity rate is almost 10 percent, with 1 in 48 infected and if the current trend continues, this will be the worst COVID spike the state has seen. On the surface, that doesn’t make sense, since nearly 80 percent of eligible Coloradans have received at least one vaccine dose, suggesting the vaccines are not working as well as they should or as advertised

WASHINGTON — Pete Buttigieg, the transportation secretary who holds the purse strings to much of President Joe Biden’s $1 trillion infrastructure package, was holding forth with reporters on its impact — the promise of more electric cars, intercity train routes, bigger airports — when a pointed question came. How would he go about building racial equity into infrastructure? The 39-year-old former mayor of South Bend, Indiana, and 2020 Democratic presidential candidate laid out his argument that highway design can reflect racism, noting that at least $1 billion in the bill will help reconnect cities and neighborhoods that had been racially segregated or divided by road projects. CORRECTIONS*

When it comes to politicians, most Americans are slow to reach a boiling point. But Joe Biden is testing their patience with his cold-hearted fumbling of inflation. After first denying it was a widespread problem, then saying the surge in prices was “transitory,” the White House is now searching for a new response. The effort needs work. Lots of work.“Reversing this trend is a top priority for me,” President Biden belatedly claimed Wednesday, after his Labor Department reported the consumer price index rose 6.2 percent in October over the same period last year, the biggest jump in 30 years.
