The New Jersey gubernatorial race was officially called for Democrat Phil Murphy Wednesday evening after the contest was deemed too close to call nearly 24 hours after polls closed. The Associated Press called the election for the incumbent governor at 6:26 p.m. in a narrow victory in a state expected to be a landslide for President Joe Biden's party. With the victory, Murphy is the first Democrat to win a gubernatorial reelection in New Jersey in more than 40 years. Republican candidate Jack Ciattarelli protested the call

Has there ever been a case when the heavily Democrat counties reported their results on time? As soon as Murphy took a lead they declare it 'over'. And NJ has no recount rules.

Absolutely disgusted!
HOWEVER, Ed Durr beat Sweeney! Great Job!
And they want us to believe there was no fraud against Ciattarelli! Dem orchestrated Fraud in NJ is commonplace.

Yeah, right, he 'won.' No way. And I doubt Mr. Ciattarelli has the money to contest but he gave it a good run.

Another year, another election stolen. Ho,hum - let's turn off voters entirely and appoint!! As bad as this is, we must keep fighting because every now and then their cheating isn't enough and we beat a punk like McAuliffe.

He obviously didn't really win but the people of New Jersey are about to pay the price. Project Veritas video shows he is going to crack down on NJ as soon as he's reelected. The NJ liberals deserve what they get.

"I wonder if he won through election fraud?" Will get you banned from Facebook and fired from any of the Fortune 500 Globalist Corporations. In D.C. it can get you solitary confinement and they will find 'Tank Man' before you get a trial date.

Make the next four years for him a living hell. Recount, accuse him of fraud. Then threaten impeachment. The recall. Blast him every single day. Then push for S. Jersey to succeed. Do what the left does. You don't need any evidence. Just accuse, accuse, accuse.
Make his life hell.

I've been saying since last years "election", that republican districts should hold back reporting their totals until the big blue districts report theirs.
Its hard to cheat if you don't know how many ballots to fabricate.

Pretty sure some party, candidate or...10 voters...will call for a recount.(NJ Law)
It's under 1% difference...It's NJ,
Where more convictions of vote tampering have taken place than anywhere else...even Blue on Blue, democrat vs democrat races cheating takes place and has been caught.

To get a little more perspective, the RNC never lifted a freaking finger to help this Republican candidate - ever. Today it was reported they parachuted in a few lawyers to oversee post-election preparations for the expected chaos. Thanks Ronna Romney, too little too late.

By most accounts, the GOP wrote this off from the start, and put almost no effort or resources behind Ciattarelli. This is typical of what the GOP does - and their penny pinching costs them elections. Had they been poised to attack this aggressively, there might have been a different outcome.
I see this crap in Illinois all the time, so we end up with a state run by the commies that the GOP makes no attempt to make inroads into.

When asked by the Murphy campaign, "How many votes remain to be counted?", the NJ Secretary of State resounded, "How many do you need?" NJ politics and Illinois politics are cast from the same mold, affectionately known as the "Chicago way". We knew Murphy would be anointed regardless of the vote.

I didn't know that it was the AP's job to call the election. Isn't the NJ Secretary of State responsible for that? The AP does not certify the vote count. The AP does not know how many votes are left to count. Murphy's victory speech may be premature.
