If we know anything about the Democrat Party and its liberal media sock puppets, it is this: Liberals will beat to death any news — real, overblown, or concocted — that it believes it can exploit the ever-loving hell out of, solely for political expediency and for a variety of nefarious reasons, which we’ll get to in a bit. One such “news” item is the never-ending COVID “pandemic” and the restrictions foisted on America by Democrats and their useful idiots, principally vaccine and mask mandates, in the wake of even more draconian lockdowns. To call the continuing effort laughable would be an understatement.

As world leaders gather in Scotland for the United Nations climate conference, Americans are facing the highest prices for gasoline since 2014.
The national average price of gas rose two cents over the past week to $3.402, according to the American Automobile Association. One month ago, the national average was $3.192. One year ago, it was $2.131.
Silver lining: the two-cent gain was the slowest weekly increase in over a month, according to AAA.

A study published Friday shows that the number of clinic-performed abortions in Texas decreased by half in September, the month S.B. 8 – the state’s law that bans abortions upon fetal heartbeat detection – went into effect.
In the findings from the Texas Policy Evaluation Project’s study, 2,164 abortions were performed at clinics in Texas. In September 2020, 4,313 abortions took place. Compared with August 2021, there were 5,377 abortions in Texas. According to the study, this high number “likely reflects the facilities’ expanded hours to accommodate more patients needing care in anticipation of S.B. 8 going into effect.” The study compiled data from 19 of the state’s 24 abortion providers,

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said Sunday she has tested positive for COVID-19 despite being vaccinated.
"On Wednesday, in coordination with senior leadership at the White House and the medical team, I made the decision not to travel on the foreign trip with the President due to a family emergency, which was members of my household testing positive for COVID-19," Psaki said in a statement.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations is reporting a new high in the bullying of Muslim children in California public, charter and non-Islamic private schools.
