U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas smacked the establishment media Thursday for distorting the Supreme Court’s decision on the Texas heartbeat abortion law.“I think the media makes it sound as though you [justices] are just always going right to your personal preference,” Thomas explained at the University of Notre Dame about the subtleties of law.“So if they [media] think you are anti-abortion or something personally, they think that’s the way you always will come out,” Thomas said in relation to the establishment media falsely portraying the heartbeat ruling as a partisan blow to Roe v. Wade.“They think you’re for this or for that. They think you become like

Thomas is right . The Justices should rule on the law and not on their personal feelings. Unfortunately there are at least 4 of them that do not agree with Justice Thomas.

Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito are the only good justices on the court. The rest especially the Chief Justice are garbage.

If you look at the voting record of Justice Roberts, it appears he did a complete 180 beginning with the non-sensical Obamacare ruling. Since then, with some exceptions which are probably allowed to provide cover, he's been voting like a good little Marxist. Is it possible our Chief Justice is being blackmailed? Who was the John Roberts on the Epstein flight logs? And something is clearly going on with ACB. I thought she was ideal, but it appears she's not who she portrayed herself to be. We give Beijing McConnell all this credit for stopping the appointment of Merrick Garland, but I wonder if the deep state was simply getting ACB ready in the wings. Sometimes I feel like we are being lied to about everything.

God bless Justice Thomas...he's carried this burden for years...when senator ted Kennedy borked him at his confirmation he made it difficult for Thomas to rule based on the constitution...but he's in there trying his best for American law and order...

Soon there will be some sort of Supreme Court involvement in the Regeneron case ~ that's where Joltin' Joe has cut that drug in half in 3 Republican governed states. In Florida 1/2 of the people who have been beneficiaries of this drug were also TOTALLY VACCINATED against Covid 19. Many are elderly African Americans and Jewish people. Joltin' Joe's action will result in the deaths of some people who have followed all of his orders! And that's simply because he doesn't like Republicans, nor Florida, nor Texas, nor..... even vaccinated people! In the meantime Joltin' Joe is arguing the SCOTUS should allow abortionists to kill ~ I can only suppose he means that they should be allowed to kill JUST LIKE HIM!

Apart from their right- or left-leaning political views, most of our SC justices are wise individuals with brilliant minds. I often wonder how they can possibly tolerate listening to Sonia Sotomayor expressing her views in their private meetings.

Biden’s Budget: The Road to Serfdom 11 replies

In President Biden’s budget speech Thursday, he referred on eight separate occasions to “pay their fair share.” He just kept repeating it. Some left-wing pollster probably told him that it plays well in progressive precincts. As you may have guessed, this performance and its content got under my skin. Mr. Biden is always blaming businesses and wealthy successful individuals.Always blaming them. And it’s a lie. It’s a big lie. Just like any left-wing propagandist. Say it enough, and it becomes true.

A new poll conducted by Fox News was released this Sunday, which indicates that the percentage of respondents who feel the country is more united under President Joe Biden has declined. It has fallen to the point where those who think the country is less united are now in the majority, according to the poll. The numbers show a huge discrepancy between the campaign rhetoric and public perception. A whopping 54 percent feel the country is less united since Biden took office, while only 37 percent felt it was more united. The poll also measured perceptions about Biden in terms of empathy and caring as a leader.

It must be a tough thing to have the responsibility every day to cover for Joe Biden, never knowing when he’s going to say something awful, commit a horrible gaffe, or lapse into incoherence. Talk about an ulcer-producing job.As I wrote earlier, White House staffers are reportedly doing the best they can to build a “wall” around him and “cocoon him,” so they can prevent him from gaffing — but there’s only so much you can do, when you have to throw him out in public all the time.
