A criminal complaint against New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo has been filed with the Albany Sheriff's Office by a staffer who is among the 11 whose sexual harassment allegations against the embattled Democrat were detailed in the state attorney general's report released earlier this week.   The complaint was confirmed to CNN by an attorney representing the anonymous accuser and a second source with direct knowledge. Albany County Undersheriff William Rice confirmed to CNN that a criminal complaint was filed by an unnamed accuser Thursday, but he did not go into details about the complaint.

A year ago the staffer would have been jailed for 'assaulting the governor'.

Some of the behavior against the 11 victims occurred beyond the statute of limitations. However, when locking down New York, Cuomo himself paused the statute, essentially clearing the way for his own prosecution. Sweet irony.

I have a close relative, a native Texan, living in New York due to a business opportunity that will set him up to move and live wherever he wants. He tells me that fellow NY conservatives believe that Cuomo isn't progressive enough for the communist democrats who have grown tired of waiting in the wings, so they are seeking to oust him to install someone far worse for traditional Americans still hanging in the Empire State. Look for the mass exodus to accelerate. Similar theory regarding Biden and Harris; however, Biden is delaying his forced exit by fronting the blatantly communist eviction policy and the invasion/rape of the southern US.

It's all political. If Cuomo resigns, which he certainly should and not because of these accusations but because of his handling of nursing homes during COVID, this will all go away. He can ride off into the sunset and charges like these will be dropped.

Memo to former Cuomo staffer -- Don't hold your breath waiting for the NY AG or State Police to go grab Gov. Granny Killer and do a perp walk out of the Governors' Mansion. The perv and elderly-mass-murderer may either quit, be impeached (I doubt it), or decide to not seek another term for personal reasons, but he ain't gonna be in any courtroom anytime soon.

Be prepared to file a criminal complaint against the Albany Sheriff's Office when they refuse to take any action. It's time for the Anita Hill mantra: It's the seriousness of the charge, not the nature of the evidence.

Republicans aren't doing this to Cuomo. Democrats are. And why? Because of Democrat outrage over thousands of dead seniors? Or #MeToo? No. They are after him because they perceive he cannot win reelection. And he will not take a hint. Power is what matters. And his weakness may lead to a loss of that governorship.

As the U.S. reached another bleak milestone on Sunday, a glimmer of hope from New York: The Empire State reported its lowest positivity rate since the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic. New York, for weeks the epicenter of the U.S. outbreak, reported the rate — the average number of positive results for every 100 tests — hit a record low 0.78% on Saturday. That figure once reached nearly 47% in early April, although testing was much more limited at the time. The rate had been around 1% since early June.

It was a rare admission when President Trump told The Washington Post last year that he regretted the way he treated his older brother, Fred Jr., who died of alcoholism. But he insisted that a subsequent financial feud with his late brother’s children had been settled amicably, saying, “We all get along.” Now, however, Trump’s niece — the daughter of Fred Jr. — has written a book slated to be published in July that could explode the image of a unified Trump family.

Gen. Mark Milley, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, told Congress in June that he wanted to understand “white rage,” why “thousands of people” tried “to assault this building and … overturn the Constitution of the United States of America.” If Milley really wants to understand the “rage” of the American people he should start by asking why he and his fellow generals can’t win any wars. As a Marine Corps officer who served at the tail end of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, I saw firsthand the rapid ideological transformation pervading the military in the wake of these disasters in the Middle East.

Plans for the Saturday bash at his multimillion-dollar home on Martha’s Vineyard had been going on for months—but the spike in virus case numbers has forced a rethink. “Due to the new spread of the Delta variant over the past week, the President and Mrs. Obama have decided to significantly scale back the event to include only family and close friends,” Hannah Hankins, an Obama spokeswoman, said early Wednesday.

Dr. Rochelle Walensky has been making the media rounds. During her most recent appearance on CNN, The Conservative Treehouse caught her making a startling admission: The vaccines neither prevent people from catching COVID nor from spreading COVID. At most, they simply reduce the severity of the symptoms people experience if they do catch COVID. From this statement, Sundance draws the logical conclusion: Why should people get vaccine passports if they are both as contagious and as vulnerable to contagion as their unvaccinated cohorts?

Washington—The Senate moved closer to passing a $1 trillion infrastructure package Saturday after lawmakers from both parties came together and voted to clear a key procedural hurdle, but the action soon stalled out as opponents tried to slow the rush to approve one of President Joe Biden’s top priorities. The measure would provide a massive injection of federal money for a range of public works programs, from roads and bridges to broadband internet access, drinking water and more. In a rare stroke of bipartisanship, Republicans joined the Democrats to overcome the 60-vote threshold needed to advance the measure toward final votes. The vote was 67-27, a robust tally. Will the Biden administration use federal funds as a club to convince employers to force employees to get vaccinated? The White House is not denying that the plan is under discussion, but they say no final decision has been reached. Forcing companies to do the government’s dirty work on a vaccine mandate is underhanded, but it’s Biden’s only choice if he thinks everyone needs to get vaccinated. A vaccine mandate has no chance of being successful. There’s a question of who will be targeted by the government. Currently, the discussions are about targeting large institutions like senior care centers and universities, but no industry is safe.

Clinical Trial Control Group Testing Vaccine Efficacy

This is not just scientific madness, it appears to be very intentional and purposeful. The Moderna and Pfizer vaccine tests were conducted, as customary, with a control group; a group within the trial who were given a placebo and not the test vaccine. However, during the trial -and after the untested vaccines were given emergency use authorization- the vaccine companies conducting the trial decided to break protocol and notify the control group they were not vaccinated. Almost all the control group were then given the vaccine. Purposefully dissolving the placebo group violates the scientific purpose to test whether the vaccine has any efficacy; any actual benefit and/or safety issues.
