The House of Representatives voted Monday night to kill a resolution from Republican leader Kevin McCarthy to get his picks on Nancy Pelosi's Capitol Riot Select Committee.Republicans Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger, who many inside the GOP want to see punished for choosing to take their seats on the panel, voted against the measure with the vote finishing 218-197.McCarthy's resolution was the last bid to compel Pelosi to accept the five Republican members and allow them to be part of the investigation he has called a 'sham'.
