CNN has found an explanation for what it calls the nationwide “panic” over Critical Race Theory: white people are “afraid that they might be complicit in racism” and that they will be “blamed for their ancestors’ crimes,” the network reported Tuesday.
CNN has been defending Critical Race Theory for nearly a decade, ever since Andrew Breitbart and Breitbart News brought it to national attention. Then as now, CNN portrayed opposition to the theory as the product of white people’s irrational fears, rather than reasoned objection.
In a story and video by New York-based correspondent Elle Reeve, and video producers Deborah Brunswick and Samantha Guff, CNN claims, without evidence, that conservatives use

Dismissive mocking seems to be the go-to defense of CRT.

The Democrats really want the people to hate each other. I hope they pay for it.

So, some of those all white people are racists screamers aren't themselves racists? They get a pass for being white people telling us all white people are racists? Is that what they're doing? The left has wanted a race war since at least the 60s. Those sitting on their high perches (racists of all colors) might be surprised how that race war doesn't take place in these streets but it turns on them. If there's going to be a race war, I say we start with them; take it to their businesses, government offices, mansions, and security-protected residences. Demand they give up their stuff and their positions of power to. . . pick a race. Them first, then there'll be no need for the rest of US to fight each other.

I do not understand why any white person would push the ridiculous idea that all whites need to be punished for racism (or anything else).
It's suicidal. Do they think if they go along with this lying garbage they will get a magic shield to protect them from being abused for being white?
Crazies, every last one.
CRT doesn't even make any sense. It is illogical and historically wrong.

Here’s my question: If ALL of us white people have collective guilt for the terrible things SOME white people did to Black people, don’t ALL Black people have collective guilt for what SOME Blacks are doing to their Blacks? I mean if collective guilt applies to us whites,?why doesn’t it apply to the Blacks?

I was raised in church as a little kid singing Jesus loves the little children… Red and yellow black and white all are precious in his sight, Jesus loves the little children of the world, Racism is taught by racists.

How about those blacks who are complicit in racism? How about those black politicians who are more concerned with themselves and their own aggrandizement than they are with improving their constituents' lives? Why are so many of our Democrat cities in such disarray? How about those union school teachers who year-after-year continue to churn out children who are poorly taught in the basics and math and science? How about those pseudo religious leaders who preach hate and division rather than God's Word which would help unite people and benefit everyone?
And then there are those men like Allen West in Texas and Vernon Jones and Hershel Walker in Georgia who believe in themselves and all the opportunities our country affords, and rather than blame others, will act to improve the lives of everyone.

Scrooo you, CNN. We can ignore your lies but now you're getting insulting. We have the power to erase the rest of your viewers so keep it up.

Complicit in your manufactured butthurt? Not on your life. Never owned a slave, never participated in slavery, nor did any member of my family. Never made it to these shores until 1905.
Go assign your blame to some southern Democrap, pull your damn pants up, and go find a job that doesn't involve grifting.

I think a much more reasonable explanation is that you all are pushing CRT because you are afraid that you might be complicit in racism and blamed for your ancestors crimes. It was your demoncrats, after all, who were slave owners, segregationists and Klan members. What have we got to afraid of of? My ancestors fought for the North to free the slaves. Wish you leftist would just stop the Projection and leave us alone.

#6, it doesn’t because the left says it doesn’t. It’s their SOP. Another example would be this - if one Christian kills an abortionist then all Christians are complicit, but if one Muslim kills 50 people in a gay nightclub, then he’s a “lone wolf”.

No, I'm afraid I will be blamed for Democrats' crimes, (for which they appear to have totally escaped any accountability) -- slavery, KKK, church burnings, internment, Jim Crowe, 64 Civil Rights Act filibuster. . .

On a par with the gay's calling every type of criticism against them as motivated strictly by "homophobia" which translates into "irrational fear of" homosexuality. In the gay view, the 'fear" of their critics derives from the fact that "the critics are gay themselves but refuse to admit it or acknowledge it".

The very last thing I might be afraid of is being called a "racist". I will stand up for and compare the accomplishments of my white race against any other race any day, any time!

Only stupid folks would buy this CRT garbage. I have ZERO guilt. My family owned no slaves, ever, and my forefathers fought on the Union side. IMO, the Civil War was NOT about 'freeing the slaves', that is a Yankee propaganda saying, but in the end, that was one of the many effects.
Slavery ended over a century and a half ago. I have zero guilt and no sympathy for blacks who say that they cannot succeed. I know successful blacks, and all they did was the normal stuff. Obey the laws, stay out of jail, get a job skill or an education and work hard and then .....boom....you are in the middle class. It works every single time.
