Burger King’s new chicken sandwich is like Chick-fil-A’s… only gayer. The newest entrant in the fast-food chicken wars is having political activism its way, pledging to support America’s biggest LGBT-rights group with its Ch’King sandwich. “6/3-6/30 with every Ch’King sold, BK will contribute 40₵ to the Human Rights Campaign (Max. donation $250k),” Burger King’s official Twitter account tweeted. “The #ChKing says LGBTQ+ rights!” the chain bragged with rainbow-flag emojis.(Snip) “During #pride month (even on Sundays) your chicken sandwich craving can do good!” Burger King wrote. Chick-fil-A is famously closed on Sundays,

I guess Burger King just made my list. Too bad I haven't been dining at Burger King frequently because they may not notice my absence now. If you have been please put them on your "woke businesses to avoid" list.

If I decide I want a fast food chicken sandwich, I'll go to Popeyes. If they become 'woke' or skip down the LGBTQWXYZ path, I'll have to learn to make my own chicken sandwich.

I'll stick with nonchain restaurants that don't worry about this crap. That, or eat at home - unless the chain grocery stores start getting goofy.

I eat at a Burger King occasionally because they are the ONLY fast food in town that is open. Wendy's, Taco Bell, Jack in the Box and McDonalds are drive thru only. Sorry to hear this.

Burger King was once the #2 fast food restaurant in the US they have dropped below Wendy's , Chick-Fil-A - subway and others - I think their decision making is suspect.

Unfortunately, they won't miss us because we never eat there anyway. However, this gives me a chance to comment on their repulsive mascot. Here goes: their mascot is repulsive!

#7 is right. BK is not as good as the other fast food places. Lousy food and "woke" pandering is not a good business strategy.

Bye, Bye, BK!
Poor top managerial decision making has burdened the franchise owners for some time now.
This latest decision wil harm them even more.

Years ago they also had a gay pride Whopper. Still waiting to see a traditional families whopper, or a stay in school whopper, etc. No, only aberrant sex practices are worthy of celebration on items they want people to physically ingest.

I used to enjoy an occasional Whopper and fries back in the last century (1990s) but then the local restaurant staff shifted demographically to an all black staff and you'd get a side of "attitude" with an incorrect order and the place was filthy inside. Stopped going there for a while and the next time I stopped it was clean and neat and the staff was polite and all Hispanic. They still got the order wrong though - haven't been back since.
We would occasionally go to Chik-fil-A but haven't been there since COVID hit. I like their spicy chicken sandwich with Wendy's a close second...

Notice the Washington Times shows the LGBTQ with a (+) sign at the end that was added to represent P pedophiles. Burger King is signing their own demise for this 'woke' move. I haven't gone in a BK in years now I know never to return for a cup of water when traveling. Let the mentally ill perverted weirdos support BK.

I'm 67 and spent four decades in the restaurant business. I've eaten at BK less than 10 times. With this new sandwich, that number won't change.

Speaking of pushing the homosexual agenda, I was very disheartened by what I heard on an I-Heart-Radio station yesterday. They were promoting what they were calling "pride radio."
Why are we constantly bombarded with references to Sodomy Pride month in the media?

The last time I ate at a Burger King the food was slop. Never returned. Meanwhile a couple of years ago the local franchise made the news for trying to poison Police officers. You want to think it was just some evil moron they hired, but that certainly reinforced my lifelong ban on buying food there. And yet, back in the 1970s I enjoyed the Whoppers, etc. Burger King offered. Why companies allow themselves to be destroyed by horrible management is a reoccurring mystery.

Let me know when BK's chicken sandwich is as good as Chick-Fil-A's AND when their employees have the same enthusiastic customer comes first attitude.

Kinda funny that they named their chicken sandwich Ch'king in honor of the chicken chokers they're pandering to.

So, you can't buy a chicken sandwich from Chick-fil-A on Sunday. You can go to Popeye's or BK for a chicken sandwich, but you run the risk of getting stabbed, one way or another.

Burger King has been on the ropes for several years. And when you buy a chicken sandwhich are you really worried about "gender?" Come on, wake up. Just buy the sandwhich and eat it.

I used to like Chik-fil-A....then they went all triple wimpy on the Wuhan flu nonsense, shutting down ALL their dining rooms, as did McD's.
I ate at a LOT of Wendy's in the dining room over the entire time of the Dem-panic, and while there were many Wendy's closed, it seems that in any locations where the local government weren't mandating shutdowns, they were open. We traveled a number of times to visit relatives in the last year and a half and were greatly inconvenienced by McD's and Chik-fil-As all being closed. At this point, I don't plan on ever bothering either chain again. Lots of other choices. And I did not see a single Waffle House the wasn't open in the SE.

Except I never like Burger King/Queen idiots, or their unhealthy sandwiches. They ca go to hell.
Not the first time they pulled such stunts. Some of us did not forget their embarrassing push for "net neutrality" scam and how they got called out and embarrassed.
That said, I'll be going to Chick-fil-A in few minutes to get awesome sandwiches.

Nasty, no thanks. I'd go get some Chick-fil-A, except I've not spent a penny there in over a year thanks to their own dip into leftist political action.
