It's already ridiculous that the foundation of this country relies on who the president is when one of nine geriatric Supreme Court justices either dies or retires. It's doubly ridiculous then, that a Supreme Court justice would understand this fickle structure, see its constant abuse by one political side, and yet refuse to retire when the party that most aligns with their judicial philosophy is in power. (Snip) Apparently, history really does repeat itself, as another left-leaning, 80-something year-old Supreme Court justice is refusing to retire at a time when the Democrats have a precarious hold on the Senate, and

Comments:

I'm not a fan of Breyer but do believe he is being treated disrespectfully by the Left. They are practically hounding him off the court just to cash-in their political chips. Hopefully he will dig in and refuse to budge.

How can this author be serious? He’s questioning the fitness of Breyer because of his age, yet a more senile, incompetent, fumbling senior, the likes of which this country has never seen, is our POTUS! Get rid of Breyer only after Biden is removed first!

Breyer doesn't seem to be the physical mess that the sainted RBG was in her final days (although she did seem to retain her marbles) unlike William O. Douglas, and Thurgood Marshall who hung on through obvious mental impairment but ultimately retired.

I think many are missing the point of this article. Why do the Dem's want a judge to leave now? May Biden and company knows something that others don't. #3 and #4. Trump won't need to run in 2024. I think this audit of elections will bear out that Biden cheated and the election is null and void. The Dem's want a judge to quit so Biden can put in another liberal before Trump comes back to office. And I have a feeling that will be before 2024. I think you're going to see something this year happen. Everyone says 2024, but 2024 will never happen unless they fix this cheat problem now.

All the Supreme Court Justices have an unwavering belief in their own value to the nation. The best example was the Notorious RBG who believed she could not be replaced and hung on so long that I'm pretty sure that old girl hung on by her fingernails till ways past the bitter end. AND President Donald Trump was the one to replace her.

#20, Biden is the President and Trump is not coming back this side of a decision by either voters or their elected representatives. And I hate that people are getting disillusioned, so here is why - please write out on a piece of paper the exact steps by which Trump would come back. If it involves judges deciding it, then that is nonsense, thank God, because live by judges, die by judges, if they can analyze matters and put Trump in then they can analyze matters and take him out. If it involves the military, then that is not their job in a democracy and i would rather four years of Biden If it involves people such as Pelosi repenting that they are bad, and fixing it without being forced, then you are in la la land. The Constitution has it that this is done by Voters, and if that result is ambiguous, it is resolved by Legislatures and by Congress. if you have a better idea, propose it. But it was done that way to put the voters in charge. Those cowards? We voted for them. Their word is Final. And there is NO other way to do this. Think it over.

The Memo: Outrage rises
among liberals over Israel

Outrage is rising among Democrats over events in the Middle East — and it’s aimed at Israel. A previous generation of Democrats leaned heavily into the idea of Israel as a stalwart U.S. ally. U.S. criticism of Israel was muted or nonexistent, and Washington often acted as a bulwark against international opprobrium. But the progressives on the rise today are more likely to draw parallels between the plight of the Palestinians and the injustices faced by Black Americans, or to compare Israel’s posture with apartheid-era South Africa.“I know what it’s like to be brutalized for simply advocating for my own
