A State Department cable reviewed by The New York Times says U.S. embassies and consulates may now fly LGBTQ pride flags. Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken authorized the move for diplomats for International Day Against Homophobia and Transphobia on May 17. Diplomats may also continue the practice in June during Pride Month and when “appropriate in light of local conditions.” A State Department official confirmed the authorization with the newspaper Friday. Requests to implement the flying of LGBTQ pride flags on the same poles as American flags were denied during the Trump administration.(Snip)“As a matter of policy, the United States does not advocate

Comments:

Gay USA does not advocate for or against homo marriage, yet it flies Gay Pride flags from its embassies, the same pole (oooh!) as Old Glory. Westboro Baptist Church demonstrators used to carry signs saying [Homosexuals] Doom Nations. Seems they had a point.

This nation is rebelling against God. He allows disobedience. In the end His wrath with be cast upon those who do not obey Him. IW many nations people and tribes have been destroyed by God in the past simply because the stopped obeying and worshiping him and worshipped and bowed down to falls prophets and Gods. The end of times are near. They are bowing down to pagan sexuality to man made climate change, to financial drunkenness and irresponsibility and to the persecution and punishment of churches and Christians. Translation: Fly the sodomite flag in Christian countries no matter how offensive, but don't dare fly them in muslim countries!!! How silly of me. Other than Vatican City, there are no Christian countries left. And with the current socialist Pope, I'm not totally sure of Vatican City these days. With his "tolerance" theology, he probably wouldn't put up a stink if the US flew one of the sodomite flags there...

Dramatic footage by The Post shows a crowd of protesters snarling traffic and squaring off with cops just a block from City Hall on the Manhattan side of the Brooklyn Bridge on Saturday night. Six cops were seen corralling one man with his hands behind his back at the Manhattan mouth of the bridge from around 10:30 p.m. “He’s breaking my finger,” the grimacing man claims. “What am I being arrested for?,” another can be heard asking, as swarms of officers disperse several dozen protesters coming off the bridge onto Centre Street. Professors Martin Bazant and John Bush from the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology say the 'six foot rule' that encourages people to socially distance in public has no solid basis in science. They explained that the risk of being exposed to the coronavirus indoors is the same whether people are six feet or 60 feet apart, and that this risk is low in well-ventilated spaces. Bazant and Bush developed a model to calculate indoor exposure risk based on time spent inside, air filtration and circulation, immunizations, respiratory activity, variants and mask use. The team says the six-foot rule 'has no physical basis'

Wind and solar energy are both essentially obsolete technologies. There is a reason why only the very rich or the very adventurous sail across oceans: the wind is unreliable, and at best produces relatively little energy. Nevertheless, liberals have concocted fantasies whereby all of our electricity, or perhaps our entire economy, will be powered by those fickle sources. There are a number of reasons why this will never happen, but a paper published last week by Center of the American Experiment argues that land use constraints are the most basic reason why wind and solar are inexorably destined to fail. The paper, titled Not In Our Backyard, is authored by

n the debate over whether one should or should not get the COVID vaccination, much has been said about the “science.” However, I’m not sure any encyclopedic knowledge of “science” is required to make this health decision. Simple statistical analysis should suffice to inform one’s ultimate decision. Statistics is primarily a study of probabilities. Fortunately, as regards COVID mortality rates, these probabilities are now known. That is, COVID mortality statistics broken down by age cohorts are now “known knowables.” For example, through statistics as of April 7, the odds an American under the age of 25 would die from COVID were 1-in-106,217.
