Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla said Thursday people will “likely” need a booster dose of a Covid-19 vaccine within 12 months of getting fully vaccinated. He also said it’s possible people will need to get vaccinated against the virus annually. “It is extremely important to suppress the pool of people that can be susceptible to the virus,” he told CNBC’s Bertha Coombs during an event with CVS Health. He added the vaccines will be an important tool in the fight against highly contagious variants.

Gee, and in related news, the president of Ford Motors said today that you need to buy a new Ford car every other year so that your car always has the latest safety and technology advances to keep your family safe on the road. The fact that we will make billions of dollars when you do that isn't relative to what I just said. Honestly, what is the freakin' difference between what Pfizer said and what Ford would love to say?!?!?

That's why they told people to stop having their vaccination cards laminated. Of course, the recommendation to have them laminated in no way implies that we'll be required to carry them around like ID cards in order to gain access to stores, schools, etc. Welcome to Bill and Anthony's Excellent Utopia.

Yes, we will likely see the emergence of multiple new coronavirus strains requiring annual vaccination just we we do for flu That's the bad news. The good news is that about one third of all common colds are caused by a coronavirus. So we might get less colds?

Of course we’ll need the vaccine next year - it’s the 2022 congressional elections and the required millions of unverified absentee ballots. Then another vaccination program in 2024 for the presidential elections, which will require many more millions of absentee ballots as we await the vaccines. Remember, without cartons on absentee ballots delivered at 3:00 a.m,, how else can Harris win?

And here I was hoping to get a booster in the fall instead of the flu shot, which by the way seems to have disappeared? Influenza virus morphed into SARS-COV2 virus?

Folks, this is not your “typical vaccination “. More like annual flu shot. Vaccine provides lifelong immunity like measl, mump, rubella, polio, smallpox. The language was misused in this case. So, face that fact, folks. Goalposts are being moved again.

Why would anyone with a healthy immune system need the vaccine in the first place? I'm not opposed to anyone taking the vaccine but is it really necessary for someone whose immune system is healthy to take it? It would not surprise me if Bourla is laughing all the way to the bank, and then some.

Republican President Donald Trump has a slight lead over Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden in a tracking poll of Ohio likely voters following the national conventions. The state is predictably split with rural voters backing Trump and urban voters backing Biden in the latest figures released Monday by Morning Consult. It is another marker that shows a competitive race in Ohio, which Trump won in 2016 by 8 percentage points. Morning Consult polls daily and uses a 10-day rolling average for state-level head-to-head presidential race results.

The gun Patricia McCloskey waved at protesters was inoperable when it arrived at the St. Louis police crime lab, but a member of Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner's staff ordered crime lab experts to disassemble and reassemble it and wrote that it was “readily capable of lethal use” in charging documents filed Monday, 5 On Your Side has learned. In Missouri, police and prosecutors must prove that a weapon is “readily” capable of lethal use when it is used in the type of crime with which the McCloskeys have been charged.

In 93% of those cases, the hidden funding came from a Chinese institution. The new numbers come from Michael Lauer, NIH’s head of extramural research. Lauer had previously provided some information on the scope of NIH’s investigation, which had targeted 189 scientists at 87 institutions.

How did this happen? How did the nation go in an instant from disbelieving every utterance of Donald Trump to robotically repeating — and acting on — every claim that falls out of Joe Biden’s mouth, no matter how disconnected from the truth? The most glaring example involves Biden’s fact-challenged tirade against Georgia’s new voting law. At his first and only press conference, Biden declared the state’s efforts to protect against voter fraud were worse than Jim Crow, “un-American,” “sick,” and “despicable.” (This was the same press conference where moments later Biden bragged about how much time he’s spent with China’s genocidal communist dictator before calling him “a smart, smart guy.”)

Psaki said she hadn't spoken to President Joe Biden before the morning briefing, so didn't know if he'd watched it, but said it served as a 'reminder' that 'too often in this country law enforcement uses unnecessary force, too often resulting in the death of black and brown Americans.' She said the shooting was unnecessary after Chicago cops released bodycam footage showing the boy had a gun and dropped it just before the officer opened fire.

With all this push for Hollywood “diversity” one often wonders if Hollywood has a vendetta against traditional standards of movie making. According to one insider, that’s exactly the case for at least one major studio. Sci-fi author Nick Cole, co-author of the Galaxy’s Edge series, claimed that during a pitch meeting, a major Hollywood studio passed on a recent project he had been working on, citing the fact that they’re done producing content for “White, Christian, Trash.” Oh wow, that’s a hell of a way to say it. Perhaps this is the sentiment underlying Hollywood’s spate of inclusivity-over-everything pledges they’ve made in the past few years.

Anybody who’s taking Dr. Anthony Fauci seriously probably needs to stop doing so. He endlessly moves the goalposts to maintain his unlimited power over the American people, something Democrats support. That’s why, on Thursday, during House testimony, Rep. Maxine Watters (who is a low-rent harridan) tried to shut down Rep. Jim Jordan’s efforts to get Fauci to say when enough Americans will be vaccinated so that COVID restrictions can end. The past year has shown that Fauci either has no idea what he’s talking about or is trying to advance an agenda that invariably has to do with maintaining the 2020 status quo of lockdowns, isolation, and masks.
