Freedom of speech on the internet did not lead to a rise in “hate crimes,” according to a report sent from the U.S. Department of Commerce to Congress in January — a report that has yet to appear on any government website.
Breitbart News has obtained a copy of the report, which is published in full below. But sources close to the government say they are baffled as to why it wasn’t released publicly after being sent to Congress.
The report was prepared by the Department of Commerce’s National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA), which is responsible for advising the President on all matters related to telecommunication and the internet.

Golly, I'm so surprised that the enemedia hasn't been reporting these findings. I just can't figure out why Xiden's regime would withhold this vital information from the public. /s, if necessary.
I don't know about the rest of you, but I plan to relive my youth and go out as a mouthy teenager. See you at the sock hop!

Thanks #1. I have expressed several times that I equate liberalism as a rejection of God's ways. God wants us to live in His ways and it is very freeing! Hate crimes are caused by what is in a person's heart. If you don't have God in your heart and God is love, guess what resides in your heart.

I'm not going to read the entire study so to say I disagree is intellectually flawed. But I disagree. I see overt hatred of constitutionally oriented people. By labeling us as White Supremacists, Nazi's, misogynists, racists, and suggesting everything we earned in life was the result of abusing other people, to suggest that nobody is getting physically attacked over that is beyond my comprehension. How did the false flag Michael Brown story not lead to violence? How many people including police have, been injured, killed, or had their businesses and places of employment burned to the ground because people have fallen for the rhetoric about systemic racism? And the federal crime statistics (Bureau of Justice Statistics) do not support that, nor did the Harvard study (Roland Fryer). That propaganda may not have originated by online free speech but it sure does reside and spread there.
I suspect that what was being examined was limited in scope and looking to hang a label on a specific subset of public discourse.

God gave all freedom of choice.
For all to be equal there can be no freedom of choice.
Satan does no allow freedom of choice.
So whom will you serve?

Now what do you suppose this means.... nothing... it's stating a forgone conclusion...as more and more Americans unplug from the internet... the big dudes are getting nervous...WE don't trust Facebook and rasputin's tweeter...WE are unplugging from our phones.. as Greg Kelly said last night... little by little Americans are putting on the breaks with purchasing on line and instead going out locally to make purchases...I don't need a government agency to tell me what is obvious to me every day...the parking lots are jammed with cars and happy people getting fresh air...how long did biden think WE would follow fauci?

As the replies state, free speech does not instigate evil acts. Prime example was when one if the worst governors ever Nikki Haley's took fascist actions after psycho Dylaan Roof murdered those beautiful souls at a church meeting. She started the communist campaign to remove all vestiges of the Confederacy from our history. Like somehow if Ribert E. Lee and the rest of them had never existed Roof would have not been evil? It isn't lunacy it is a plan to control us.

Get your pithy quote right, OP: Leftist violence is speech; conservative speech is violence. And the Hidin Administration will act accordingly.

Toldja! Facebook and Twitter want you censored. They want your business, they give you multiple accounts, but they MONITOR you. Now they will purchase from the CCP an AI algorithm to achieve it because it is too big for ''mere humans.''
I was delighted that this was a Breitbart article, so I could listen to it as I read along.

Hate or thought is not a crime. Suppressing Free Speech is a crime.

Gee I’m so grateful that the Feds decided that free speech is a thing. If they had ever read the Constitution they would understand it better and ‘Federal Reports’ on the subject would not be necessary.
