Think about it this way... Young women have been indoctrinated into believing all men are predators. Young men have been woosified. Those who haven't been, hae a hard time finding more traditional young women. Women turn to women for companionship. Men turn to men for companionship. And the non-woosified men are alone and lonely. They teach this to kids in school as nirvana. What do you expect?

Do the survey on the same demographic in a few years when the group is older. See if the numbers have changed. I think some young people figure it is easier to identify as LGBTQ (what other letters are we working with these days?) than to deal with societal constraints. They are young and want to experiment. Maybe they haven't sorted things out. Maybe they consider it is cool to be queer. That's why I say do the survey again in a few years.

On a related note, a woman's chances of fertility diminish rapidly after about her mid-30s. Some 90% of her eggs are gone by age 30, but with women beginning menstruation very early these days (exposure to endogenous environmental estrogens, weird plastics, etc), the window of fertility narrows even more. Now add in university, often graduate school, being encouraged to explore sexuality with various and sundry partners instead of "settling down" (described by feminists as a reduction in freedom), then dealing with crushing student loan debt, then waiting until financial stability (assuming that ever happens) to start a family, and soon enough she's alone with a dozen cats and a box of wine. This is a brilliant way to do targeted population reduction; remove specific women from the breeding population. Something a Bond villain would do.

This article reminds me of a shocking finding published 20+ years ago where inner-city students were asked about their sexuality - Straight, Gay, Bisexual. A shocking percent said they were bisexual. When asked for details, the same group reported no sexual relationships. Their reason for selecting this option was, "It sounds so cool!"

Kids will do and say what they think it takes to make them popular. They give no thought to how stupid it may be or the lifetime consequences. Look how many have used drugs over the years. When gayness loses its badge of honor status once again, much of this will go away and many will be ashamed.

I am willing to bet that 99% of the ones who identify as bisexual have never had a same sex physical encounter. Right now identifying as part of the alphabet sex cult brings one great accolades on the average college campus or in the high school cafeteria and bestows automatic exalted victim status. If you are white this is pretty much the only way you can enter that club. Wait a few years until after they have left academia and they find out nobody really cares what they sleep with as they fail at yet another entry level position, still never having never actually "related" to anyone of the same sex. After its no longer cool the ratio will drop back to the 1 to 2 percent it has averaged over the centuries.

It's been a lot larger than the one to two % they have been claiming for years, but of course when they teach in school that it is perfectly normal and everyone should try it before they decide of course the numbers go up. I don't know why women choose to go for other women , but I suspect men do it because they are too lazy to put any effort into a relationship with women and just hang out in bars with gay men to get their ashes hauled.

Some of this lack of guys being interested in young women is because of the way young American girls don't seem to make an effort to be attractive any more. Apparently dressing nicely and caring how you look is no longer "cool" for a majority, just by observation for years. When I started traveling to Russia, Ukraine, and other former soviet states about 15 years ago, after three weeks immersed in their culture, coming back to the USA was a real contrast. Fifteen years ago in Ukraine, young women ALL made a real effort to make themselves look attractive, ALL the time. Hair nicely done, nice clothes, almost always dresses, and essentially ALL were thin and 'looking fit and good', clearly they cared and spent time on how they looked. A fat Ukrainian girl 15 years ago was a real rarity. Maybe poor food supply, or maybe cultural norms, I don't know. As women got older, they picked up a few pounds....matronly has been real around the world for centuries, of course. Coming back to the USA, the fact that 80% of women in their teens through 30s are at least 20 to 40 lbs overweight, and that the majority of them on a typical day wear either sloppy jeans or skin tight pants (when their figures suggest that they really shouldn't) and sloppy, oversized T-shirts or hoodies and maybe a baseball cap on backwards, often with unkempt greasy looking hair, and no makeup was a jarring contrast. I'm not quite sure if this is a studied 'sloppy look' as a style statement of some kind or whether it is just that they don't pay any attention to appearances. The difference in the attractiveness on an average shopping trip of the average Ukrainian 20 year old woman and the average American 20 year old woman was much more striking after having been away from the USA for three or four weeks straight. Fat and dressed like a plumber isn't really an attractive look. And guys DO notice. And maybe after years of no attention from guys, the girls listen to the propaganda and start having sex with other girls.
