The U.S. Supreme Court’s appalling decision not to hear a Republican challenge to Pennsylvania’s extra-legal changing of election laws shortly before the 2020 vote—which likely delivered the state to Joe Biden in the wee hours of Election Night—is just the latest disgrace of the John Roberts court, and a clear signal of future trouble for the Republic.
Pusillanimity has marked the chief justice and the institution he leads since his volte-face regarding the 2012 Obamacare decision, in which he saved the misbegotten, intrusive, and blatantly unconstitutional law at the last minute by choosing to call the “individual mandate” a tax—

Why is it called the Robert's court? Thomas has been there longer as has Alito. Who appointed Roberts the main judge?

George W. Bush appointed John Roberts as Chief Justice. I’m sure he knew he could be controlled.

the record of do-nothings by this court is astounding. The Founders had the right idea but they never, I guess, ever thought politics would ever reach the level of debasement it has to this day. President Trump was the catalyst that brought the snakes out of the grass to make them declare their allegiances. He must re-emerge and take back everything they took from him and as was his way, he fought them to the end, which says a lot. Just read a fantastic article in News With Views by Kelleigh Nelson on Pence. Excellently researched and I was thunderstruck with the information she had in that article. highly recommend reading it.

Supreme Justice John Roberts is a nothing. Gave US the Obamacare Tax. Gorsuch, Kavanough, and Coney Barrett voting consistently against the Constitution and US who put then there. I it now transpires it was the awful Heritage Foundation who selected all the McConnell judges. Heritage fired the great Trumper Jim DeMint and substituted this good white man for token black woman by name of Jay James.
This is not Coca Cola, this is the future of the entire world. Roberts, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Coney Barrett are play dough in Marxists hands. Our Supreme Court has now become the enabler of Cultural Marxism and this is not how the Constitution was written. I am fed up with conservative constitutionalists that end up spreading their legs up to Cultural Marxists like Kameltoe.
The 2020 election was stolen by mail-in ballots, and Dominion Machines directed from China and this ise only place I can post such self-evident truth.

The "March Through The Institutions." We no longer have a school system of education, a Congress, a Presidency, and a Supreme Court. We are on our own, apparently. No one has "standing," the question of election fraud is now "moot," and demoncrats no longer feel they have to obey any of ours laws or even pretend that they stand for equality and equal protection of the law. Then they pretend that we are the "insurrectionists" and traitors to American ideals.
Then we have the police and the military, who are too cowardly to disobey their liberal, leftist, traitorous masters, and are ordered to go after law-abiding, patriotic American citizens for exercising their rights; while ignoring a whole year of rioting, looting and burning by leftist mobs. This is either going to get violent and ugly, or we will be forced to be second-class citizens in our own country.

Wow! I'm sure glad "the Republicans" got Roberts, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Barrett on the Court. No telling how these decisions might have turned out in the hands of leftist judges. Oh, wait...

I am afraid what this decision stated is that the union is no longer representing us. The dc federal government must be disbanded and like thinking states must form their own unions. I for one don't want to be represented by a government led by a demented thief who is totally illegitimate and backed by a corrupt Supreme Court.

No one is coming to save us.
Not the SCOTUS. Not the Military. Not Q.
Be prepared to risk your jobs and your reputations. Because we are going to have to take to the streets and protest for real. Not just online.

When you place political hacks on the court, don't be surprised when they engage in politics.
When you place politicians in charge of medicine, don't be surprised when medicine is politicized.
The near-total abandonment of the legislative branch's duties and responsibilities - except, of course to spend money like water - has meant a power vacuum and a paradigm shift. A 9-vote star chamber is much easier to control and, crucially, their decisions can never be vetoed. The executive branch is also usurping the legislature's duties with fatuous executive orders and rule by bureaucrat.
It's clear from history, founding documents and writing that the framers intended the Congress to be 'first among equals' since power would be diffused among many and that turnover in seats, power etc. would be more frequent. This is bolstered by the fact that they had experienced a monarch ignoring or countermanding Parliament or forcing them to pass whatever he decreed.
As others have said, the Court's primary tactic now is to duck cases and deny standing. Are you telling me that two sad old beardy queens in Podunk, Ohio are entitled to 'gay marriage' ie a piece of paper in a county filing cabinet as their case was rushed through the courts including the Supreme - but that millions of voters being denied the ultimate civil right in multiple states as those states and legislatures violated their own laws and constitutions are not?
The Declaration in particular addressed this very thing - governments ignoring their own laws. We know what happened next.

While it is useful to vent our wrath on CJ Roberts (he deserves it) the real source of our misfortunes has been the three Trump appointed judges. Someday we will know what transpired in that discussion room on the fateful Friday afternoon when the Constitution and the fate of the Republic hung in balance. Now we know the decision to turn away the suit brought by Texas was not an accident.

That Roberts was an unreliable snake is something well known since he decided ObamaCare was not a tax.
But the decisions by Barrett and Kavanaugh are appalling. After the treatment they got from the Left in their confirmation hearings, the deceit, dishonesty, and threats, etc., one would have expected them to harden in response,
Instead they totally wussed out. This was as clear-cut a decision to either follow or violate the plain language of the Constitution as you can get. It was purely a black/white question. In their cowardly search for gray, they chose black. If I ever see one of these justices drowning, remind me to throw them an anvil.

Nice idea - citizen electoral reform. Almost certainly that will not happen without bloodshed. And I doubt that our society still values freedom enough to die for it. Sadly, the totalitarians will likely win and we will steadily move along the same path that Rome did. Unless we are literally willing to fight for our freedoms, we will lose them, bit by bit. And soon, we will lose our tools for effectively resisting them.

The US Constitution is very clear.
The State Legislatures are tasked with creating Election Law. ONLY the Legislatures can change the LAW.
This episode shows that only a few Justices have INTEGRITY AND FIDELITY to the US Constitution.
The rest are fearful wusses who are a disgrace, especially Roberts.
Our Republic is doomed if we allow the SCOTUS allow state officials and NOT the Legislature of each state determine the Law. This circumvention of established law, especially on matters such as Absentee Ballot by Mail, Signature verification, limits on accepting late ballots being enforced, and ballot harvesting by persons who are not directly related to the voter has allowed for the VERACITY of elections to now be in question when the courts WILL NOT HEAR EVIDENCE to find out what really happened without question,
Pennsylvania had two challenges that were not heard, but the same issues were involved in other cases that are considered moot now, even though we know there are still questions that will remain.

The intent is now to work on updating the rules, processes and integrity of the vote.
clean up the voter rolls - should be item number 1, and requirement for any mailing out of ballots on mass scale.
Start there, and focus on that item most.
Second, demand chain-of-custody requirements for any drop box locations - if they can't prove the chain of custody was not tampered with, or altered, then they should not be allowed to count any of those ballots. Courts should be able to connect with this item.
Voter ID should not be an issue after this year's completion of the vaccine rollout, since you need to prove who you are with ID, on multiple steps throughout the vaccine process.
Thus, everyone should have an ID since everyone is going to be required to have a vaccination, right?

When The People follow the example of the Founders in seizing Freedom one of the first things to do is remove lifetime judges from The Constitution as well as impose term limits on public office.

Because the court is always called after the CJ at the time #1. So this is the Roberts court. A man who came pre-corrupted into the hallowed halls of our ultimate court of law.
The three justices said during their nomination hearings that they would not do the job of the lawyers and interpret what the lawyers might have meant, instead of how they actually wrote the cases. This has caused a lot of people to be mad at those justices Trump nominated. The real blame needs to be placed with the lawyers who are such shoddy writers in the first place.
But I do agree that the court is completely ignoring the constitution, not to mention the obvious fraud and cheating. But what else can we expect when the old story still exists about the only people who can't recognize porn in this country are the justices of the Supreme Court?

Everyone wants it both ways. Simply put, as has been stated over and over again, the STATE LEGISLATURES control Presidential elections. They set the rules, and they ostensibly "approve" the results. They have the power and duty to intervene where wrong is being done. The "originalist" courts, under the Constitution, have no authority to meddle in the election, selection of electors, or certification of the vote. But the lawyers did what they do for a living...filed litigation, even after the courts told them where to make their complaints.
Why didn't the Trump campaign, particularly PDT himself, make his case, state-by-state, demanding a hearing and an investigation in those controversial states controlled by REPUBLICAN LEGISLATURES? Instead three stooges and countless knuckleheads filed suits in every imaginable court, virtually all dismissed for a variety of reasons, each dismissal diminishing the credibility of the others.
This is why the recall of the REPUBLICANS in those state legislatures is imperative...and, starting a third party, why should Patriots and MAGA support protecting these from a trial by ballot box?
