January 6 was not an insurrection. It was not a coup. It was not sedition. It was not another 9/11. It was not like the Rwandan Genocide, as CNN’s Anderson Cooper recently suggested.
It was trespassing.
Save your crocodile tears.
Perhaps it was “traumatic” for some of our elite ruling class. They finally came face-to-face with the dirty underclass they’re supposed to be serving. If it was indeed “traumatic,” maybe those members of the ruling class should reconsider their chosen career paths. If you’re traumatized by the public, maybe public service isn’t for you. Maybe learn to code.

American citizens dared to trespass on property they paid for. Must be the crime of the century, the way the leftist media and politicians are going on about it. We didn't burn anything down or assault anyone. It tells us all we need to know that the demoncrats called out the Guard to keep ordinary, patriotic Americans away, but encouraged a whole year of rioting, burning and looting by their antifa and blm goons.

But the incumbents keep rolling back in. We bet who we elect usually. Biden was the exception. Primary every congressional incumbent in 2022. The good ones will survive. If you can't figure out how to enter a primary you have well over a year to figure it out. If I can do it so can you. My district is Democrat so I support Sheila Moron Lee's opponent.

PS and if Sheila Moron Lee gets dumped I'll support her replacement's Republican opponent.

Didn't Nancy say that it was the "People's House" during the Kavanaugh confirmation when trespassers actually confronted the elites at their offices and the elevators?

Before I quit California's multicultural "paradise," I had put up with gang wars, shootings, carjackings, follow-in armed robberies, drug dealers with laser-sighted guns and daily graffitti, (even a dead body in our trash bin!) in my condos for YEARS.
These elitist creeps hide behind gated communities far removed from such neighbors.
They claimed to have been traumatized by an hour or two of trespassers who they outnumbered!
Shame on them!
They should all resign.
Let real citizens who know what political policies will do to neighborhoods take their places.

BINGO!
At worst this was possibly tresspassing - other than a few antifa thugs who broke a few windows.
And some federal killer.......killing on the orders of Pelosi?
WHO murdered Ashli Babbitt?

If they’ve locked down DC because some wackos got into the Capitol, can you imagine the protection they would demand in the event of a real revolt? It would be fun to put a guillotine on the Capitol steps, just to see what would happen.

This is hands down the most well written article I have seen yet in regards to this entire fiasco. This guy deserves a raise, and our thanks.

Who broke the windows? Was it Trump supporters or infiltrators? It was reported there were crowbars available - who brought them? Who incited the mob to action? I read a manual by one of the leftist groups that explained how you could start a riot with only three people. One in front to incite and two spread across the back to support. (And a bunch of dummies to go along) At least one leftist who was inciting the crowd with inflammatory speeches was identified. What about the window breakers? Have any of them been identified? Who identified the Trump supporter accused of bashing the capitol policeman with a fire extinguisher, doxed, threatened and then it was found that he was in Chicago when the murder that never happened purportedly occurred? I saw the doors opened by capitol police and people dressed in Trump gear peacefully strolling through the building, taking pictures, looking around, taking selfies with capitol police. I did not see armed insurrectionists. How do we know the people acting bizarrely, destructively and violently weren't simply leftist provocateurs or actors hired by the networks to further their narrative and raise their ratings? Viking guy comes to mind. Answering these questions would be reporting. What the alphabets are doing is nothing but propaganda.

I don't even think it was trespassing. The Capitol is the people's house. The people just wanted to visit it during off hours.

p.s. Pelosi just announced she's "creating" a new commission to investigate the Capitol "siege". Of course she is. That's the best way to distance herself from any responsibility, and to appoint enough hacks to ensure her desired outcome. I am so tired of these people!!!

If you watched the actual trespass as it occurred, rather than watching only the clipped and pasted together bits of particularly rash-looking behavior, you saw - as I did - that most of those in the Capitol went in the door that was manned by a Capitol officer, not through a window that was broken. They walked around like tourists, took selfies, even posed with a Capitol officer. Even the murdered Ms. Babbitt was just trying to put her cellphone through the broken top half of a door’s window pane. She was not crawling through. There was a large piece of broken glass sticking up from the bottom of the broken pane. But that would have reinforced her having been murdered by a man later identified as a lieutenant in the Capitol police (thus the suit and tie and dress shirt) who had dark colored wrists and hands revealed when he lurched forward and, on camera, shot and killed unarmed Ms. Babbitt. She presented no danger. The doors were blocked with heavy-looking wood furniture. There were more Capitol police behind the smallish group that surrounded Ms. Babbitt in front of those doors.
