Immediately after the election, data maven Matthew Braynard began to determine how many fake ballots were cast in the disputed states. He now says he has absolute proof that Biden’s victory in Arizona, Georgia, and Wisconsin came through election fraud. (snip) Even though the courts, from the Supreme Court on down, have refused to look at claims of election fraud, the reality is that elections are legal processes. (snip) In the world of contract law, if the court concludes that one party was inveigled into the contract because the other party lied about fundamental facts, that contract is void ab initio.

What ever the out come of all the deep dives into this fraud, like Molly Hemmingway has said, an honest record has to be written. At some point in our countrys future an assessment for the truth has to be available.

At this point, whether or not it can be proven that Biden was installed as pResident of the United States is entirely irrelevant to his continued term of office. The electoral college has voted, Congress certified those votes and gropey Joe was sworn in. He may have gotten there thru fraud, but he got there. He won't be impeached for 2 reasons. He PERSONALLY didn't stuff the ballot boxes and the democrats would NEVER vote to impeach.
If he was impeached, and you would also have to impeach and convict Heels Up Kamala at the same time. Congratulations, Pelosi is now the president.
There is NO CONSTITUTIONAL fix for this. And everyone in power knows it.

Things could get interesting next week if Senate Republicans show even a smidgen of courage. If the Senate Republicans actually acted with courage, I think I'd faint. They're a cocktail-party-first group of people. We'll see.

Until Braynard rehabilitates his findings which were well challenged by a dem rep in GA he is not gonna get any further. Do not talk to me about legal contracts when your data claims are found w/holes in them. If he has do that I have not seen it. Instead he seems to be moving on to contract law.
?
Here is the dem play: you claim that the entire Stop the Steel effort is merely a money making engine. The "experts" are charging to make their "false" claims, and the main players are raking in the donations so long as they string us along.
Braynard needs to defend his data. I think he can. We need him on that not on contract law.

You know the election was stolen. I know the election was stolen. From the face of it, anyone can objectively see the election was stolen.
EVERY contingency on election night after about midnight went Biden's way. Not a single "break" for President Trump. I couldn't get odds on that from the shadiest bookie on the street,
And as proof that the fix was in for Biden only, why did the down-ballot Republicans (Senate, except for the Georgia debacle; House, state house seats) do so well? Trump did get 74 million votes, after all?
Simple. The Biden folks realized that late election night, they didn't steal enough votes. They were smart enough to devise a backup plan in six key states (either in advance or on the fly) to manufacture a few hundred thousand votes quickly to turn those elections. Since this had to be done on the quick, they didn't have time to add votes for key state or local races.
I heard one stat, not sure if it's been verified, but in many of these key states, there were more votes cast in the Presidential race than there were voters that cast votes in the election. In other words, ballots were cast but no voter was recorded as having cast that ballot. I wonder how many of those types of votes had only one race chosen -- and that would have been for Sleepy Creepy Crooked Uncle Joe.

The election was stolen. I do not accept that we have to accept a fake president for the next 4 years. I do not accept that our courts do not have to hear our case. I do not accept that we cannot discuss election fraud. I do not accept that we cannot audit the election results. The highest office has been stolen in front of our faces. We cannot ever accept that. I do not consent.

In five key legislatures Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin and Arizona there was an effective majority of 'Rats and ;RINOs They prevented these bodies who had every Constitutional authority to intervene from acting. That's where it was lost. next time round that has to be fixed. Otherwise don't bother..

At the end of the discussion she writes:

Oh, come on. Be realistic. Republican Senators never show even a smidgen of courage, they always cave in. It is their assigned role and it seems that they enjoy being the downtrodden losers, and cowardly fools.

Pursuant to the conclusion of this article, it's an ironclad bet that there will NOT be enough congressmen with the principles and courage to do anything substantive to oppose evil.

Farcebookkk will terminate his account along with Twitterpated, YouBoob, and many others. He will be denounced across all lamestream media outlets and can be assured he won't be interviewed on any Sunday morning tv talkshow. Fox won't touch him with a 10 foot mike boom. Maybe he can get some airtime on the Charlie Kirk Show. Truth doesn't matter anymore. It's the new normal.

Come on, Matthew. Please stop it. Everyone knows there is no evidence of fraud. Pierre Delecto, Turtle, the msm, the dims, the deep state, and AG Barr all said so. It must be so, then.
Sidney Powell and Rudy said THEY had "absolute proof". Look where they are now for having made up such a ridiculous claim. Even if YOU have "absolute proof" who is going to report it for you? Some anti-Tweeter group who doesn't even exist yet?

Can we set up our own court and bring this to trial? Air it online, on OAN or some other network that will allow it. We don't have courts or government anymore. Can't we do it ourselves?
