The harassment of Trump never ends. The city of Palm Beach, Florida is conducting a legal review of Donald Trump’s residency at Mar-a-Lago. Trump, a lifelong New Yorker, officially declared himself a resident of Florida in October of 2019 because of the way that he was being treated by the Communist leaders of New York. Donald Trump moved into his South Florida club on January 20 after leaving the White House. Now the town of Palm Beach is reviewing whether Trump is allowed to permanently reside at his beach club.
Petty.

Since when can a town tell a citizen where he can or cannot live? Little people with too much power. Florida is just one giant homeowner’s association filled with mini dictators.

Okay. Buy a little bungalow on the other side of town. Call that your "permanent residence/"
It works for the guy who is our school board chairman (he says he has a trailer in the district, but never lives there) or the guy who used to be our city manager. By contract, he was supposed to live in town. So, he bought a little shack because his wife wanted to live in some toney suburb near the big city. Someone once checked -- he had the minimum utility bills and rarely had trash picked up. When he retired, another friend sold the house. She said it was barely lived in.

He jumped from communist New York into the most liberal county in Florida. I'd bet the Donald Trump who moved there years ago and developed Mar-a-Lago was the toast of the town. The snooty liberal powers that be can't stand having a Republican former president living in their midst. He ought to move to the nearest red county and very loudly discuss how his tax dollars are benefiting their local services. He can still keep his Palm Beach resort and make it a true pain for the neighbors when his motorcade comes and goes several times a year. It would be far more convenient for all concerned if they just left him alone to live in his part of the residence.

This is a BS topic. Trump does not plan on living there permanently. He is just having his offices there.

And enterprising law firm might think about gathering all these things (e.g. impeachment, lawsuits from the southern district of NY, and now this) and roll them up into 1 lawsuit and sue the heck out of them all under Article 1, Section 9, Bill of Attainder.

what!!!??? he can't live on his own property??? is somebody having delusions of stupidity in the fake government of Palm Beach. I got and idea ... let the voters decide, after all it's their town, or city or whatever they call localities in Florida anyway. 2 to 1 if it gets to that, which it won't, DJT will be granted favored citizen status, again, spitting in the eye of his naysayers. where's paul ryan????

It's open season on traditionals, normals, Republicans, and others. Petty harassments of all kinds come out of the void. This must be fought with law suits, argument, and by other means. Organization has and is taken place, but much more needs to be done.

How soon they forgot how Trump took Mar-A-Lago off their hands and turned it into something beautiful and bringing revenue.

President Trump needs to re-locate to the FL Panhandle - we are still free up here. South FL? Not so much....

I’m surprised that the city has allowed Rush Limbaugh to live there for all these years.
Mar-a-Lago is private property so the city has no standing.

Go ahead, Palm Beach, try to throw him out. You won't have enough time to build your own razor-wire wall.
I don't need much of an excuse to travel to Florida, especially this time of year.
