Two Democrat lawmakers introduced a bill on Thursday, dubbed the “Vote at Home Act,” to expand “Oregon-style” mail-in voting nationwide, contending that the move is necessary to “make real progress” in the country. The bill, introduced by Sen. Ron Wyden (D-OR) and Rep. Earl Blumenauer (D-OR), is designed to “fight voter suppression” as detailed by Wyden’s press release. The measure would “massively expand vote-at-home ballot access, provide voters with pre-paid ballot envelopes and enact automatic voter registration.”The lawmakers point to the unprecedented number of Americans who voted by mail in the 2020 presidential election — a move Democrats vehemently pushed.

Since vote by mail was enacted on Oregon, no Republican as won a statewide election. Now they want to take it nationwide.

A few minutes ago, I was reading the headlines on Breitbart and a few other sites. It's just so depressing what's happening in the country right now, and we're only in week two of the Fake President's term.

All of this is on the heads of the very same judiciary that was scared of causing unrest . They could have put a stop on this and didn’t.

Are you getting it yet? Do you still think this is the same nation it was last October? It's not and will NEVER be again. We ARE a Marxist tyranny and will be for good. You may be angry that at me for saying it and you may not believe it but it is a fact. Venezuela's got nothing on us.

#8, I'm not angry at you for speaking the truth. I believe the COVID pandemic was planned and used to drive the final stake into the heart of this once great nation. It is now in free fall. I believe an uprising will be attempted but immediately squashed, owing to the expansive surveillance being conducted by the Deep State. Our computers and cell phones, which used to be assets, have been turned against us.

Surprised? You should not be. They promised everything they are presently in the process of doing. They knew they had the election in the bag. They even told us. We all knew the time to take a stand was in November and most every Republican ran and hid. Now this is our reality. I am so ticked at the abject cowardice and inability of the Republicans to see what was in store for us down the road. Or even worse, we’re they complicit in all this. The only thing they had to do was nothing and they did that very well. The problem the fascists have now is the 75.4 million Trump supporters who will not go quietly into the good night and if you think they don’t have a solution for us, you are naive. My anger is directed at every Republican elected official. You failed your oath, your people and your country.

The only way to end it will be to blow it up by throwing 500 million extra votes into the system. Republicans won't be willing to do it since that would be dishonest.

This bill usurps powers specifically reserved to the several State Legislatures. It is not constitutional, and would require an amendment to the Constitution to be effective.
See Art. 1 Sec. 4; 17th Amendment giving governors power to fill vacancies; United States Constitution.

Since vote by mail was introduced a decade or more ago in washingington a republican has not even got close in a state wide election.
I agree with another that if inacted the system must be flooded with ballots. 300% returns with a lanslide for thr opposition and election integrety will be demanded. Until then what we saw in the 2020 election if u get a ballot into the counting room it will be counted regardless of legitimacy.
Republicans should come out with unanimous support of this bill. They will ram it down there throats anyway.

I wonder if he has the brain left to comment. Wouldn't it be interesting what the born again had to say about this.

France abolished mail in voting in 1975 because they concluded it was rife with fraud. Now liberals always tell us how smart the Europeans are and we should be more like them, so clearly they need to abandon this idea

#19, Constitution? We don’t need no Constitution.
I would not be the least bit surprised if Pelosi and Schumer strolled over to the National Archives and burned the original document. And the leftists working there would let them do it.

So ... is everyone going to just sit back and watch while they empty your bank account and steal your child and grandchildren's futures? Or are you finally going to fight back! How?
Start by calling you local Republican leader and scream that they need to go to their state chairman and demand that law suits get filed against China Joe's Executive Orders. Start small ... but show a ground swell.
Demand the state GOP Chairs ... yes, all 50 ... join together in a class-action lawsuit & sue China Joe. Make the RNC join the lawsuit. Tie them in knots the way they did to Trump.
Find a sympathetic judge in Utah or wherever and get restraining orders against China Joe and his pipeline edict, his transgender edit, his Paris agreement nonsense, etc. If you lose ... appeal. String it out for years. Make them all Federal cases that go to the SCOTUS.
We have their playbook! Use it. Don't just sit there ... rise up. My local GOP Chairman has gotten many emails from me already ... and no money unless he moves. He'll get more.

Indiana requires government issued photo ID that is dated which the Democrats have been trying to change seems like forever. This past year Democrats pushed for mail in voting in Indiana but our Republican Governor Holcomb pushed back hard on that (I heard him) and it never happened. Democrats are always saying Indiana is one of the hardest places to vote but I've never had any trouble voting here.

Democrat SOP: In your face, hitting you right between the eyes, all the while daring anyone to stop them.
It seems to be working. That's what happens when the opposing party refuses to stand up to them, in many cases sides with them, and offers no alternatives.

I would suggest this is unconstitutional. The states have sovereign rights to their election processes. whether they will assert that right in the wake of the Great (No Evidence) Fraud of 2020 is another question.

The state legislatures are to create their own election laws for their states.
The election was lost when Governors or Secretaries of State we allowed to CIRCUMVENT their own laws.
The DID NOT follow their own laws in several states with allowing mail-in voting rather than proper VERIFICATION of mail-in votes through Absentee Ballot By Mail, and being allowed to do away with the proper Logic and Analysis tests on their voting machines.
Paper ballot back up systems show the same number of ballots for each candidate, but somehow give Joebama 126 votes instead of 100-- and shutting down of voting once started should NEVER be allowed.
If the states don't stand up to this, and the RINOs don't fight like their very lives are at stake against this montrous HR !, our Constitutional guarantees to protect the citizen from a corrupt government will be over.

Echoing on #1, as a resident of Oregon I would say that we as voters have to fight like we have never fought before to stop democrats from instituting this national voting scandal. For the rest of you, you only have to do a bit of research on how 'fair' Oregon has been since 1986. That is how long it has been since we had a republican governor. And it has not been for lack of good candidates either.
This is the hill we all need to gather our forces on and push back against this fraud.

I will not participate in Fraud Elections that employ Mail-In, Same-Day Registration, Motor-Voter, Provisional Ballots, Dominion Machines or any of the other Democrat Party Election Fraud practices.
My vote is too precious to throw away in sham elections.
Politics will not resolve the struggle for Freedom against Totalitarian Socialism.
It will require total annihilation of the latter. .

Same with California. Can't the American people start a class action suit or a petition to force a new election based on the massive fraud? There are 80 million of us that were cheated. We should be able to take action and stop this INSANITY!!
Why can't we petition for redress?? Why can't we file a class action lawsuit? Or do BOTH for goodness sake!!!
