My Pillow guy Mike Lindell permanently
banned from Twitter

Twitter banned My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell from the platform after he used his account to spread baseless claims about fraud in the presidential election. Twitter said Tuesday that it permanently suspended Lindell—a staunch ally of former President Donald Trump—because of his “repeated violations” of the company’s civic integrity policy, which it implemented last fall to clamp down on misinformation. Twitter didn’t say which of Lindell’s posts pushed it over the edge. But he had used his personal account and My Pillow’s corporate account in recent months to post and share bogus rumors about widespread election fraud that appeared aimed at undermining

Comments:

Baseless and bogus, just like the sham USA the Marxists built for us, with equal assistance from the GOP. New Americans are free to say whatever we want, provided it doesn't acknowledge the people working behind the curtain. Seth Rich might concur if he was still alive, and his family knows enough to keep their mouths shut. Likewise the boyfriend of Crooked Gov. Kemp's daughter, who perished in a huge automobile explosion at a pivotal moment in time.

We need legislation to require these dominant social media entities to apply due process principles to banning people from their platforms. There should be unambiguous rules and the right to an appeal and hearing before someone can be permanently banned. The practice of given warnings on posts should also not be allowed as long as they claim not to be publishers subject to liability. I don't expect this will happen as long as the Democrats are in control but the Republicans should get busy now drafting legislation for future use.

“There must have been a moment, at the beginning, when we could have said –-no. But somehow we missed it.” Tom Stoppard The millions of Americans who were paying attention throughout the 2020 election campaign all became painfully aware of the fact that Joe Biden’s cognitive abilities were slipping and slipping fast. His wife, as the person closest to him, should have been the one to call the campaign quits in order to reduce stress on the man. Instead, apparently so anxious to become the First Lady by any means necessary, Mrs. Biden continued to push her failing husband’s campaign forward as if he were mentally qualified.
