Two face masks are better than one, Dr. Anthony Fauci said Monday. The infectious diseases specialist that double-masking is a logical way to curb the spread of the coronavirus. “If you have a physical covering with one layer, you put another layer on, it just makes common sense that it likely would be more effective,” Fauci said on the “Today” show. The White House advisor explained that the face coverings prevent respiratory droplets—and the virus—from spreading to other people, as well as protecting the wearer. Other experts also say that wearing a surgical mask underneath a cloth face covering provides more protection.

The millions of Americans who were paying attention throughout the 2020 election campaign all became painfully aware of the fact that Joe Biden’s cognitive abilities were slipping and slipping fast.
