Glenn Kessler and his Washington Post “Fact Checker” squad celebrated their end-of-term count of President Trump’s “false and misleading statements” – 30,573. Their level of aggression clearly increased as the term went on, since they announced on January 21, 2019 they had arrived at 8,158 of those – or 26.7 percent of the four-year total. Shelby Talcott of the Daily Caller put the Post on the record explaining what we all could expect: there will be no False & Misleading Claims count for President Biden:
Trump’s departure also equals an end to having a false claims project for the current president,

Who fact checks the fact checkers? The WaPo is not exactly like being judged by a jury of your peers. Crackpot leftist sites are fine, but anything right-leaning is called extremist and is immediately discarded.

I looked at what they counted as "lies". Most were exaggerations. Some were the rounding of numbers, like his rounding 158K to 160K. Others were things taken out of context or misstatements (or repeating something another media outlet said that may have been ambiguous or disputed). And a whole lot were repetitions of something said previously counted as an entirely seperate "lie", and so on. In other words, I wasn't able to find any real intentional lies among the items I saw that they listed. Even so, not one item was consequential. Their little "project" was simply a ruse to discredit President Trump.

I think the only reason Bezos owns this useless propaganda publication is to impress the Chinese with its headlines so they will let Amazon operate in China.

Many people only reacted to what Trump said, not what he actually did as President for America and the people. A sign of a lack of critical thinking, analysis and intelligence

So Bezos wants to offer Amazon services to distribute Covid vaccine. Could it be because he wants to get all of his Amazon workers (including the WaPo) classified as "essential from-line" workers, so they can have priority for vaccinations?

On most occasions when Trump exaggerated or frankly lied it was to fool or mislead the opposition, the Deep State or the Fake News. But he knew what he was saying and why. When Biden lies I doubt if his brain realizes what is coming out of his mouth.

They don’t need to document Xiden’s lies. All they need to do to keep busy is to document his gaffes.

So the fact checker squad is glad Trump is gone. They must have been forced to check everything coming out of Trump's mouth in search of a lie. It must have been tedious work searching for lies and never finding any day after day. Now they can take a long vacation and not worry anymore with the liar in chief in the White House. Checking Biteme for lies every hour would be exhausting. The work would never end, and they would never have the time to document each and every one.

What’s to keep the clearly politicized fact-checkers from giving the public false and misleading political propaganda? Nothing, as that’s what those politicized fact-checkers have been doing since Trump rode down his escalator and announced that he was going to run for President.

Bezos clearly supports this Goebbelist propaganda outlet so he can get his own slant directly out to the public. It can't have made a profit in the last twelve years and is known in business as a White Elephant. I hope that isn't a racist term; everything else is.

Reply 5 is correct. The computer algorithms couldn't possibly white screen and foreign worker fact check the false statements of Jo Bi Deng and Klamidia. Maybe today as they both have disappeared but on a regular day, no chance.

Additional proof that the Washington Post is a propaganda publication, not a news publication. One does not rely on something that they have zero trust in. The only thing the Washington Post is known for is their bias.

The Washington Post and the New York Slimes are killing this country.
The founders of this country were brilliant people they foresaw so many thing and wrote the Constitution to save us from these things.
But they sure missed the appearance of a propaganda arm of a political party to make make the Freedom of the Press , a political hate and biased form that could get so powerful as to destroy the country.
