Fox News Insisted Seth Rich Settlement
Stay Secret Until After Presidential Election

Original Article

Fox News’ settlement with the parents of murdered DNC staffer Seth Rich came with one very unique provision: The deal had to stay secret until after the presidential election. (Snip) Fox News agreed to pay the multimillion-dollar settlement to Rich’s family only if the cable news network wouldn’t be required to apologize for lying about Rich’s murder, and only if the deal was not disclosed until after the Nov. 3 election. The lawsuit (Snip) came after Fox News propelled the conspiracy theory that Seth Rich –a 27-year-old DNC employee who was murdered in July 2016 — was assassinated after he sent internal DNC emails to Wikileaks.

Is it any wonder that the Riches won’t talk to anyone? $$$$$$$$$$$$$ …..?

Everything one learns about Fox News these days does not make the troubled network look good, honest or worth of their viewership.

#3, the same goes for the Rich family. They have been strangely silent from the very beginning. It would almost be worth it for DJT to pardon the Wikileaks guy, and question him about the DNC emails, and the source.

If and until the FBI releases the forensic report on Seth Rich's laptop that catalogued what was on his hard disk we will never know the facts of this story. Fox originally relied on a confidential source in the US Attorney's Office that had seen the forensic report and revealed that it contained a trove of documents that had been sent to a known WikiLeaks contact. If this is all nonsense then the easy way to put the story to rest is to give the report to Judicial Watch as part of the FOIA request. Why would Assange lie about receiving the materials from Rich?

It shouldn’t come as a surprise, yet it does. According to a segment aired tonight on Tucker Carlson television show, Bank of America sent customer purchasing history to federal agencies to assist in their investigation of persons who attended the January 6th protest in Washington DC. Dr. Anthony Fauci may be a saintly figure within media circles, but most of us recognized his game within a month or two of the pandemic starting. The good doctor’s claims shift on a dime, moving from each side of an issue with no accountability for ever being wrong. The commonality in everything he does just so happens to be politics.Take this latest contradiction, which happened over just a five-day period. Harvard Law School professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz said Thursday that the House impeachment brief against former President Donald Trump, which seeks to undermine Trump’s First Amendment-based argument in his defense, amounts to a dangerous broadside against the freedom of speech of all Americans. (Snip) Dershowitz made a case against a key argument contained in the brief (pdf), namely that “the First Amendment does not apply at all to impeachment proceedings,” signals Congressional willingness to take aim at freedom of speech more broadly. “The brief filed by the House managers advocating the conviction and disqualification of citizen Donald Trump contains a frontal attack on freedom of speech for all Americans,”

The Chinese regime has for years been collecting large amounts of American health care data, including sensitive genetic information—which pose serious privacy and national security risks, a top U.S. counterintelligence agency has warned. Alongside illegal means such as cyber hacking, Beijing has used investments in American biotech companies and partnerships with hospitals and universities to gain access to U.S. healthcare and genetic data, the National Counterintelligence and Security Center (NCSC) said in a fact sheet (pdf) released on Feb. 1. Vast amounts of genomic information (a person’s entire genetic sequence) can fuel developments in the cutting-edge field of precision medicine (or personalized medicine), allowing China to overtake the United States to become

Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin on Tuesday ordered the resignation of the hundreds of people that serve on the Pentagon’s 42 civilian advisory boards, effectively purging a number of Trump loyalists named to the boards in the Trump administration's final days. The resignations are part of a broader review Austin has ordered to look at the viability of the boards and to eliminate potential overlaps. But the Pentagon's top spokesman acknowledged that the resignations and the review had been prompted by the last-minute appointments of Trump loyalists to the boards, including Trump's former campaign manager.

DURHAM When Susan Sellers was diagnosed with COVID-19 pneumonia, she was sent to the emergency room at Duke University Hospital, where doctors told her she would be admitted to treat her labored breathing and severe cough. Then they returned a short time later with an alternative: Sellers could go home, through an experimental home health program for COVID-19 patients. She’d be given the supplemental oxygen she needed, have her condition and vital signs checked regularly through a tablet and receive as many visits from a nurse as she needed each day.
