As has long been transparently predictable, the eve of the inauguration of Joe Biden has coincided with the determination of state and local elected Democrat officials that the threat of a COVID-19 pandemic has passed, and economic and social life in Democrat-controlled cities and states can now begin to return to “normal”.
New York Governor Andrew Cuomo made his view known earlier this week:
New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo said Tuesday he wants to start opening restaurants, theaters and offices by launching rapid testing sites in New York City and eventually at hundreds of new sites in other city centers throughout the state.

We are on a mission from God, and paybacks abeyatch. Nuck Fewsome and his auntie Nancy Pignasty. 22 will see the House and Senate go back to Republicans. But not if the Dominion voting machines are still hooked up to satellites and the internet.

How can any election be a disaster for the Dems, especially in California? They now control the freaking elections! They can't lose.

They don’t even need voters anymore. Newsome will win the recall election when they use Dominion.

Let this be a warning to everyone in the U.S. NEVER vote for a democrat as Governor. Their lockdowns were coordinated by the Big One (Obama). They killed the elderly to raise the number of COVID casualties that made this virus look more dangerous. This way they justified the crazy lockdowns and the fraudulent election (mail in ballots). It was all a plan. No, I'm not wearing my tinfoil hat. Everyone knows you never return the sick to a facility where residents have fragile health. What they did was right in our face murder, just like it was right in your face voter fraud.

Follow the money......the communist party takeover of the government in a few days will accompany a staggering flow of cash into these miss-managed states that will make your head spin. By 2022, the Newsom’s of the world out there will be looked upon as saviors of their respective crap holes.

Even if the recall is successful, The Democrats will only permit Gruewsom to leave, if they get another, even worse creature in there. You will get whom they choose, and you better like it, or else!!

Even if the governor loses the election about the only thing that will change will be the nameplate on the governor's desk. California like the federal government has a huge entrenched bureaucracy that's not going to change.

I think it would be a mistake to underestimate the impact of the China virus lockdown restrictions in California. The absolute ridiculousness of the "guidelines" has awakened many a sleeping soul, and all the tens of thousands that have left the state are leaving behind family and friends. The Left has succeeded in making everything personal a political question, just not in the way they imagined.
Davis was recalled because of blatant lies during the election. One issue was a $4 billion state deficit (how quaint) that Davis publicly denied, despite the State's Legislative Analyst website plainly stating that figure. The day after winning the election is when he announced the deficit was really $4 billion. That was the match that lit the recall fire. Those same dynamics are in play today, but on a much wider scale. Our biggest problem is not the Dominion voting machines, its our own CA GOPe. They'll throw their "weight" behind some Uniparty gigolo like SwartzenKennedy. Yet, there is the Trump Factor that could see the rise of a true Californian patriot. Don't automatically dismiss the Golden State. We could surprise both you and the Dems.
MAGA - Its for all 50 states or it ain't worth a damn.

The only way the Dems lose is when the economy tanks. By then it will be too late. Many of you good folk just don't get it. We talk about re-booting the GOP. What is needed is a re-boot of America. That will not happen by hoping and wishing and voting.

There will be no more free elections here or anywhere else on the planet for a very long time. The U.S. takeover by the left begun during Wilson's term over a hundred years ago, is now complete.

Most interesting developments in California. It seems like a stretch that a democrat-controlled state like Cal would show its own dim governor the door. But, dims in general have demonstrated many times that they will cannibalize their own people if/when the going gets tough.
Yeah, interesting how the Chicago and NY political establishments have suddenly stopped holding its own citizens as economic hostages and suddenly have launched efforts to re-open shops and businesses after having successfully knee-capped President Trump.
As added background, here in the People's Republic of Colorado, two petitions to recall our governor Polis have already been circulated statewide. The first one came up way short of the required signatures, but, the second one came very very close, but, still lacked the required signatures. So Polis and his husband continue to tread carefully. The Denver deep state and msm also provide ample cover.

Possible scenario spotted elsewhere: Harris has not officially vacated her Senate seat but must do so. Newsom appoints himself to the Senate, saying 'preserve and expand her vision blah blah blah.'
This conveniently gets him out of the governorship where the flagship issue of covid has been botched so badly that not even leftist media there can ignore it. It obviates any recall and eliminates any recitation of his failures in such a process. His aim was always to run for president and that can be done easily as a senator now that California is a byword for failure and not just in covid. It resets his timetable without actually losing time.

Both parties will see plenty of disasters before 2022. The Republicans are going to find out just how stupid they were in abandoning the real President. We also knew that the lockdowns were going to end once they had served their useful political purpose.

Lots of “ifs”, both in Ca and the article. IF enough valid signatures are submitted. IF the state democrat machine will allow the petition signatures to be counted honestly, IF another sufficiently prominent democrat bucks the party machine to become a candidate, IF Newsom actually loses the election, IF the state democrat machine will allow the recall votes to be counted honestly. And even after all that we will still have a state completely run by Democrats, so not much will change. National republicans shouldn’t waste time and energy on a strategy that is build around Newsom getting recalled.

Successful or not, RECALL costs money and time, and puts the scalawags on display and public trial. There are six state legislatures where its REPUBLICAN chicken-shtuff members need to face exactly that. They failed to protect the integrity of the vote and threw a Presidential election without a peep. If the public is peeved, it has a right to act. Then again, the legislatures had a Constitutional obligation...and no one seems too upset when they failed to exercise their authority to at least investigate.
Then there's Georgia...you deserve Stacey, y'all. I have greater respect for CNN than your REPUBLICAN state government.

WE are not dismissing Californians... they have a big job to do... it's like Illinois where the democrats have ruled Springfield for over 40 years... the patronage system is dug in deep and the speaker... Madigan... has been in power for 35 years... now his daughter... is set to take the helm...as long as he can vacation in Florida every two weeks... he doesn't care what happens to the people under his thumb... since obama/biden supposedly won... my state gas tax has been raised 11% and my ... the tax and spend democrats are drunk/high with power...and my license plate sticker has been raised 33%....more chicagoans are leaving and slow foot is starting to panic... her tax base is leaving....

As a California voter I cannot think of any viable Republican who has the toughness and charisma that propelled Schwarzenegger to victory in 2003. The only hope to oust Newsom is to find a Democrat who can inspire the people. If this recall takes place I will have no problem supporting any Democrat popular enough to persuade the voters to vote Yes on whether Newsom should be removed. On the vote as to who replaces him I’ll go for who I think will be least harmful for the state. It would be nice if that person was a Republican.
By the way I think Schwarzenegger gets a bum rap. He held the line on spending, vetoed legislation attempting to overturn the voter initiative to prohibit same sex marriage and ended the black outs that prompted the recall effort in the first place. He sponsored voter initiatives that would have benefited California immensely. When those were rejected by the voters he realized he was the governor of brainwashed citizens who tended to believe the bull dished out by Democrats.

With the corrupt, Demonrat controlled voting machines, why would anyone expect a Dem to ever lose any election, EVER in the future>
They have erased actual voting, replaced it with a video game where you always lose and they always win. No point in playing that "game" any more.

The recall of Newsom is not based on one Issue. His handling of the virus has been a disaster but so has his handling of the forests, and the energy crisis we have here. People forget that he was the Lt Gov for 8 yrs. We continue to have massive wildfires and nothing is being done to clean the forests. This summer we ran out of electricity again. We had a warm summer and one week we had heat and the remnants of a tropical storm from Mexico that left us with no wind and no sun because of the cloud cover. The idiots running the state admitted they didn't really plan for weather like this!! They also admitted that they have spent all the money for energy on developing wind and solar power and did not reinvest in the electrical grid. We were completely shut down, because of Covid, and people were being asked not to run their air conditioners during the day!! Some areas of the state had their power cut because their area was using too much electricity. Then we had dry lightning strikes that started a massive amount of wild fires. Then in the fall when we traditionally get warm weather and dry north winds people had their power cut again to prevent more wildfires. Many people that don't normally pay much attention to politics are furious. You can't find anyone in this state that will defend Newsom. I live in a Democrat area and a lot of these people just vote Democrat because everyone else does but they are willing to sign recall petitions to remove Newsom. Now we have just found out there has been $10Billion in unemployment benefit fraud. Prisoners from out of state were collecting unemployment from Calif!!! Many people have stopped receiving their unemployment because of ridiculous snafus. You can't get through by telephone and if you do they say there will be a 10 hr wait. A longer wait than hrs they are open. It is a nightmare in Calif right now. If the recall were held right now, with at least one decent candidate running, Newsom would be recalled. But by the time we have a special election I don't know.

This is so funny!!!
Now that the Demon-Rats have mastered stealing elections, a Republican will never win another major election. And the governor of California is a very major election.
But even if they did manage to remove Newsom, an even worse lie-beral Demon-Rat would just take his place. Do people have some totally illogical fantasy that they will remove Newsom and replace him with a conservative Republican?!?!?!? In the Soviet Socialist Republik of Cuba-fornia, it will never happen. It's either a lie-beral Demon-Rat, a Socialist Demon-Rat, or a full blown Communist Demon-Rat!!!
