Democratic Party leaders hoping to sweep two special Senate elections in Georgia may want to be mindful of the old adage about being careful what you wish for — lest you get it.
Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock are gunning to defeat Republican incumbent Sens. David Purdue and Kelly Loeffler in the Peach State's Jan. 5 runoff election. Twin victories would give the party control of the White House, House of Representatives, and a tie in the Senate which could be broken by soon-to-be Vice President Kamala Harris.
But full control brings responsibility — and potential peril. With the party's far-Left emboldened to advance their agenda, centrist Democrats

Centrist Democrats??? No such thing. What a bunch of hooey. Democrats vote as one on everything. Manchin once in a while breaks ranks, but even he voted to convict the president.

It may be wearing lipstick but it’s still a pig; if not a complete train wreck for the country.

Remember, we are talking about the Cheatocrats here. They will be totally drunk with power and by the time the next selection rolls around in two years, the game is over.

We get nothing but claptrap. The Senate is controlled by the uniparty. McConnell and the Democrats are all smiles. It does not matter if the Georgia seats are won, or not. Toomey, Sasse, Collins, MuleKowski will joiin the Democrat coalition, and so will Lindsey Graham, who always puts his face in front of the ones in power.

No real Democrat sees a downside to this.

Get real. The only downside for Democrats is nothing. Elections will become a mere formality. They will be rich and powerful forever, or at least until they stop being useful to their masters.

One of the most stupid, willfully blind articles written in a long time and that is quite an accomplishment in these days with so many propaganda hacks and fake conservative pundits are churning out so much written and verbal sewage on a daily basis.
Yeah right the communist death democrats are afraid of having full control of the Senate which will enable them ton ram communism down our throats and not worry about who "owns" their liberty stripping laws because anyone complaining will be hauled off to the gulag.
In a sane society this idiot writer would be writing advertisements for a daily shopper sheet at best. Amazing inability to recognize reality.
Meanwhile back in Congress, the republican betrayal of We, the People, churns ahead at full speed. Do not trust any republican including Pence to actually stand up and fight for our Republic.

"Responsibility" that's a word that is totally unfamiliar to most politicians and democrats in particular.

Peril comes only to those who intend to observe the rules and obey the law. Which if the Democrats did, they would be nowhere near the power they are about to get.

Allow me to correct the headline: "UNIPARTY sees scary downside to Democrats capturing
Senate majority"
Here's the problem: The UNIPARTY is old with no young successors evident. It lost four years of profiteering to the Trump Administration. In the meantime it whipped up radical leftists to counter Trump's "deplorables" and now has a significant cadre of radicals pressing for social reforms no establishment pol wants. The Dems rigged their own nomination for Biden to protect that flank, not really considering the "uniintended" consequences of his succeeding PDT. (Kammy Harris is a whore who'll play along with the UNIPARTY.) But it blocks the radicals.
Prediction: The GOP takes both GA seats in a squeaker - hey, it's rigged to protect against the radicals getting much of anything for the next election cycle. Plus, they owe Georgia's Republican establishment for their perfidy in Biden's "victory." Expect Pelosi to retire with great pomp and ceremony by '22.

Well if the leftist and liberal Democrats come up one seat shy of controlling the US Senate and have the likes of Romney on their side, whatever legislation that they do pass by a party line vote plus Romney, they can always claim that the bill they passed was done on a bipartisan basis. Unfortunately it looks like about half the country would then believe that.
