The House of Representatives and the Senate on Sunday adopted rules that outline how the counting of Electoral College votes will take place on Jan. 6.(Snip)
The certificates and papers will be opened, presented, and acted upon in alphabetical order, starting with Alabama.
This is when dozens of Republicans—50 representatives and 12 senators, according to an Epoch Times tally—are planning to object to some certificates, alleging election irregularities including voter fraud and failure to follow state election laws.
That will trigger a withdrawal from the joint session and a two-hour debate, followed by votes in each chamber. Only with a majority vote from both the House and the Senate would a challenge be
Imagine if the legitimate protester was a Biden. The entire house would vote to seat the usurper and a chunk of the RINOS in duh Senate would agree. Pitiful what’s happening. Absolutely pitiful.

Well, they can't claim President Trump didn't give them a chance to do the right thing. I'm willing to donate some of the rope or the ammo (have to buy some at inflated prices) so they can be given the proper reward for their treason.

If the shoe was on the other foot. The Democrats would refuse to even open the votes from the States that are in question and fight it out.

FTA: "“Of the six states as to which questions have been raised, five have legislatures that are controlled by Republicans, and they all have the power to send a new slate of electoral votes to Congress if they deem such action appropriate under state law. Unless that happens between now and Jan. 6, 2021, Congress will have no authority to influence the outcome of the 2020 presidential election,” the group wrote in a statement."
The statement is just that. It is NOT a ruling on the Constitutional legitimacy of Congress to challenge electoral votes. I want to see their rationale clearly stated and supported by a US Supreme Court decision.

If they don't take the voter fraud seriously, I dont think any of them will be here to see 2022.

A majority of both Houses are not going to approve the electoral objection, so this is going nowhere. No court is going to hear any of these cases. The Georgia officials do not care that their state was stolen, because they were in on it. We do not have honest elections. We cannot even get a Republican AG, or a judge appointed to the SC, to do their job. I am here: Republicans are not citizens, and have no access to the courts, or government offices. Voting Republican is totally useless, as I do not support the uniparty positions that ignore the will of the people, instead writing all the legislation for the biggest interests, and not caring a whit what the people think about it.

The RULES have no applicability to what VP Pence does. 100% of the direction he must follow is right there in the Constitution.
He presides over the proceedings, and directs the opening and counting.
He can act or speak beyond the authority of any Executive, Legislative or Judicial body.
The best analogy is that at that moment in that place, HE, the VP, IS the nation and the laws embodied in a HIGH PRIEST before the Altar. Nobody is there but Him and God!
There is NO higher authority than that of the people of the nation at that time. There is no appeal from his actions or his decisions.
If I were Pence I'd simply reject all the votes from any state with the slightest dispute. And ask that the election be REDONE.
Again, there's no higher authority than the VP at that moment, so he can do and say what he needs to do and say to effectuate the lawful and honest selection of a new President!

The rules were set in 2016. Next Dem candidate wins. No question, no appeal. He or she does not have to campaign. Done deal. Over. Done with. Don't worry about silly rules. When a 100 ton train is bearing down on you, you get flattened. And the Deep State is just that: a 100 ton train. Funded with Red China money. So in the East the Sky is Red. Study your Mandarin. You will need it.

VP Pence is there not as the Vice President of the United States but as President of the Senate. And as such he has plenary powers on January 6, granted by the Constitution. Which means his decision cannot be challenged or appealed. Traditionally this part has been regarded as purely ceremonial and never put to test. But that has been the custom. IMO, if push comes to shove it does not override the Constitution. But it seems the conclusion is foregone and this issue is merely theoretical at this point.

Virtually every Republican is looking for a safe harbor in which to hide until this blows over. They know the cake is already baked, even before the election. The Republicrat UNIPARTY took care of the details. Republican legislatures only too happy to duck and hide. Georgia is the poster child for all this...REPUBLICAN governor, secretary of state and both chambers of the legislature...with no interest shown in any of this.
PDT bears some of the blame for this, too. He hired lawyers when he should have had national-level politicians involved as this was a political, not a legal fight, from the beginning. The courts told him that, but the mob yowled and never took it to the legislatures. Still haven't. Every REPUBLICAN legislator in these states should be recalled. If that means the Dems take control, so it goes. Or do voters in these states prefer betrayal to open opposition?

We can be certain that the rules will make CERTAIN that nothing is done to disrupt their massive fraud and steal this election from the rightfully elected Donald J. Trump.
Until we use the 2nd Amendment for what it was intended, this tyranny will continue, and accelerate.

So this is going to be organized, with rules to follow, unlike November 3rd?

#2, I also cringed at the price of a case of ammo but what's worse, running out or paying top dollar to have full magazines and backpack?
