President Trump’s call for Congress to amend the $900 billion COVID-19 relief bill to increase direct payments to eligible Americans from $600 to $2,000 cannot pass the Senate, according to a top Republican in the body — who said he remains hopeful the commander in chief will sign the measure. Speaking to reporters Thursday, Sen. Roy Blunt (R-Mo.) cautioned that it would be “a mistake” to not sign the coronavirus relief bill. “There’s been some apparent misunderstanding about what’s in the regular appropriating bill and what’s in the COVID relief bill,

Perhaps Senator Blunt, RINO Missouri, could explain why a “relief” package for a virus is 5600+ pages long? And why there is a need for such a wasteful bill when blue states are working frantically to impose a cure worse than the disease. And, with the federal debt approaching $28+ trillion, why are we borrowing even more money to pay for this madness. Finally, with 500,000 to 1 million illegal aliens about to swamp our southern border in addition to the 23 million already here, why isn’t Congress concerned with the impact on our schools, hospitals, police and actual citizens?

Congress approves MILLIONS AND BILLIONS OF U.S. DOLLARS sent to countries all over the world but cannot conceive of giving $2,000 to American citizens whose economy has collapsed around them because of the China virus. Fact is, I believe that Trump wants the pathetic amount of $2000 given to each and every American citizen.Grandchildren and great grandchildren will be paying for Republican and Democrat close to 2 trillion dollar Santa Claus bill for the world's needs for decades. It was Trump who gave us such a good economy through his own learned business practices. Then the virus came. These Uniparty politicians would sell their own soul to benefit themselves financially.

What's the problem? $2000 too big a freebee for Americans? Or maybe stingy Blunt really down deep in his heart would like to give us that two grand, but is a stickler for budget overruns. Simple solution: cut out all the pork and foreign aid, and there will be plenty left over for needy Americans to receive the same amount Canadians received months ago.

Many Americans are in big financial trouble to the point of having to stand in very long lines to get free food over the Christmas season. Instead of sending huge amounts of money abroad to many countries that are not friendly to the USA, Congress should be shutting down all non-emergency foreign aid until the current bad economic situation in this country is reversed with Americans being able to go back to work and again earn their livings. If there ever was a time that President Trump was right in putting Americans first, this is it. You would have to be a moron to believe otherwise.

And both times, these warnings ushered in severe security measures only to prove utterly baseless. First we had the hysteria over the violence we were told was likely to occur at numerous state capitols on Inauguration Day. “Law enforcement and state officials are on high alert for potentially violent protests in the lead-up to Inauguration Day, with some state capitols boarded up and others temporarily closed ahead of Wednesday's ceremony,” announced CNN. When the Republican governors of Texas and Mississippi announced that they planned to lift their statewide COVID-19 restrictions, including mask mandates, President Biden accused them of “Neanderthal thinking.” Yet, despite the president’s repeated assurances that his coronavirus policies would “follow the science,” it’s clear that neither he nor his advisers have bothered to compare the mortality statistics of states with stringent mask mandates to those with no statewide mandates. As it happens, the average number of COVID-19 deaths per 100,000 residents in the knuckle-dragger states is about half that of those whose governors still impose strict mask mandates, according to statistics provided by the New York Times.

Leaders of the effort to recall California Gov. But recall supporters said Sunday that they're confident they've collected enough. The most recent signature verification numbers from the Secretary of State's Office found that about 83% of the signatures counted by early February were valid.

After many years of legislation at the federal level, every citizen who is 18 or older and registers to vote is allowed to do so without impediment. It has now been nearly a year since “public health experts” began appearing on television talk shows insisting that, to survive COVID-19, the nation would have to pursue unprecedented mitigation policies. They told us that our salvation required draconian measures such as school closures, stay-at-home orders, and business lockdowns. Moreover, we were advised not to expect a fast return to our normal lives. In early April 2020, for example, Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel solemnly assured us, “We will not be able to return to normalcy until we find a vaccine…. We need to prepare ourselves for this to last 18 months or so and for the toll that it will take.”

His wife, as the person closest to him, should have been the one to call the campaign quits in order to reduce stress on the man. Instead, apparently so anxious to become the First Lady by any means necessary, Mrs. Biden continued to push her failing husband’s campaign forward as if he were mentally qualified.
