Cluster of a 'COVID Relief' Bill Is $ for Shrimp

As feared, the so-called COVID relief bill is another behemoth Christmas tree offering by politicians spending your money on behalf of Uncle Sugar. This allegedly $900 billion bill ostensibly was written to help people wracked by the economic hit by COVID. It’s anything but. It’s another spendulous travesty and should be vetoed by President Trump – before Christmas. Opening the economy while encouraging best health practices is the best response at this point. Congress has thrown $3.3 trillion at help during the coronavirus pandemic. It’s time to let the people run their own affairs.

As badly as we need the money, I don't want it with what else is being provided to other countries or illegal aliens. Does Trump have line item veto on these bills? I can't imagine him agreeing to $600 for Americans and $1800 for illegals. That makes no sense at all.

Is minimum wage $15.00 an hour. So after not being allowed to work since March, we get what amounts to a week’s pay. we should grovel at their feet and allow these people to give our money away to our enemies and pay off New York and their unions and give our money away on frivolous things we couldn’t imagine in our wildest dreams. Even if we could afford to spend our money in such a manner we wouldn’t do it. Why do they hate us so much?

What downside to the President could a veto bring. It’s not as if he’d get bad press or anything, would it? If it’s the last thing, God forbid, our President does, it’ll be to the benefit to the American people. An extra $600 in our pockets isn’t going to make or break anyone regarding of how the marxicrat media collective whines and lies about it.

It is way past hating the President. These people hate our country. Our country was doing so well in so many different ways until the virus from China came to disrupt everything. Now they - read Pelosi and her hangers-on - propose this stupid 5,000+ page bill that maybe a few interns might be paid to read totally that will cost our country (if we had the money to begin with) close to a trillion dollars. I am old; I will not be here much longer, but I remember when America had pride. It is obvious that through all kinds of machinations, there were - to quote the Navarro Report - six different dishonest paths the opposition took to attempt to steal the 2020 election from the President. And for what? To give us Biden - compromised by the Communist Chinese Party - close to senility - mediocre politician at best - and should he be removed from office - to be replaced by someone who believes in the communist philosophy? So many of our institutions have been corrupted. Trump spoke about cleaning up the swamp and it scared the **** out of them. Americans still have pride but all our institutions have lost theirs.

When he goes to sign it, have all of the Senator's around him then CHASTISE them! Call them all out and list the CRAP that is in it. Make them accountable to the American People. Then... Tear it up. This is yet another raid on the treasury by the Democrats and RINOs (Mitch, may you burn in hell for this). The $600 to the peeons (sic) is just cover for the give aways to the blue cities, states, and assorted leftist causes hidden in the 6,000 pages of this monstrosity. $250,000,000 to the Palestinians! Apparently "COVID relief" includes money for making more weapons to kill Israelis, among others. Forget about protests in DC, just burn the whole place down.

It was mostly Dem Governors and a few R governors who imposed these ridiculous and unscientific lockdowns on their states that caused the unemployment, closing of small businesses, etc and so why should tax payers across this country reward these states for their bad decisions to shutdown for a virus in which 99.7% of the people who contract have little to no ill effects and survive? So considering the season, our elected "officials" decided to create a Christmas tree emergency funding bill! They tucked away all sorts of ornaments for their friends and wrapped lights around it to hide the funds going to pet projects & then threw some tinsel on for us. They already hate Trump so vetoing this bill might not hurt him any more --- but it will just make him look like the Grinch and Scrooge all rolled into one. Why give them another hatred-headline? Absolutely no upside for him in vetoing it as it would also stop needed money going to our military, defense, hospitals, foreign allies, etc. Hold your nose and sign it, Mr. President... and then keep demanding the courts hear your case! In fact ... Trump should hold a big signing ceremony and just before he puts his signature down on it ... he should look at the camera and say: "Even though I've been screwed by the Demo-rats and they stole this election from me I'm signing this bill to help my fellow Americans ... even if they only get less than half the pie."

Obviously, no amount of evidence, data, trends, facts, studies, or science will ever convince most ‘public health officials’ that masks aren’t doing squat to stop the spread of COVID-19. Cases and deaths continue to spike (yes, many of these are super-sensitive PCR test-driven numbers, but still) despite the fact that well over 90% of the country are complying with their absurd mandates. Yet, predictably, the virus keeps going right on virusing, as highly contagious respiratory viruses, unfortunately, tend to do, especially once cold weather hits. Nevertheless, those of us who are mask skeptics have a difficult chore in front of us.

The people in West Allis, Wisconsin have a lovely holiday tradition. They have a neighborhood they’ve dubbed “Candy Cane Lane” from just after Thanksgiving to just after Christmas. Everyone decorates up a storm so it’s quite the sight to see, people come from all around just to visit. But it’s not just the decorations. Visitors are encouraged to donate to childhood cancer research and blood diseases as they drive through the area, for Midwest Athletes Against Childhood Cancer (MACC). They raised $121,000 last year and have raised almost a few million since they started in 1984. So you would think that’s the last thing that anyone would want to disrupt.

It’s been appalling to see so many Republicans desert President Trump in the election fraud challenges, telling him to give in and concede. Fox News started out the trend election night by calling Arizona for Biden. RINO judges piled on, dismissing election challenges with flimsy excuses that no one bought. Gradually, elected officials have turned on him. The MSM loves talking about the politician defectors but never explains why they’re deserting. They’re deserting because politics has never been about principles for those Republicans. They ran for office looking for fame and fortune; most of them are narcissists. They survive in office based on campaign contributions and other perks.

There's an old prop from Aristotle offered to public speakers. Tell them what you're going to tell them. Tell them. Tell them what you told them. There is much anticipation that the alternate slate of (GOP) electors sent to Congress will cause a stalemate, causing the electors not to be confirmed. It is understood that any senator, and Mike Pence himself, can raise an objection to the confirmation of the Electoral College votes. This would prompt a trigger that would abandon the Electoral College process and send the decision for president to the House of Representatives, and subsequently the choice of vice president back to the Senate.

Congress has thrown $3.3 trillion at help during the coronavirus pandemic. It’s time to let the people run their own affairs.

President-elect Joe Biden outlined the priorities of his future administration on Tuesday, promising to unite Congress to address major challenges created by the coronavirus pandemic.“I think with Donald Trump not in the way, that will also enhance the prospect of things getting done,” Biden said at a press conference on Tuesday, suggesting that Republicans would be more willing to deal with him after he took office. Biden pointedly noted that he would take the opposite political tone that Trump did while trying to force Congress to pass important legislation.“You have a different team in town,” he said. “I’m not going to villainize the opposition, but I’m going to

Prepare for supplies to tighten for the cheap, effective therapeutic treatment for early stage Covid-19 infection, hydroxychloroquine (HCQ). Just as the medical establishment in the US is relaxing its absurd and lethal suppression of the cheap, generic drug, following President Trump’s endorsement of it early in the pandemic, HCQ’s continued availability may suffer. The world’s second largest pharmaceutical facility producing the precursors for HCQ has been destroyed by an explosion and fire. (snip) it would take at least six months to rebuild the plant, as most production lines were damaged by the fire

The Washington Post reports that “Democrats see grim prospects in final election results despite Biden’s win.” The main reason for Democrats’ pessimism is Joe Biden’s poor performance in precincts the Democrats think they should carry easily. The Post’s Michael Scherer writes: Voters in the once Democratic Ohio county that surrounds the shuttered Lordstown General Motors plant delivered a decisive victory last month to the sitting president who had promised and failed to save their jobs. In the heavily Hispanic South Bronx, the liberal sanctum of San Francisco and the immigrant-rich neighborhoods of Miami, President Trump also shrank Democratic margins by drawing thousands more to his side
