Redistricting gives GOP
a built-in edge to win
House majority in 2022

Original Article

The Republican Party is poised to win the House majority in 2022, boosted by the rare combination of President Trump’s ouster and down-ballot victories that put the GOP in command of the decennial redrawing of district boundaries. House Republicans flipped nearly a dozen Democratic-held seats in the Nov. 3 elections, a surprising gain that left them a handful shy of the majority. With such a thin margin, there is loose speculation redistricting could effectively deliver Republicans the speaker’s gavel before a single Democratic incumbent is defeated. The GOP preserved control of key state legislatures and governor’s mansions, a crucial advantage in the partisan battle over reapportionment.

Big whoop. if the Demon-Rats succeed in stealing this election, no future election will ever be fair. "Edges" only matter if the election is fair. Now that the Demon-Rats know they can steal elections with impunity, nothing will stop them from kicking this into overdrive. And since not one single Republi-can't governor or legislature, and most especially the Supreme Court, was willing to step up and stop this blatant theft, I have very little hope for anything but Civil War 2 starting sooner than later!!!

More store window dummies. The Republican party has shown it is a fake, a front for UNIPARTY perfidy. Six states, most with Republican legislatures, allowed their fraudulent votes to stand without even a whimper. Every swinging one of them need to be primaried and sent out of office, if not recalled first. There need be only one issue on the table...the only one that counts...and that is complicity in the fraud by their silence. Turn them OUT. Replace them with citizen legislators. Go slit their treasonous throats politically instead of mewing about revolution - you are one of The People. Start by organizing a recall drive in your state rep and Senatorial districts. Or, do nothing. Which will it be?

Make sure you pay attention to Marc Elias and his push to change election laws, and rules, to assist Democrats (very liberal Democrats - their called Progressives). In addition to the reapportionment, make sure you're also proposing very simple "common sense" voting reforms. Namely, if you have not voted in 2 election cycles, or 4 years, you are automatically removed from the voting registration rolls and sent a letter advising of this removal. After all, Google just sent a notice advising they may remove any account that is dormant for 2 years (covers Gmail, Drive and Photos). Thus, if it's good enough for Google it should be more than good for voting registrations. Include automatic removal of anyone who has died, incarcerated, interned, diagnosed with disease that affects the brain (i.e. Alzheimer's and Dementia). Remove winner-take-all allocation of Electoral College votes, and make each district stand on their own to be allocated according to who wins the popular vote in each EC district(mirrors the House districts) - Senators can vote as they desire, likely along partisan lines. Remove all drop boxes unless they have a means to tabulate (scan) which ballot (using tracking number and bar codes linked to the voter registration address) has been submitted. And, ensuring the box can only be emptied with each party having representative present, and directly involved in monitoring so they can confirm every ballot is accompanied by the ballot envelop that was supposed to be used.

Or maybe he knows that the voting system is (intentionally) broken beyond repair, but wants to make us peasants complacent and hopeful. Not a big problem for me as I'm going to be 80 in the Spring, so how many elections do I even have left in me!! That aside, I do worry about my Children and Grand and Great-Grands and what their lives will be like under the Rule of Democrats! Sadly, they don't know what they VOTED FOR when they believed what the Professors taught, so they all voted Democrat! They wouldn't listen to anyone! They knew it all! I still feel sorry for what they have ahead of them in life, because they're my Family! I figure my kids got their Genes from their Father's side of the family! In 2022, they'll change it to each Republican vote counts 50% and each Democrat vote counts 150%, with a special 50% kicker added in for all the cemetary voters.

Twice in the last six weeks, warnings were issued about imminent, grave threats to public safety posed by the same type of right-wing extremists who rioted at the Capitol on January 6. And both times, these warnings ushered in severe security measures only to prove utterly baseless. First we had the hysteria over the violence we were told was likely to occur at numerous state capitols on Inauguration Day. “Law enforcement and state officials are on high alert for potentially violent protests in the lead-up to Inauguration Day, with some state capitols boarded up and others temporarily closed ahead of Wednesday's ceremony,” announced CNN. When the Republican governors of Texas and Mississippi announced that they planned to lift their statewide COVID-19 restrictions, including mask mandates, President Biden accused them of “Neanderthal thinking.” Yet, despite the president’s repeated assurances that his coronavirus policies would “follow the science,” it’s clear that neither he nor his advisers have bothered to compare the mortality statistics of states with stringent mask mandates to those with no statewide mandates. As it happens, the average number of COVID-19 deaths per 100,000 residents in the knuckle-dragger states is about half that of those whose governors still impose strict mask mandates, according to statistics provided by the New York Times.

Leaders of the effort to recall California Gov. Gavin Newsom said Sunday they've collected 1.95 million signatures a little more than a week before the deadline, a number they believe will be more than enough to trigger a special recall election.County and state elections officials still need to verify that nearly 1.5 million are valid signatures from registered California voters before the recall can qualify for the ballot. But recall supporters said Sunday that they're confident they've collected enough. The most recent signature verification numbers from the Secretary of State's Office found that about 83% of the signatures counted by early February were valid.

Voting rights are restricted to citizens over the age of 18 who are not otherwise prohibited from voting by state law. After many years of legislation at the federal level, every citizen who is 18 or older and registers to vote is allowed to do so without impediment. The only common exception at the state level is convicted felons and those who are currently incarcerated. Some states require a valid ID, but the dirty little secret is, so does the Democratic National Convention. It has now been nearly a year since “public health experts” began appearing on television talk shows insisting that, to survive COVID-19, the nation would have to pursue unprecedented mitigation policies. They told us that our salvation required draconian measures such as school closures, stay-at-home orders, and business lockdowns. Moreover, we were advised not to expect a fast return to our normal lives. In early April 2020, for example, Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel solemnly assured us, “We will not be able to return to normalcy until we find a vaccine…. We need to prepare ourselves for this to last 18 months or so and for the toll that it will take.”
