The Sun newspaper has released leaked audio of "Mission: Impossible 7" producer and star Tom Cruise shouting at crew members outside of London in an expletive-filled tirade, purportedly for breaking COVID-19 set safety protocols.
In the audio, Cruise can be heard shouting: "We are the gold standard. They’re back there in Hollywood making movies right now because of us. Because they believe in us and what we’re doing. I’m on the phone with every (expletive) studio at night, insurance companies, producers and they’re looking at us and using us to make their movies. We are creating thousands of jobs, you (expletive). I don’t ever want to see it again. Ever!”

I have to give him credit for showing the Japanese guy in the gray suit beating him up in MI Fallout. He got tossed all over that bathroom, along with Henry Cavill. I guess when you are an aging out action star you get a little tense about just how many more movies you have left. It is also not too bright to publicly dress down someone on a crew, when you depend on that crew to double check things like wire safety harnesses for your next spectacular stunt. 'Gee, officer, I triple checked that harness that last time I touched it. Maybe Tom adjusted it before the accident.'

Ok, maybe Tom is a jerk some of the time, but not ALL of the time. A few years ago, he was shooting a film at my grandson’s school, and during lunch he joined the kids outside and visited with them for quite some time. He was very down to earth and joked and cut up with them. So even the worst of us can sometimes be nice. He did change my opinion of him, if only for a few minutes. (By the way, I was in the group with the kids, and Tom and I were thisclose, so I know that he’s taller than 5’3”. He’s taller than I am, and I’m 5’5”.)

#10, Pedophile Biden had an "awwww" moment around children and so did Doorknob Hussein. And that's good for photo ops and public relations. However, I still resent both with a passion. With Tom Cruise, you never engage in public reprimand against those who support and hard at work making you look good.

While I agree with Cruise's sentiments on avoiding another shutdown of the MI production, you wonder how he actually saw the minor infraction of two crew standing by a computer screen too close. The article doesn't say if they were masked or not--and if they were, how can you call that an infraction as in Leftist World, masks work 100% in prevention (NOT) and so you can stand by each other, demonstrate, riot, etc.
The manner in which he did it--shouting and ranting--gets exactly the wrong type of attention from the press, but more importantly is poor management in humiliating the two tech crewmembers. Having studied Old Hollywood (and worked in the advertising industry), your talent (especially stuntmen) and crew have a million ways of getting back at you from lighting you badly to getting you injured. You **** with them at your peril.
For instance, Kirk Douglas was a notoriously arrogant type on set. He got talent and stuntmen injured. After a few of these incidents, notably during 'Spartacus' where he broke a supporting actor's jaw, in a water setup he was left far longer than he should have been and nearly drowned. After that, he learned his lesson.

Ok, so 2 workers were a little over 3 feet apart instead of 6 feet apart and Tom Cruise loses it? Were they wearing masks like they were supposed to? Since all good libs know that masks work, there shouldn't have been too much of an issue and a friendly reminder to keep you distance should have been sufficient. While Tom Cruise does have a lot of his own money tied up in this movie it should never give him permission to talk to "the little people" the way he did. All that he did was make himself look like a self-centered, self-important, don't you know who I am celebrity with a savior complex who knows better than everyone else. Unfortunately, Hollywood seems to give superstars like Cruise permission and a pass to treat people like this.
