We Don't Need SCOTUS to Win

Original Article

The Texas suit, later joined by other states, against Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Georgia, was a nice try, but it was always a long shot. (snip) Now, what happens when fraud and illegalities are so egregious that they help one candidate exclusively and harm only one candidate in such a way that it is unclear which electors shall be appointed? That definitely qualifies to become a "controversy or contest." The provision opens the door to each state legislature having the right to determine how the state can appoint electors ("appointment of electors" and "ascertainment of electors").

My heart is heavy this morning. I would sure like to believe this, but my confidence in the elected representatives of the states in question is not high--or in any states. It is possible, but I don't believe it is probable. The author is correct about one thing for sure. We need to put pressure on these states like they have never before experienced. I hope the patriot march in DC today sends a message to SCOTUS and everyone else. I don't even know why we have a Supreme Court anymore.

Heard an Australian man, on talk radio, so concerned about what was going on in our country. As he said, no other country has our Constitution or our Bill of Rights and our country is supposed to be the standard bearer for freedom and he was crushed to think that they mean nothing any more. There will always be some history books that tell the true story of what is going on now with this election.

If the Justices don't want to get involved and take on their Constitutional responsibility - giving specious excuses with the Republic at the precipice: do we need a SCOTUS at all? At very least we need some serious reforms proposed by Mark Levin in his books Men in Black and The Liberty Amendments. For now: W.A.S.S.

It has become abundantly clear that the oath to support and defend the Constitution is a useless exercise of an arcane notion that America was a Good place to live. Besides NO justice other than Thomas gives a damn. How'd they get to Barrett this soon?

I don't have any hopes that the Legislators, in any of the five states, will stand and do the Right thing. If they were going to do it, they would have done it in the first place. They are afraid. They have been threatened with their lives and their jobs. That said, I think they already know their careers are over. The voters in their states will see to it! This might be over for Trump, but it's far from over for those who betrayed him. We, the People, do have the power to wipe out each and every person involved in this Fraud. Starting with the Governors, Secretary of State and on down to the Legislators who didn't listen to the people they Represent! Watch for the Big Brooms! They are about to Clean House!

The Democrats have demonstrated that nationwide elections do not work; they are too big to control and are subject to fraud, manipulation, and influence from big money and outside influence The 12th amendment provides a fair, reasonable, and bulletproof method to elect Presidents - so let's make it the standard instead of the backup method. True federalism.

I, too, have a heavy heart this morning. Last night I had to just turn off the TV and put the iPad down. The decision was too much to take in. Later in the evening, I tried to wrap my head around it but I could not do it. I just could not understand how the court decided there was no standing to file the Complaint. Then the question that kept coming back to me was, then who has standing? We were not told that or I must be too obtuse to understand. How can men and women of integrity witness the voter fraud on video, listen to testimony of eyewitnesses, hear IT forensic personnel explain what happened, and then hear the testimony of expert statisticians explain what went on was statistically impossible and have no curiosity at all to determine if massive voter fraud was committed. Or did they determine either collectively or individually that they just would not step in regardless of the evidence and would use their ability to hide behind legalese to give zero credence to the Plaintiff’s arguments. Better to prevent hearing evidence than to hear it and then be forced to take action. Right now, I am appalled by their cowardice. They knew if they took it up, they would give credence to the Plaintiff’s case and they did not want to be forced to hear their arguments on behalf of the American people. They chose to ignore the petition because they fear the mob more than they fear Republicans. Imagine if they had put the case on the docket for oral arguments. The mob would have destroyed property and threatened lives. This is tyranny, the very thing we have paid dearly with the blood of patriots to prevent. It now has a home in the democrat party. Now democrats and the media can start the narrative that the Supreme Court believes that the Texas lawsuit is so without merit that they will not even hear it. Therefore, any other lawsuits are also not worth their time. We get it. The deck is stacked. My mind still struggles with the knowledge that the SCOTUS decided to ignore a petition that would have massive consequences for every single citizen of this country going forward. I can only believe that they did not want evidence presented before them that would expose the biggest crime in the history of this country. The one thing that has become crystal clear is that if you want men and women of integrity, conscience and fairness, you will not find it in the Washington DC elites. Men of valor, belief in God, and impeccable morals created this Republic and lesser men have now destroyed it.

What is never mentioned in the media is the powers of the presidency when there is foreign interference and treason, an attempted takeover of our government by Communists, etc. In GA last week Trump said he would never surrender. That's my president. It reminded me of Churchill when things looked very bleak in the early days of WW II. "We shall fight with growing confidence and growing strength in the air, we shall defend our Island, whatever the cost may be, we shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills; we shall never surrender." Conservatives should not be depressed today. There are things happening behind the scenes. This is far from over. The left wants us dispirited. Trump has beat them every time, including a landslide victory with the ENTIRE media lying about him every day, all day. He will never let Beijing Biden take over, Trump knows the truth. This will be epic. Worrying and whining is pointless.

Here is what is at issue as I see it-- States are sovereign to create their own election laws on how they vote and how they pick electors. The PROBLEM is that law was ABROGATED by Governors or Secretaries of State. Due to "Covid" ON THIER OWN "AUTHORITY" they DID NOT follow their own state laws on the books to allow for changes which were not lawful.... In addition, some states have irregularities in ALLOWING unverified votes due to lack of Voter ID, signature verification laws thrown out so unverified votes are counted, there are UNALLOWABLE "voters" voting such as those out of state or created votes from DEAD persons who should have been purged from the voter rolls, chain of custody issues with thumb drives and ballots, and the biggest one, voting machines that DO NOT tabulate votes correctly by weighting more voted for Biden than Trump when tests show that an equal number of test ballots do not accurately tally equally. There is so much confusing about this and the NEWS MEDIA ans SOCIAL platforms have had a HUGE part in all of this. They have information on all of us and use it against us, and make no mistake, THEY will be coming after us to futher demoralize and discourage us from fighting back to make sure that the ILLEGAL or questionable votes are not counted, and that rules no longer matter. We still have an Article V Convention of the States for We The People to take back our government from the tyrants, but there are those who jump on that possibility with claims it will be a "runaway convention". The citizens of the States could demand that their state election laws be enforced-- in the future, a way to verify ballots so no others could be introduced could be formulated and used, and the "Logic & Analytics" testing of voting machines with KNOWN results to show problems could be made mandatory like it is in Texas. The "cows are out of the barn" right now, but that does not mean that its over and we have to roll over and accept our own slaughter, but it is CLEAR that there are no longer Three Separate Branches of Government, and we no longer have Equal Justice under the Law. It's up to us!

Forget Roberts, his Obamacare ruling showed very clearly that he is owned. But what about Kavanaugh, Gorsuch, and Barrett? We had such great hopes for them, especially Barrett. It's shameful that they are fine with seeing an election rigged and stolen as if the USA is a banana republic. Nothing to see here. Next! This should have been a 5-4 finding. But only Alito and Thomas stepped up. Our belief and trust in the rule of law has been devastated over the past four years. "Rule of law" is a bitter joke. Not a worse thing can ever happen to any nation. The rotten foundation has crumbled. What happens to the whole structure?

I was hopeful up until last night when the news broke. I’m almost at the point of despair this morning because I’ve lived in a “socialist” country - the Socialist Republic of Romania - when the Ceausescus were in power. I’m old so my despair is not for myself but for my daughter and her family. The idiots who voted and cheated for Fingers have no idea what is coming their way. If they think that supermarket stores are not well stocked now due to covid, they will be shocked when those same stores are empty and stay that way. They will be shocked when the government tells them where they may live and what job they may slave at. They will be shocked when the internet is completely controlled by Washington. They will be shocked when their technology and their cars are taken from them. And their homes. They will be shocked when their friends are rounded up. And finally they will be shocked when they themselves are rounded up. Neither do the elites who think they are safe. In any dictatorship in history, the first thing to happen was a purge of its own players. It’s like the woman who steals another woman’s husband and is then shocked when he cheats on her too. In this case, the dictator purges because he knows that he can’t trust the people who cheated FOR him. If they cheated for him, they can certainly cheat for someone else against him. That includes the media. The crocodile may not eat all of them first but it will definitely eat them later. When I lived in Romania, Reagan was president and I could never imagine anything remotely like this happening in America. Thirty-five years later and here we are.

Trump and his team have not given up, and neither have I, and neither should you. There are other cases with the same Constitutional issue making their way to the Supreme Court, and the plaintiffs in those cases have standing. Let's see if the Supreme Court wants to try using technical arguments to duck those cases too. They might, our of fear -- but if you really want to experience fear, try closing the lid on 70 million mostly-armed citizens who see their freedom being taken away.

What we need from the article: 1. First, we can keep up the pressure on the legislators of those five GOP states to select electors who will vote for the rightful winner 2. Second, Sidney Powell's legal team can continue with their lawsuits, so they can expose and uproot Dominion Voting Systems. ...the goal - to get rid of the flawed, rigged system. 3. Third, we must counter the left-wing pressure, including their threats of violence, that will be thrust on these little known state politicians. Number one is discouraging because of number three. I can see getting the legislatures protection for them and their families; they're pretty good at looking out for themselves in that regard. The people with affidavits, not so much. But, if legislatures can be so persuaded to do the wrong thing because of violence, does that mean our side needs to threaten them, not with voting them out of office, but with violence like the left? It just doesn't make sense. If the SCOTUS declined to hear the Texas case because of violence in the streets, the concern over violence is not their job. Their job is to interpret the Constitution. President Trump, governors, mayors, etc., and the American people can take care of the violence. If elected officials are this chickenpoop, we need better options than the author gives us. The electeds see this fraud just like we see it. Why do we allow them to act like they just woke up today and don't have a clue what to do or a brain to figure out how to make this right? They have to know everything we say will happen if biden is able to get away with stealing this. They have to know how hard it will be for them and US if he does to get things right down the road. If they don't or won't see it as we see it, they are obviously not with US. I haven't given up, and I haven't lost hope. My hope can't be in our institutions any more, though. My only hope is in God now; and that's the best place to be and where I should have been all along. I encourage those who know to get back there too.

Like many of you this morning, my heart is heavy for our country. I can't remember ever a time in my life when I felt this way. However, I'm still an optimist (though it's hard) and trying to look at the bigger picture. I believe it's not over yet. The fact that all this is being discovered and revealed because of this stolen election is the bigger picture, which is to expose the corruption and mal-intent of the Democrat party, their media partners and donors. Yes, it's not over by a long shot and it's not over for Trump. He's become our Sir Winston. He's committed to fight on and so will we. Today, in Washington people will be out in droves. Expect to hear from some courageous average Americans say some incredible things. Yesterday, I heard someone say they were flying in from Dallas for this event and the whole plane was filled with Trump supporters. This is our moment to stand up and be strong, to unite and take control of our country. This was bound to happen and we will eventually be stronger for it IF we never give up and never give in. Keep the faith. America will survive this and so will President Trump.

Powerful words, #20. America was and is a beacon of freedom to the world. It was founded by brave men and women under the inspiration and protecting hand of God. He has preserved our nation for centuries now, against all odds. And we’ve witnessed miracles, big and small, even in the last four years. Peace is breaking out all over the Middle East. Serious threats from all over the globe have been eliminated or neutralized. And we can see there are huge numbers of freedom-loving, God-fearing patriots who populate every state in the nation. He is not going to abandon us now. Just watch what happens between now and January 20th. We have a very bright future ahead of us. I am excited for the day when you can all see it.

So the SC is unwilling to voice an opinion on the theft of the highest office in the country? Fraud and constitutionality are no longer a concern of the SC? I suppose the SC will move on to more important things like marijuana legalization, which they will endorse, including the Trump appointees. Not reparations though. They will absent themselves from that.

First time I have ever, in 20 years, come to this site and felt it would be disgraceful to attempt to write anything clever or witty. I'm heartbroke and butthurt and way pizzed off. The riots helped contribute to Trumps landslide win and yet they also were a foreshadowing of the criminality to follow. It's a nightmare when sweet and peaceful law abiding patriots are forced to the realization that their peaceful options are very nearly exhausted. I won't fire the first shot but I would dearly love to show the Left how a proper riot is executed. -----"Cry havoc and loose the dogs of war !"

It is true that we can not prove that there was massive fraud in the mail-in and harvest ballots that were counted in these states, because most or all of the safeguards to filter out invalid and fraudulent ballots were removed or ignored. But, for the very same reason, there is no proof that any of these mail-in or harvested ballots is a legal ballot. The only ballots where there is any proof that the ballots were legal are where the voters voted in person. If those who voted in person had to prove that their ballots were cast by a person legally entitled to do so to be counted, then all ballots should be required to meet this standard to be counted. Applying a double standard is discriminatory.

This article is an hallucination. None of the legislatures has done a damned thing. They won't begin tomorrow. They won't next week. Most hide behind the "not in session" excuse, that the governor needs to call us back. I would suggest not for fulfilling a US Constitutional duty. Both chambers could assemble under their own authority in their respective state capitols to pass a resolution...but they don't and won't. SCOTUS, like all other courts, state and Federal, will have nothing to do with this travesty. And it's not hard to figure why...extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof. And that proof, for a court of law, isn't there. Who's been arraigned/indicted for any act? Not the five in Atlanta, for example, apparently caught on camera running votes through counting machines multiple times. And that's compounded by the apparent support for them from the REPUBLICAN governor and secretary of state, who my guess says are up to their necks in some sort of procurement fraud with voting machines. The UNIPARTY/Deep State wanted PDT gone...and on January 20th he will be gone. Let the profiteering resume!

Knowing Rudy and Sydney have not given up the fight, the more convinced I am that neither can we! If prayer is our only tool, then let us pray every hour, every day that God will provide a way. As for SCOTUS, methinks they peeked under their blindfolds and placed their collective thumb on the scale of justice in THEIR favor. Why? Either personal threats or threats to destroy cities across the country. Either way, they punked out and refused to do the job WE are paying them to do. May God bless President Trump, Rudy, Sidney and his entire legal team. God bless our wonderful country and keep her away from socialist/communist traitors.

Why the Left Hates Cuomo 10 replies

Conservatives are happily gloating over the fact that Andrew Cuomo is at, or rapidly approaching, his nadir. (snip) Cuomo's pandering has always been coarse, heavy-handed, and insincere. Though he is hardly a closet conservative, and probably genuinely supports these policies, it has always been obvious that Cuomo manipulated leftist identity groups so that they would have no alternative but to vote for him and make him governor-for-life. (Indeed, until only a few weeks ago, Cuomo seemed to be a shoo-in for a fourth term). Eventually, though, it became clear that the leftist identity-politics groups were getting tired of getting the pimp hand from Cuomo

Meghan Markle, it seems, isn't much of a scholar. While much of the focus has been on her barbs accusing the British royal family of abnormal interest in her baby's skin color and denying him a title and personal security protection supposedly because he is black and they are racists, what's striking to me is how unprepared she was for the royal role she sought when she married Prince Harry. And not just ignorant, but willfully ignorant, proud of her ignorance, flippantly stating she never did "any research," as if that's something to be proud of.

In 1958 a political novel, The Ugly American, by Eugene Burdick and William Lederer became not only an international best-seller but permanently embedded the phrase “ugly American” into the global lexicon. (snip) This image of America’s elites has not waned over the past 60 years. It is more pronounced than ever and not just because of their ongoing arrogance and fatuousness. Today, the rest of the world is viewing, with alarm, an American elite class that has lost its mind and self-control, as it is the American ruling elites that are solely responsible for unleashing out-of-control-leftism and cancel culture upon the nation and the world.

I’m probably second to none in my dislike for Meghan Markle. There’s something unattractive about a mature woman marrying into the British Royal family with one of the world’s most expensive weddings, hanging out with the Queen, living in insane luxury…and then whining non-stop about the horror of her life. There’s something even less appealing when that woman accuses the Royal family of race hatred. And the problem is that, when it comes to that left-wing diva, Meghan Markle, it’s hard to believe most of what she says. After weeks of hype, CBS finally televised Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s interview with Oprah.

Even ten minutes reading from a teleprompter on a Saturday afternoon was too much for the 45th President of the United States. A year at least, right? Anything less would suggest that they knew he was unable to perform the duties of office

It is an ironic twist of history that two American women should have been the cause of political crises in Britain and led to concern that they might affect the powers and even the very existence of the monarchy. Though the populist tide seems to have ebbed, it will rise again, and soon. The problem that ignited populist sentiment in the first place, whether on the left or the right, remains: the country’s economic and financial system has failed much of the population and is rigged to the benefit of a government-business elite. Resistance to this inequity elevated Trump and pulled the Democratic Party to the left and will continue to roil American politics until things change. The economy’s “rigging” has developed gradually over time and often from the best of intentions.

No, conference goers didn't gather to spread conspiracy theories. No, they didn't bow down to a golden statue of Trump. And no, the stage wasn't designed to pay homage to Nazi symbology. Fascism, a form of big government, is hated among conservatives. Outsiders in the mainstream media really piled on the hate. "There will be no policy debates," claimed an MSNBC opinion columnist. That's false. The truth, it seems, was of no value in reporting on this year's Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC). Among speeches from high-profile Republicans were dozens of panels and debates on a broad spectrum of policy issues — which was the purpose of the gathering.

Cuomo, told CBS that Andrew Cuomo explicitly propositioned her during an office meeting, in addition to crude, personal questions about her sex life. Cuomo’s going to have a hard time explaining that he didn’t know he’s not supposed to proposition employees almost four decades younger than he is.
