The Supreme Court and
the Electoral Coup

It’s out in the open for everyone with eyes and ears, not only here in the United States but around the world. (snip) Since there were no penalties from the previous coup efforts based on the fraudulently obtained FISA warrants, it’s only natural that the Deep State and Democrat Party operatives were emboldened to make a third attempt by seizing on the coronavirus crisis to continue the coup effort in Trump’s fourth year -- this time putting in the fix on the November 2020 Presidential election.

The supreme court may well step up to do its job but remember John Roberts is the democrats ace in the hole. Even if it means the decline of this nation he will decide to side with the cheaters in the democratic party. And how ironic when the dems stack the court he will be thrown under the bus.

When the demonrat socialist/swamp does its dirty work and there are NO REPERCUSSIONS OR INDICTMENTS they keep going and going and going to see how far they can go before its too late to bring them to justice! They are hoping to slow walk and delay things hoping the Electoral College will happen before the Supreme Court enters into the picture to create some sort of injunction to stop the steal. The name "John Roberts" appears on a piece of documentation regarding the Epstein situation, and it make one wonder if in fact, it is the same John Roberts who rules with those wanting to bring us down to a European socialist nation.... Case in point is NobamaCare which he said was a "tax". It should have been over turned strictly for the fact that the legislation was crafted in the US Senate and NOT in the House of Representatives as the US Constitution prescribes. Since the 2010 repudiation of Nobama and the loss of over 70 chairs in the House, the Senate bill was passed WITHOUT A SINGLE REPUBLICAN VOTE on Christmas Eve before the new House was seated in January 2011. Clearly, not the proper process to pass "Tax" legislation-- Is THIS what they have over him to disregard the CLEAR language in the Constitution?

Say SCOTUS declines the case or otherwise allows the EC vote to go, and they vote for Joke, at that point, does Trump have any options left? BTW, 2022 or 2024 are NOT options, just so you know.

Everything in the article is true and more. Well known and better understood than most by the Democrats, the Media and the Deep State players. The question is now what? If Dec. 14 comes will the Electoral College meet and have enough legal, certified votes to put Biden over the top? What will be the position of the SCOTUS on that day should this eventuality come to pass? Will the five Justices just sit on their thumbs and allow this supreme inequity to pass and rule (or ruin) our lives? I am sure there is a game plan between trump, his legal team and the SCOTUS. Would be helpful to the lining of my stomach to know what it might be.

Great article. One comment...The Supreme Court is a co-equal branch of the government. As such they should be stepping up and enforcing the Constitution. Instead they sit back and wait until cases come before them. And even then they are known to ignore cases brought to them that they should weigh in on. All of the jurists should be calling for a complete examination of all 50 states. The corruption is so obvious and significant that there is no reason for even Kagen or Sotomayor to vote against certifying the results in many of these states. Unless of course they themselves are dishonest and compromised. President Trump is facing a challenge of such magnitude that no other leader has faced. It is critical that he wins and that he has our support. We will soon find out who is working for the USA and who is working against us. This is about to get very ugly. We have to stand up with our President who is standing up for us.

POTUS should have his ducks in a row to invoke the Insurrection Act and martial law if SCOTUS fails to step up. SCOTUS should be made aware that Trump has his finger on the trigger. Rolling over for this treason will install an agent of the Chinese Communist Party as POTUS. Why wouldn't a true patriot like Trump do this to save our country? Surrender to the CCP is not an option.

That says it all. The rule of law is dead. Has been since the Clintons showed up in 1992. And the Democrats know it. They now operate like an organized crime family. In the meantime, the Republicans act like they're the cheating husband caught red-handed every time the Democrats slander them. Remember Nunes stepping down from Committee Chair because he got "caught" reviewing classified documents at the White House SCIF? Duh.

Rudy Giuliani and the legal team are following a very measured and logical plan to bring this election to a just conclusion. Plan A is to provide sufficient probable cause evidence of fraud to the 6 swing state legislatures to enable them to ignore their biased state bureaucrats, throw out fraudulent ballots, and award the state electors to President Trump based on the certifiable tally. If they fail to do their Constitutional duty it will then give Giuliani a firmer footing in the SCOTUS to bring their equal protection and due process arguments to the court without any legislative remedies outstanding. Justice Alito has indicated that there is nothing Constitutionally significant about the December 8 safe harbor date for selecting electors. This will be fought all the way until midnight on January 6th, 2021 when the Congress must accept the state electors or vote in a contingent election with one vote per state.

IMO the federal judiciary is illegitimate because it is an authoritarian political entity without any accountability.. Meddling in election fraud can only make it even less legitimate, if that's possible. This is a criminal matter. If our totally corrupt DOJ can't rectify the biggest crime in US history, then we are lost, and the federal judiciary cannot save us. Going to the Supreme Court is a signal that this republic is finished.

Conservatives are happily gloating over the fact that Andrew Cuomo is at, or rapidly approaching, his nadir. (snip) Cuomo's pandering has always been coarse, heavy-handed, and insincere. Though he is hardly a closet conservative, and probably genuinely supports these policies, it has always been obvious that Cuomo manipulated leftist identity groups so that they would have no alternative but to vote for him and make him governor-for-life. (Indeed, until only a few weeks ago, Cuomo seemed to be a shoo-in for a fourth term). Eventually, though, it became clear that the leftist identity-politics groups were getting tired of getting the pimp hand from Cuomo

Meghan Markle, it seems, isn't much of a scholar. While much of the focus has been on her barbs accusing the British royal family of abnormal interest in her baby's skin color and denying him a title and personal security protection supposedly because he is black and they are racists, what's striking to me is how unprepared she was for the royal role she sought when she married Prince Harry. And not just ignorant, but willfully ignorant, proud of her ignorance, flippantly stating she never did "any research," as if that's something to be proud of.

I’m probably second to none in my dislike for Meghan Markle. There’s something unattractive about a mature woman marrying into the British Royal family with one of the world’s most expensive weddings, hanging out with the Queen, living in insane luxury…and then whining non-stop about the horror of her life. Though the populist tide seems to have ebbed, it will rise again, and soon. The problem that ignited populist sentiment in the first place, whether on the left or the right, remains: the country’s economic and financial system has failed much of the population and is rigged to the benefit of a government-business elite. Resistance to this inequity elevated Trump and pulled the Democratic Party to the left and will continue to roil American politics until things change. The economy’s “rigging” has developed gradually over time and often from the best of intentions.

Fascism, a form of big government, is hated among conservatives. Outsiders in the mainstream media really piled on the hate. "There will be no policy debates," claimed an MSNBC opinion columnist. That's false. The truth, it seems, was of no value in reporting on this year's Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC). Among speeches from high-profile Republicans were dozens of panels and debates on a broad spectrum of policy issues — which was the purpose of the gathering.
