Lin Wood, who seems to support Trump, is beginning to show all the signs of a loose cannon or even a spoiler. I'm really not sure what's going on, so I thought I'd just give you a brief history of the man and what he's been saying recently, so you can draw your own conclusions. As Wood himself has freely said, he came from a horrible background. His parents were alcoholics, and he and his sister grew up in a "life of domestic abuse. It was a brutal life." When he was 16 Correction*

I have been reading up on the two senators. I do not like them. They are nasty. They are worse than Mittens and Collins. I wish we did not have to give them the time of day. I wish there was another way. Why can’t we fight this hard for someone more deserving like James from Michigan who got the seat stolen from him.

Democracies normally fail after 200 years and we're about there. The Lin Wood argument just provides another opening for Democrats to exploit our differences. Here's from a 1787 article on the fall of the Athenian Republic: ""A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote themselves money (generous gifts) from the public treasury. From that moment on the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most money from the public treasury, with the result that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy, (which is) always followed by a dictatorship."
"The average age of the world's greatest civilization has been two hundred years. These nations have progressed through this sequence.
From bondage to spiritual faith;
from spiritual faith to great courage;
from courage to liberty;
from liberty to abundance,
from abundance to selfishness;
from selfishness to complacency,
from complacency to apathy,
from apathy to dependency,
from dependence back into bondage."

I have seen several people opine that if GA had a fair recount, we would find Doug Collins would be one of the Republican candidates, not the one with the flowing locks. Given what we know about her close relationship to Kemp, and his to the magic vote creating machines, that is quite plausible.

Wood has taken a principled stand on this. His argument is if these two people won't stand up and call for a clean election then there's no point in voting because it will just be stolen anyway. I generally agree with him on this, philosophically.
If I was a Georgia voter, though, I definitely would go vote, but only in person. Why? To make it a tiny bit harder to steal and also, all eyes will be on this race. Stealing it won't be so easy this time. And yes both candidates suck, but owning committees and the power to control the flow of legislation is also critical in the senate so having senate control is vital even if these two are super losers. They have the right letter next to their name which is better than seeing two racist communists take their seats instead.
So I get what he's saying but I wouldn't follow his advice. I would still vote anyway.

Fraudulent elections have already done that, you twit.

Look at all the publicity poor, misunderstood Lin Wood is getting...on principle, of course. Next he'll be putting billboards along interstate highways trolling for accident victims. There is NO lawyer anyone can trust...not one. That's the business they are in. And they'll sell out a client in a heartbeat if the deal is right. The same goes in politics...where the players are overwhelmingly lawyers.

While the democrats, RINO's and nevertrumpers solidly help the two democrats in the runoff elections, they have successfully gotten the right to attack its own throat in regards to the two republican candidates. Everyone on the right is looking for any way to parse what each other are saying as a reason not to support Perdue and Loeffler.
The right is so damned predictable with how easily it is emotionally played and the left, RINO's and nevertrumpers play us like fools.
Let the circular firing squads continue!

I expect more Georgia voters will follow the recommendations of President Trump and Rush Limbaugh to VOTE, rather than Lin Wood's convoluted advice.

If the two representatives don't fight for Georgians, why should Georgians fight for them? If nothing else, they are citizens of Georgia. The Loeffler woman is close to the governor, so she's suspect. Also, if a revote down level takes place, maybe she doesn't win against Collins. Hmmm.... I think what Wood was saying is the two of them need to stand for President Trump and the people of Georgia now, and stop dangling that carrot that they will be good conservatives after they are elected. I say their true colors are shining through, and Georgians need to pay attention. If President Trump is defeated by fraud, it won't matter whether Republicans have a majority in the Senate. We will have an illegal President, and that party will do exactly what they want to do. We the people won't matter, so why would Republican control of the Senate matter--especially with all of the surrender monkeys in that august body?

As usual, so much wisdom and strategic thinking displayed by LDotters.
#11 points out that winning the United States Senate doesn't matter if Trump loses. Hopefully GA voters keep that thought in mind as they stay home from voting next month. Only an LDotter populist patriot possesses those kind of critical political thinking skills. We should all be thinking the same way. And when its all over we can have a really cool Civil War!
