Republicans in the Pennsylvania Legislature are looking at every legal avenue that would reclaim their authority over election procedures and dispute the 2020 election results until claims of widespread fraud have been resolved. (Snip)
The House and Senate both have issued resolutions that accuse the executive and judicial branches in Pennsylvania of usurping the legislature’s constitutional power to set the rules of the election. However, the 2020 legislative session ended on Nov. 30 and both resolutions expired at midnight. Both are being reintroduced, (Snip)“The challenge is that the certification is in the hands of the secretary of state and the governor—the very same people that we have issues with. So we

In his closing statement at the Phoenix hearing, state Representative Mark Finchem, who chaired the hearing committee, said that he would introduce a resolution to have a special session.

I wonder how Democrats would be reacting if there was a sudden, massive spike in Trump votes around 4am?
Or, how they'd treat those ballots without any creases, and just a Biden for President "vote" without any down-ballot votes?
Think they'd demand an investigation? Think they'd be demanding an explanation of how this could happen, and demand they prove how that happened instead of just accepting it?

Sounds like it is time for a whole bunch of legislatures to stand up and actually do their jobs and in the end, the right thing for the nation. They all know who won, I believe they are just not wanting to get roped into the fraud.

There seems to be all kinds of reasons why the people cannot have a say in this "democracy", including not being able to see any government documents, all of which are smudged out. All kinds of reasons why the people's questions about election procedures cannot be answered. Reasons the people cannot check the machines, or see the counts, or see the ballots. All those are thrown away. The machines have to be erased. And rush, rush. Hurry get the machines erased. Hurry, hurry, the people only have a couple of weeks to file lawsuits that historically have take 2-5 years to reach an unsatisfactory resolution. Here it is: I am in no hurry to accept this election, and will not accept this election without a complete audit in all 6 of these states, which will take 6 months, or more. I will not accept any counts from a Dominion machine or the Democrat's running them. I will never accept the way our Republican poll watchers were treated. And the blacks that refused to cooperate, and changed Trump votes, those that have a vocabulary consisting totally of wmf, should be removed from the polling places, and authorities allowed to enter black polling areas.

We in Adams County are holding our state representatives responsible for this nightmare (Dan Moul and Torren Ecker). Both republicans that voted for the mail in ballot legislation (Act 77). You can also throw Doug Mastriano our State Senator who voted this junk legislation out of committee. All three own this along with every other republican state representative and state senator that voted for it. Our state representatives are up for reelection in 2022 and they should start placing their resumes out there because their political careers are gone.

A constitutional crisis is brewing for sure, but, it will go well beyond PA. This morning, Trendingpolitics.com reported that Lin Wood has urged the President to declare martial law and require that a new presidential election be held. Wow. My guess is the CIA servers that were seized in Germany last week must contain some pretty horrific information that Wood as well as Sidney Powell, Giuliani, Jenna Ellis, Pence, and the President are now aware of. Let's see if it comes to this.

Please pardon the second post, but, I believe the President has authority to declare martial law under the Insurrection Act of 1807, Title 10, USC.

No crisis if they refuse to certify a fraudulent election and do the right thing.
Grow a spine, legislators, be brave, save the country, honor the Constitution.

Can the people have a recall on the Governor and Secretary of State? Or charge them with fraud.
