Legitimacy of Biden Win Buried
by Objective Data

Original Article

During the weeks following November 3rd, innumerable election experts and statistical analysts have pored over the voting data upon which former Vice President Joe Biden’s purported campaign victory ostensibly stands. A growing body of evidence ranging from straightforward ballot audits to complex quantitative analyses suggests that the tabulation of the votes was characterized by enough chicanery to alter the outcome of the election. Consequently, a consensus has gradually developed among the auditors of publicly available information released by the states, and it contradicts the narrative promulgated by the Democrats and the media. The more data experts see, the less convinced they are that Biden won.

When I read that the FBI has become involved in the "investigation" that did it for me. Any incriminating evidence that will prove that there was fraud will be lost (destroyed) never to be seen again. As far as "recounting" the votes what are they recounting? If they are recounting the votes that they counted originally they will probably get the same result. We need to get rid of the fraudulent votes and THEN count what is left to show that the original was a fraud. With all the dishonest Federal Judges getting in on this whole fiasco it just doesn't look to me.

A couple of high school students could do some investigative reporting for their school's paper on free and fair elections and disprove Biden's win. They can use the images of rallies and vote tallies and all. Though the addition of all the data and analytics would bulk it up a bit.

The American people are in the midst of a psyops by the media, democrats and elites. They are doing their best to convince us that Joe Biden won this election. However, the facts, evidence and data coming out despite their efforts to censor it, confirm what we suspected on Thursday morning, November 4th. Democrats are attempting to steal the election and believe they can with the media’s assistance change public opinion with their narrative. It’s the same old play they use every time. Do you believe them or your lying eyes? The big question is will the SCOTUS have the courage to follow the law or will they be influenced by possible circumstances that may arise out of a decision that does not go well for the democrat party. Regardless of how many expert witnesses are put on or what evidence is presented, there are some on the Court who believe it is their duty in their infinite wisdom to step in and sanctimoniously do what they believe is in the best interests of the country. The threat of violence erupting in the country hangs over the court and it could certainly be a determining factor. We have seen Justices take matters in their own hands on very important issues before and this one would be the mother of all decisions. Which will it be, hard evidence of voter fraud or will Justice Roberts ride in on his white steed to save the democrat day? It is disturbing when you actually consider this a possibility, but it is where we are. God help us and give these judges wisdom and the determination to listen to the expert evidence and apply the law.

Too many people stirring the pot right now but the fraud is becoming more obvious every day. Once the SC gets involved, the spotlight will be on them and if they do not rule in Trump's favor, their credibility is gone along with the FBI and the entire election system. It doesn't take experts to see what happened.

The judge in GA who ordered that the voting machines not be reset, reversed his order after an hour but has issued a third order for the machines to be frozen and impounded immediately. This means the evidence that they were attempting to erase or have erased will be there. If found, it will immediately prove the case. At least that's what I think as a nonlegal or data expert--just using my common sense. Would that be reasonable doubt or something else?

We here are the exception...two-thirds of the country either doesn't care about the outcome, or supports Biden-Harris. "They're all crooks" is a common mantra I hear during my visit to Wisconsin amid the Trump flags and lawn signs. Since I don't watch Fox or Hannity, I wonder whether ol' Sean is putting his faith in those honest, hardworking agents and techs to clear this all up and bring the culprits to justice. I have zero faith, expecting any evidence to find it's way into that government warehouse next to the Ark of the Covenant. That's the bad news. I don't see this settled by the courts, who have no right to interfere with the main even: The selection of Electors. That falls to the state legislatures within state law. Will Republican legislatures accept such tainted election results and certify a Biden slate? Or send no one...which leaves it to the House of Representatives to decide. And then whether the UNIPARTY will allow Trump's re-election...or engineer some "January surprise" to occur "in the name of justice."

In fact, he will go down in history as someone who violated the basic principals we hold dear as a country. #6- “The big question is will the SCOTUS ...” / Excellent question, in addition to whether or not the SCOTUS would decide to hear a vote fraud case on behalf of President Trump for the glaring attempt to steal the November 3rd election for Joe Biden since at least four of the nine justices must agree to “grant the Petition for Certiorari.” Justices of the Supreme Court are required to take two oaths before they perform their duties; one is the Constitutional Oath, the other the Judicial Oath. The Constitutional Oath: “... I will support and defend the CONSTITUTION of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, ...” The Judicial Oath: “... I will administer JUSTICE WITHOUT RESPECT TO PERSONS ... agreeably to the constitution and laws of the United States ...” Some news sources have indicated that SCOTUS does not want to rule on the November 3rd vote fraud to avoid “choosing a President.” The reality of what is being attempted in stealing the November 3rd victory from President Trump goes beyond a victory for President Trump; the reality is the integrity of this country’s elections as presented in the U. S. Constitution. The ruling necessary is not to award President Trump a rightful victory--it is the preservation of the integrity and legality of this country’s election process. For SCOTUS to refuse to hear a voter fraud case based on the November 3rd presidential election would seem to be a dereliction of duty; the Court is charged with ensuring “that laws and decisions made within the United States are constitutional.” In such deliberations, there should be the component of morality; theft is immoral. Another consideration for this particular case is the fact that three of the justices were nominated by President Trump to serve on the Court. Based on the Judicial Oath of administering “JUSTICE WITHOUT RESPECT TO PERSONS” strongly suggests that to recuse themselves would be inappropriate, without foundation; the essence of this voter fraud case not President Trump, it is the violation of the Constitution, as well as the infraction and invalidation of votes cast for a presidential candidate in order to steal an election for an opposition party’s presidential candidate.

And both times, these warnings ushered in severe security measures only to prove utterly baseless. First we had the hysteria over the violence we were told was likely to occur at numerous state capitols on Inauguration Day. “Law enforcement and state officials are on high alert for potentially violent protests in the lead-up to Inauguration Day, with some state capitols boarded up and others temporarily closed ahead of Wednesday's ceremony,” announced CNN. When the Republican governors of Texas and Mississippi announced that they planned to lift their statewide COVID-19 restrictions, including mask mandates, President Biden accused them of “Neanderthal thinking.” Yet, despite the president’s repeated assurances that his coronavirus policies would “follow the science,” it’s clear that neither he nor his advisers have bothered to compare the mortality statistics of states with stringent mask mandates to those with no statewide mandates. As it happens, the average number of COVID-19 deaths per 100,000 residents in the knuckle-dragger states is about half that of those whose governors still impose strict mask mandates, according to statistics provided by the New York Times.

Leaders of the effort to recall California Gov. Gavin Newsom said Sunday they've collected 1.95 million signatures a little more than a week before the deadline, a number they believe will be more than enough to trigger a special recall election.County and state elections officials still need to verify that nearly 1.5 million are valid signatures from registered California voters before the recall can qualify for the ballot. But recall supporters said Sunday that they're confident they've collected enough. The most recent signature verification numbers from the Secretary of State's Office found that about 83% of the signatures counted by early February were valid.

It has now been nearly a year since “public health experts” began appearing on television talk shows insisting that, to survive COVID-19, the nation would have to pursue unprecedented mitigation policies. They told us that our salvation required draconian measures such as school closures, stay-at-home orders, and business lockdowns. Moreover, we were advised not to expect a fast return to our normal lives. In early April 2020, for example, Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel solemnly assured us, “We will not be able to return to normalcy until we find a vaccine…. We need to prepare ourselves for this to last 18 months or so and for the toll that it will take.”
