What motivates people?
The philosopher Thomas Hobbes thought that, at bottom, there were two things: the desire for power (an expression of a more general desire for self-perpetuation) and fear, also an expression, though a negative one, of the desire for life.(Snip)But they were also powerfully motivated by fear.
Consider some of the things that will not happen should Joe Biden assume the presidency.
John Durham.
Remember John Durham? He’s the fellow who has spent months and months and months investigating the investigators, looking into the cesspool of corruption and partisan malfeasance that underwrote what I have called the greatest political scandal in American history.
I mean the whole Russia Collusion Delusion,

Stop, please stop. If President Trump manages to stop this massive fraud, does anyone honestly believe that Hunter Biden would face justice in 2021? Or Comey, McCabe, Strzok or even Corrupt Hillary? Or that AG Barr and Director Wray will be replaced by people who take their oath of office seriously? As much as I want the President to win re-election, I have given up on ever seeing equal justice applied to Democrats,
And if an investigation of Dominion election software reveals the massive tampering on behalf of Biden, will any Biden conspirator face indictment?

No matter the outcome - the loser side is going to feel cheated.

We are already in Civil War 2.0, and the enemy is using any means, fair or foul, and yet, our side is sticking strictly to the legal methods.
At what point do we give up on the rigged "legal and political means" and start to do what they do? When will be forced to either give up and accept our slavery, or actually fight?
War is "politics by other means", and we are just about out of the realm of anything remotely like law, justice and legitimate political activity. The country is hanging by a thread. If by some miracle Trump's legal team is able to get their massive fraud overturned, we just barely might keep some control of the country for a while. But with the DoJ hopelessly corrupted, and no ability to actually arrest and prosecute the massive numbers of criminals INSIDE the bureaucracy, will even a legal win that put Trump into the Presidency give us any ability to clean out these criminals with titles, suits and "positions of poiwer?
In four years, the FBI obstructed, the CIA corrupted and the DoJ defrauded, corrupted and obstructed justice. WHO will have the power to clean things up? Is it possible to clean up a bureaucracy this thoroughly corrupt?

John "Run-out-the-Clock" Durham? Or Bill "Decline-to-Prosecute" Barr? Not holding my breath even if Trump stops the steal. If they were serious we'd have seen action long before now. The coup plotters got away with it.

This "mystery", like those #1 references, isn't hard to solve. The perpetrators have been obvious from the trip down the golden escalator...it's called the UNIPARTY, The Establishment, The Deep State...etc., etc.
People wanted an outsider to restore a bit of honor and honesty to Big Government. Trump wins...and the kitchen sinks started flying, with an impeachment crescendo that then built even into more frenzy with COVIDS. Stealing the election was to be the grand finale...and it may prove to have been. It now frees the UNIPARTY (R Division) to "compromise" to get the "best deal we could make" to advance the aims of their patrons while profiteering themselves.
This is all coming to a House of Representatives near you.

Those who committed a crime and those who knew about it are criminals and need lengthy jail time.

This is the big opportunity Zippy promised to totally remake Amerikkka. Yessir. An end to free markets and capitalism. An end to one man, one vote. An end to gender determined by sex. An end to life before birth. An end to the Grand Experiment of a people living free. It is back to feudalism, back to slavery, back to the salt mines. No more electricity. No more computers. No more cars. No more trains. No more planes. No more boats. Just stay in your house.
We will have a new Constitution. One line. "I rule."
And the ruler rules for life. You thought you knew despotism? You ain't seen nuthin' yet. The Harris/Pelosi team will turn us into one giant Guantanamo Bay prison camp.
You will love it. Or die. You may die anyway from Kung Flu.
Enjoy.

This is about money. Period. Trump has disrupted trillions of their ill-gotten gains and they simply want it back. Next question.

Kimball takes a long, winding road to get to his subject - the need for Biden to win to short circuit the criminal pursuit of Comey et al and all who participated in the various attempts to “get” President Trump, including the Carter Page and Michael Flynn matters. The Hunter Biden matters. All buried if Biden wins. Kimball is not the only one who sees this as powerful motivation. And the buck for most of it stopped at Obama. Think about it. Does that seem like a reasonable motive for his passionate campaigning for his former VP, whom he did not endorse?
