Rush Limbaugh: Trump’s Legal

Conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh on Monday criticized President Trump’s legal team over their chaotic press conference last week that failed to provide any evidence to back up their claims that the 2020 election was rigged. “You call a gigantic press conference like that — one that lasts an hour — and you announce massive bombshells, then you better have some bombshells,” Limbaugh said during his show on Monday. “There better be something at that press conference other than what we got…I talked to so many people who were blown away by it, by the very nature of the press conference. They promised blockbuster stuff and then nothing happened

Why not just wait and see what happens? The Constitution has dates when stuff has to happen and we are not there. Why not just wait it out? Gore got a long long time. The Democrats were saying a few weeks ago we would all have to be patient as the mail in ballots issues were resolved. Why the hurry? (Answer: the Democrats are in a hurry to race past their fraud, and GOP cowards want to get in with the new group just in case)

Re: #5 - I've been reading that bit about evidence for a week now but it is wrong. Evidence is presented in criminal and civil matters 24/7 in the U.S. It's called probable cause, which is the basis for arrests and indictments. Probable cause is typically defined as apparent facts discovered through logical inquiry (e.g., evidence) that would lead a reasonable and prudent person to believe that an accused person has committed a crime, thereby warranting his or her prosecution, or that a Cause of Action has accrued, justifying a civil lawsuit. No evidence, no court case. This is not a "never Trump" issue.

It's always possible that patriots inside the FBI have the Scytl servers and a bunch of other evidence that they will act on very soon. The conspiracy to defraud a national election will bring forth a full blown civil war, should they ignore it. Also, POTUS might be threatening the DOJ/FBI with his ability to declare martial law and mobilize the military to take control of swing state audits/recounts should they refuse to do their investigative jobs. He won, he knows it, and right now it's only about proving it to the Communists.

It's safe to assume Powell is aware that the Electoral College vote is December 14. And it's safe to assume she knows her reputation will become a joke if the Kraken and "Biblical" lawsuits fail to live up to the hype. Yes, the wait is driving us all nuts, but can we not give Powell the benefit of the doubt for now?

Patience, Rush. We heard several weeks last Thursday. We have heard Friday as a possible date for a Sidney Powell filing. Yesterday Jordan Sekulow said his team was preparing a filing in Georgia on “constitutional issues” for either today or tomorrow. Rush, you are the media. The presser was for all of you. Now you wait for the court filings. Prosecutors don’t air their cases to the media and the opposition before they are filed with the court. Patience. (Those who will let NR psych them out deserve to be psyched.)

Tucker Carlson lost many of his followers after going after wanting him to get an EXCLUSIVE from Ms. Sidney Powell... As Senator Ted Cruz said, the reason you file a lawsuit is to get evidence and facts-- nothing is going to be forthcoming that the media propganda machine can turn public opinion on its head through Monopolistic domination of free speech!

We must keep it together, folks. Keep in mind that the Trump team got a major victory today when the PA Supreme Court agreed to quickly hear Trump's legal team's case. Much more to come on this. These smaller court cases that were apparently lost were always expected given the corrupt lower court judges in PA. Keep in mind that Sidney Powell separated herself from the Trump campaign to submit her lawsuits because she is pursuing the criminal cases and is going after many individuals. This way, it is not the Trump campaign going after people criminally. The Trump campaign is going after the dims in only civil cases. On the criminal side, Sidney will be gutting some people and will be cleaning house. She needs your financial help though. See defendingtherepublic.org and contribute. Finally, I see that Diane Finestein stepped down today from her position on the Senate's judiciary committee. It was discovered that she has ties to the election software company, Dominion. But, the msm is spinning it that she was getting too much in bed with the pubbies. Next few weeks will be highly interesting.

I knew in December of 2016 that the left would not make the same mistake in 2020 that they did in 2016 by underestimating Trump's appeal (and number of votes). Anyone with one eye half open knew what was coming--they would cheat on a level that would be obvious. So why does it seem like Trump's team has been caught off-guard? They should have had the teams ready to go, with the strategies already figured out. It is ridiculous that this is still playing out without much of a response from "the team." We are indeed a banana republic, with little hope of saving our beloved country.

Readers, remember when the legacy media broadcast a story about a major study showing President Trump’s summer rallies acted as potential “COVID superspreader events,” and I pointed out that, like with climate change, models (essentially, algorithmic projections) were used to come up with those “statistics”? Well, in another piece from back in October, Stacey Lennox from our sister site PJ Media brings the receipts on the real reason why the number of coronavirus cases appear to be “spiking,” and it’s become even more relevant this week, as the legacy media’s reports increase to a hysterical pitch leading up to Thanksgiving. Stacey writes: (emphasis added) …[I]t is crucial to the preferred narrative

President Donald Trump really wants to be president and continue to serve. But he also knows that the battle underway is contentious. So it says a lot about him what he just did. Democrats and anti-Trump people have been threatening the GSA head Emily Murphy for the past two weeks, demanding that she authorize the transition to Joe Biden, claiming that he is the president-elect despite the ongoing legal challenges in the case and that there have been no official determination yet by the Electoral College. Murphy just released a letter saying that she was going to go ahead with authorizing transition monies and resources for Biden despite the fact

Bloomberg News published an editorial today arguing that canceling student loan debt would “backfire on Biden.” That’s because while it purports to be a progressive step forward and is backed by Elizabeth Warren and Chuck Schumer, canceling student debt (or some portion of it) really winds up mostly benefitting people at the top. No matter how it’s designed, student-debt forgiveness is very poorly targeted. A lot of the money tends to go to the relatively well off, who are more likely to attend college and hence to have debt. Consider the $10,000 proposal: An analysis by the Urban Institute suggests that it would cost almost $370 billion

Trump’s legal team has ditched Sidney Powell, who has played a starring role in Trump’s post-election effort by broadcasting lunatic conspiracy theories. Apparently the fact that Powell has shared none of her alleged evidence with anyone in Trump’s orbit finally made Trump’s attorneys doubt the promised emergence of a Kraken, even though they brought her to spout her poisonous absurdities at the RNC press conference last week. Powell has been interviewed by a bunch of high-profile right-wing media figures over the last two weeks, all of whom credited her. Do any of them mind that she evidently misled them? If so, it’d be good to hear it.
