Police Called To Anti-Cop Activist Actress
Alyssa Milano’s House

Update: Alyssa Milano released a statement on Twitter on Tuesday night that said her neighbor had initially called police about the armed man in their neighborhood and that her husband had only called 911 to follow up and see when officers would arrive. Bell Canyon, CA – Alyssa Milano, who has actively advocated for defunding the police, prompted a massive law enforcement response to her community on Sunday after a gunman was reported on her Ventura County property. Milano has been vocally anti-police on social media for months and was widely criticized for asking for law enforcement to respond to her property after openly demonstrating against them.

So after you DEFUND the police perhaps when you call 911 they should give you an invoice. Sorta like a pizza delivery charge and don't forget to tip the cop for his quick and effective service at your home invasion. S/off

Okay, Milano, even if you didn't initiate the police action for the gun-wielding intruder, your call after the report and their response should persuade you that it's good to have police when you need them (which is more often than you'd willingly admit).

Someone saw a person with a gun in their neighborhood? And? It wasn't concealed so no need for a concealed carry permit. No one reported being threatened or assaulted by a CITIZEN actually using their Constitutional Right To Bare Arms. If they called the cops on someone chewing gum while walking it would have made more sense for the cops to come. It's not illegal, but unlike carrying a firearm you don't have a specific Constitutional Right to do it.

#18, don't be ridiculous. This is California.....there is no right to bear arms there openly or concealed. They USED TO have a law which permitted open carry of an unloaded gun - but that was made illegal some 4 or 6 years ago, roughly. So now "....bear arms" is absolutely illegal in California without a concealed carry permit, which is apparently not so difficult to get in a few rural areas, and essentially impossible to get if you live in the places where it is very necessary. No open carry at all, even unloaded.

President Donald Trump’s campaign on Sunday appealed the dismissal of its election lawsuit in Pennsylvania, according to a notice filed in federal court, bringing the campaign one step close to its stated goal of getting an election challenge to the Supreme Court. District Court Judge Matthew Brann dismissed the campaign’s lawsuit on Saturday, opining that the plaintiffs lacked standing to bring the claim, among other issues. The campaign said it has appealed the ruling to the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.(Snip)Brann’s dismissal of the lawsuit came before the stage of the proceedings where the Trump campaign would be able to present evidence.

An interesting review of Philadelphia ballot uploading results indicates a pattern of manipulated results according to an independent researcher looking at raw data. The results are discussed within a video upload explaining how the data-sets were organized and manipulated in a series of timed events. (Image)(WATCH HERE) According to the analysis: “in this data, particular vote ratios are transferred between random sets of seized precincts throughout the day.” “The Dominion System isolated a “Flip Set” from the expected vote count and the expected percentage. It then splices the Flip Set into multiple “ratio sets” and assigns them to precincts throughout the day. Once a particular “ratio set” receives the votes it needed,

Dinesh D’Souza cuts through some of the chaff and countermeasures deployed by Tucker Carlson and asks a transparently obvious question: Are U.S. ballot counting machines capable of being manipulated? That baseline question is not dependent on any answer within a court or Trump campaign team filing. That question is simply a matter of investigative journalism finding out… but they are disinterested. If the U.S. uses election machinery that is capable of being manipulated, that alone should initiate a serious line of inquiry about why such a function would even be present. Why would any ballot counting machine even need to have a feature to shift votes or change outcomes?

When President Trump refused to concede the election to Joe Biden in the immediate aftermath of Nov. 3, we argued that he had the right to mount legal challenges if he believed there had been irregularities, mistakes, fraud, or all three. Democratic objections and outrage were as hypocritical as they were inevitable, coming as they did from a corps that refused to accept the 2016 election result not for days, weeks, or even months, but for four years. But although fair-minded people know there are legitimate procedures for litigation, and that these should be allowed to play out, there is also wisdom in the phrase, “put up or shut up.”

And I don’t say that as someone who wouldn’t want to believe it if there was proof, but there was obviously no proof and plenty to the contrary. Here’s the Trump campaign today essentially telling Powell to go jump in a lake, which is probably the most surprising development of the last several months. Well, this is awkward.
