It's time for Trump to
concede and move on

Original Article

When President Trump refused to concede the election to Joe Biden in the immediate aftermath of Nov. 3, we argued that he had the right to mount legal challenges if he believed there had been irregularities, mistakes, fraud, or all three. Democratic objections and outrage were as hypocritical as they were inevitable, coming as they did from a corps that refused to accept the 2016 election result not for days, weeks, or even months, but for four years. But although fair-minded people know there are legitimate procedures for litigation, and that these should be allowed to play out, there is also wisdom in the phrase, “put up or shut up.”

Why don't your fight instead for something positive: eg the use of PAPER BALLOTS only in the Georgeia runoff? That seems to be the only fair way to vote in these days. Any only those who've lived in the state on 11/3/20 are eligible to vote!

Wow. This editorial from the Washington Examiner is astonishing and disconcerting. Sure, it looks as if Biden received more votes judged by counting the ballots in hand. BUT, are all the ballots being counted in favor of Biden actual, legal votes? I think that many are not. Why can't we take the time to verify the legitimacy of all these last minute, registered-on-the-day-of, mail-in ballots? And what of the Dominion software electronic votes, the ones with no paper trail? How can the W.E. say with certainty that these votes are legal? Just how many overvotes were there and where did they occur? All this takes time to sort out and we haven't even reached the states' certification due dates yet. What is the rush W.E.? Why does Trump need to concede now? What's your agenda W.E.? What do you get out of this demoralization procedure? Hey, W.E. how about you just BACK OFF.

Would these dunderheads be offering the same advice to Biden is the circumstances were reversed? I think we know the answer. They want this President out and away from the corruption he intends to reveal. They know he will do what no other politician would ever do-put the country first and root out the evil deep staters who have destroyed our founding principles. In other words, bring back justice to the country deserving of it after years of watching the democrats be held accountable for none of their crimes. They fear that Donald J. Trump will do what he says and he will drain the swamp for the good of the country.

Trump cannot and must not concede. If this election was stolen--and I believe it was--then this shows the Left's lust for power and willingness to do anything to get it. That said, they will do ANYTHING and EVERYTHING to keep it. Bar nothing. Take very seriously any mention of "making lists" and "reeducation" of Trump supporters. We will face massive persecution which will be surreptitious at first--meaning barely detectable and maintaining plausible deniability--but will eventually become wider and more noticeable to others around us. With our technology, people can effectively harass and intimidate others while barely leaving a trace.

These calls for Trump to call nc de assure me there was fraud. They are premature with respect to the actual process, they brush over people's real worries, they are brazen hypocrisy since the same people were telling is to be patient with the he ambiguities of mail in ballots as nd to he delay they might introduce, and the media outlets concerned are losing credibility. If all this is worth it then there was fraud and the open Sill meds of the calls to concede is worth it to attempt the cover up.

'Put up or shut up' is the mantra being repeated everywhere. It really means show your cards so I can go and fix the evidence. The President and his lawyers were not born yesterday. This election had an extra ordinary proportion of mail in and absentee ballots (by design IMO). The system should have been adjusted retooled to accommodate that. It was not done - again IMO deliberately. These are not ordinary times and news media should stop pretending that they are to ensure their side wins.

No. Absolutely not! Dear (anonymous) editors at the Washington Examiner: It's time to fix our corrupt voting system, and to punish the people who have committed voting fraud. Question: Do you really want to live in a country governed by corrupt, cheating politicians and bureaucrats? Are you so short-sighted that you can only see as far as the current election? Do you really value the democrat party more than you own country? It's easy to rationalize corruption when things go your way, and you can't look beyond the present and foresee the changes you might object to in the future.

The truth is the cause here, either a full affirmation that this election was fair and honest, or going the full Monty to ensure its perfidy is purged, corrected in full, and the treasonous criminals brought to full justice. Either do this all properly and audit all the states or redo the entire election where everyone must vote in person with ID except the physically handicapped with medical proof and those who have justified reasons for traveling away from home. Those all need verified requested absentee ballots too. A new election is really the only right way to do it but no midnight dumps nor other shenanigans should be allowed.

Seven people, all from different households, not only gathered for Thanksgiving but distributed to the media pictorial evidence of them flouting mask mandates and social distancing edicts. No governor yet claims jurisdiction over the International Space Station but the astronauts have a lot of explaining to do when they return to earth. It’s not as though they lacked for space. Governors ordering around people 250 miles above their states seems far-fetched. But so, too, did the notion of governors usurping the role of legislatures. Eight months after the initial coronavirus lockdowns, citizens docilely accept the idea of a single person dictating the laws that govern millions of people.

The practice of democracy in our constitutional republic flourishes in the presence of contradictions. Democracy, itself, is bound by our inalienable rights, bestowed to us by our Creator. These rights, not given to us by our government by any majority or by any vote, cannot be rescinded, for they were not wrought by man. Voting is a contradiction for it is both public and private at the same time. Its process is intended to be secret, but transparent. Its agency is intensely partisan, but its effect is intended to be unifying. The legitimacy of voting must survive despite the contradictions intrinsic to the process.

Will Judge Emmett Sullivan accept President Trump’s pardon of General Michael Flynn? No one has suggested that possibility, other than The New York Sun. The general’s case, though, has become a bonfire of the vanities of one district judge who has denied the presumption of regularity to an official act of the United States government — meaning Attorney General William Barr’s attempt to drop the case. So why would Judge Sullivan credit President Trump’s workaround of a pardon? We understand, the pardon could be the least fettered of all the powers that the Constitution grants to the president.

Many conservatives have moved their social-media accounts to the more freewheeling Parler, and often have slammed the supposedly monopolistic Facebook and Twitter as they’ve decamped from those sites. I have chuckled at some of their overheated parting rhetoric — especially the widespread misunderstanding about the meaning of the word “monopoly.” A monopoly is, as the Oxford dictionary explains, “the exclusive possession or control of the supply of or trade in a commodity or service.” Quite obviously, if one stops doing business with a company and heads over to its competitor, then the previous company is not by definition in exclusive possession or control of a service.

There, Democratic incumbent Anthony Brindisis is locked in a recount with Republican Claudia Tenney, who previously held the seat before him. The race gap between the two has come down to the point where Tenney is leading by 106 votes and the only ballots left to possibly be considered are the ones that were “set aside” during the initial count due to irregularities.

Prince Harry’s American wife accused his family of hateful racism against her baby, claimed they refused to protect her and drove her to the point of suicide. She made the incendiary and implausible charge that when she was pregnant with Archie, the royal family decreed that her unborn son would be denied the title of “prince” because her mixed race meant he might have dark skin.

Nancy Pelosi’s top priority is to turn America into a one-party nation ruled by Democrats. Her bill HR 1 trashes the U.S. Constitution in an attempt to rig the system and make it virtually impossible to elect a Republican president or Congress again. It’s a power grab. The bill eviscerates state voting laws and forces all the states to conform to a set of rules that includes automatic voter registration. Anyone who goes to a DMV or applies for food stamps, Medicaid or other social services, or attends a public college will be automatically enrolled to vote. Noncitizens are obligated to identify themselves and opt out,

I’m probably second to none in my dislike for Meghan Markle. There’s something unattractive about a mature woman marrying into the British Royal family with one of the world’s most expensive weddings, hanging out with the Queen, living in insane luxury…and then whining non-stop about the horror of her life. There’s something even less appealing when that woman accuses the Royal family of race hatred. And the problem is that, when it comes to that left-wing diva, Meghan Markle, it’s hard to believe most of what she says. After weeks of hype, CBS finally televised Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s interview with Oprah.

Rep. Steve Cohen vowed to renew the push to remove former FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover’s name from the bureau’s downtown Washington headquarters, according to an interview released Monday. Appearing on Yahoo! News’ Skullduggery podcast, the Tennessee Democrat said the effort is getting a fresh look after the release of a new movie highlighting the FBI’s secret program to discredit civil rights activists. The Washington Times in 2019 first reported Democrats’ bid to strip the longtime FBI director’s name from the bureau’s headquarters. Mr. Cohen said the impetus to revive the bid is the new movie, “Judas and the Black Messiah.” The movie details

“There must have been a moment, at the beginning, when we could have said –-no. But somehow we missed it.” Tom Stoppard The millions of Americans who were paying attention throughout the 2020 election campaign all became painfully aware of the fact that Joe Biden’s cognitive abilities were slipping and slipping fast. His wife, as the person closest to him, should have been the one to call the campaign quits in order to reduce stress on the man. Instead, apparently so anxious to become the First Lady by any means necessary, Mrs. Biden continued to push her failing husband’s campaign forward as if he were mentally qualified.
